  1. Write to Salesforce custom field when matched L2A

    Would love the ability to match a Lead to an Account and not route to the Account owner.
    Being able to write to a field on the Lead object which indicate it's matched to a certain account but hasn't been routed yet.

  2. Create Lead to Lead (L2L) Routing

    Prospects and Customers love the Chili Piper L2A matching routing capabilities. Routing based on the website domain or the email domain is a highly valued feature that gives Chili Piper a competitive advantage. It will be amazing if Chili Piper can route with the same logic for Lead to Lead (L2L) routing. This would allow a Lead to be routed to the owner of another Lead that has the same domain. It could use the same logic of matching by website domain or individual email domain.Lean Data and other routing softwares' offer this. It would be great if Chili Piper…

  3. Deduping in Distro

    Many customers look for deduping in their routing software to help keep their CRM data as reliable as possible. For example, LeanData offers deduping. We have seen many Distro cross-sell opportunities fall through because Distro cannot do deduping.

  4. Dummy Ownership Enabled in Routers

    Currently if a customer does not have an ownership queue on in the router but is routing based on account rules we fail these queues. Could we potentially have a switch in the router instead of having to tell customers to create a "dummy ownership" queue? Something more intuitive because customers are not able to figure this out on their own.
