  2. When a prospect self-schedules a meeting (for example, they book a time for a demo via the website), only the meeting guest and assignee are notified with a meeting confirmation. We need to be able to give others on our team this same level of "instant" visibility that someone booked a meeting.

We don't need this for every meeting type, but we do need to be able to cc or notify others internally that a demo was booked with X salesperson. Receiving an instant notification via email (just like the meeting confirmation email for the meeting guest and assignee) would…

  3. Reaching host booking limit is not used when showing meeting availability. So often, Chili PIper will show a meeting as available. Prospect then clicks on meeting to book and then gets a page back saying that it is "unavailable". It's a bad user experience. Some users might click on the "Find another time" button while others might not due to being unaware of the button or through frustration.

We also want to keep the limit at 10 to have balance on focus and don't want to move to unlimited bookings as we don't want AEs spending a lot of time…

  4. We'd like to extend the use of CP to our CS/Growth teams but only if we can give customers one landing page (instead of multiple links) that has all of the different call types available to them and then the option to choose who they book with or a round-robin if they don't mind. Similar to personal pages but for the entire post-sales teams.

  7. Have an email validator tool built into concierge so if someone uses a invalid/spam email they do not have the option to book a meeting.

I use a couple right now that are super valuable:
    https://mailtester.ninja/
    millionverifier.com

    They give 3 results:
    1. Valid
    2. Uncertain (if they have email security etc.)
    3. Invalid

The “invalid” are always invalid, so it would be very valuable to have the option “If Invalid do not show calendar”.

Seems like we could just build our own and not have to use a 3rd party.

  8. Add dynamic variables to event name (ie booking person's company + my company as the event name) + allow dynamic variables in subject lines.

This will make it more consistent and allow for better calendar invite names(to fit standard call name format) and the reminder emails will reflect the calendar invite names

  9. Other calendar tools have the ability to put buffer time around meetings so they can't be booked right next to each other, but without creating an event in the calendar. My reps have reminders for meetings, but they're getting reminders for buffers which isn't needed.

  10. Provide a workflow so that it's possible to use Chili Piper to book webinars where multiple different customers are attending the same meeting, at the same time.

  11. Right now, there is no option to create an external label for meeting types - they automatically use the internal name.

This is difficult to manage: I want to be able to easily keep track of which meeting is which internally.

At the same time, I don't want prospects to see "30 minute meeting - internal label" when they select a meeting type or in the booker URL.

Therefore, it would be brilliant if meeting types could have a different internal name and external label.

    Thank you.

  12. When using the Reassign function(SDR holds handoff, AE holds IB) - remove SDR as organizer of calendar event & make AE organizer of both calendar event and zoom link so that the SDR does not appear on the confirmed meeting.

  13. Currently, the "Reminder" feature can only be triggered based on an amount of time before a meeting. What if a customized email could be triggered based on a meeting being booked?

Use case: A prospect sends an SDR an email with interest to meet but the prospect doesn't provide availability. The SDR finds a time using Chili and books the meeting, which sends a calendar invite with a subject line of Placeholder. Then an email is automatically triggered upon booking that dynamically pulls in the AE's information and the prospect's info, along with messaging introducing the AE and confirming if…

  14. Currently when a meeting is scheduled there is only a confirmation sent via email to the customer. It would be very useful to also be able to send an SMS confirmation with the time of the meeting right after booking, especially for clients booking in-person meetings.

  15. New feature in Outlook archives calendar events older than a year. This does not delete the calendar events but moves it to a different calendar called Archives. With our ChiliPiper integration, this auto marks the events in Salesforce to be Cancelled and Not Held which is untrue and messes with our historical data.

  16. Currently Chilipiper supports sending unique reminders to attendees if they do not RSVP for their scheduled meeting, but it does not include branching logic that ensures the attendees will only recieve one type of reminder. As a result, if an attendee does not RSVP for their meeting, they can receive the general reminder messages AND reminder messages unique to those that don't RSVP. There would be benefit to providing branching logic to allow users to control that.

  17. When a CP event is being sent, this is automatically accepted in the reps calendar and the prospects.

If the prospects later on rejects the meeting, there is no way to recognize this one as a canceled event unless the rep deletes the meeting from the calendar

For data consistency, it would be nice to be able to recognize these meetings (prospect reject = True)

  18. Meeting types have the users weighted where you can have multiple queues which will allow for all departments to use the queue. This way your demo won't be assigned to an SDR and your qualification call won't be assigned to an AE

  20. I want to be able to generate a one-time use booking link for meeting queues so that we can leverage the group/round-robin scheduling while still limiting customers to one meeting booked per link.
