Our Planhat CSM ( and a customer of ours) just asked about functionality similar to Doodle, in which the guests can select their availability and the booker can see which time fits best for all guests to schedule. At the moment the booker would have to cross-reference their team's availability and the suggested times/booker's calendar availability. We also don't solve for the use-case of coordinating a group of people from various companies.

  2. Currently, I would have to mark my availability from 1:50-2:40pm for a 30-minute meeting (to account for 10-minute buffers on either end of a 2-2:30pm slot). I should be able to have a buffer setting that accounts for the buffer, outside of listing my hours in order to include buffer times.In my prior calendars, I didn't book a 30-minute meeting, using a 50-minute slot duration. I booked a 30-minute meeting, using a 30-minute slot, and the calendar settings adjusted around that for buffers.

  3. Right now, dynamic tag for AllFormFields includes all hidden fields for things like UTM and gclid capture. Looks very ugly on a meeting invite. Would be great to have an option for all visible form fields or all required form fields to eliminate these tracking fields from display.

When sending out email confirmations after a customer has booked in Chili Piper, we would like to have the date and time of the meeting be a field that can be added to the meeting type email template. The reason we would like to show this is that I use Chili Piper to book training sessions, and I would like a complete list of all the information so that someone can easily see everything about their training without having to reference the attached .ics file.Date and time can be attached to reminder emails, I believe it makes sense to have…

  8. CP won't let me reschedule a 12pm - 12:45pm meeting to 11:30am because the meeting type has a 30 minute buffer before it. The solution would be for CP to keep track of meetings it had booked and know that meeting ID XYZ from 12-1pm is the same meeting ID XYZ that is attempting to reschedule and therefore, treat the buffers and the meeting as free. Today's workaround requires me to delete the buffers AND mark the meeting as free in Google Calendar. Not a great workaround when the attendee or my assistant is trying to reschedule for me.

  9. There should be a feature where you can add additional contacts to the invite on your calendar and then they'd also receive meeting reminders like the contact who books the meeting.

  13. Have reminders sent as an email chain to the original invitation. Individual email reminders can be confusing for some prospects and having the original invitation details can be helpful, especially if we opted to use the Google Meet functionality of ChiliPiper.

There needs to be a way for Chili Piper to recognize that a time slot on someone's calendar is a buffer, and allow leads to schedule right up against that buffer instead of applying the meeting buffer to that buffer meeting. Placing a buffer only before OR only after meetings helps to reduce the impact of this gap, but it still doesn't solve the issue.

  15. It would be nice if it was possible to adjust the days for which a customer can book meetings on, directly through the link I send? I only want to do this temporary for the specific link I'm sending out. In some cases I don't want the person to be able to book any other days than let's say Wednesday.

  16. You can make meeting types made in a workspace available to reps' personal links/pages, but not the forms individually. Customers want to be able to standardize the guest form but customize the meeting types (e.g. personalizing the messaging).

  17. We currently support SMS messaging/reminders with Twilio. This feature would support RingCentral SMS and enable the same feature capabilities for SMS messaging for those that use RingCentral SMS services vs companies that do not use Twilio.

  18. When a client or assignee needs to cancel a meeting at the last minute, give them the ability to cancel the meeting and reschedule it later (sending the client a new scheduling URL automatically).

  19. Right now, you can only book calls using a router. It would be nice if a queue or a meeting type could be video enabled. Especially a rep's personal scheduling link.

Rather than including a time buffer before and/or after every meeting that is booked, enable a time buffer only after multiple consecutive meetings back-to-back (i.e. give a 15 min buffer after 3 meetings in a row). This allows for a much greater number of meetings booked in a day, but still allows for some rest periods so a day is not 100% back-to-back
