  1. If the guest form was used to book a meeting, show the email address when viewing the meeting record from the dashboard. If someone books with the guest form and Chili Piper was unable to create the record in CRM, we have no way to track down the email address used and manually create the record in CRM. (We would have far greater errors if we had Chili Piper set to create the contacts all of the time; there are reasons we cannot do this.)

  2. It would be extremely helpful to see true attend rates for meetings. Chili Piper has access to calendar info so I wonder if there is a way to manipulate data to determine if users truly show up for a meeting or not. This would be EXTREMELY useful to showing accurate attend/no show rates.

  3. It would be useful to have more visibility on how much time / flexibility is being offered when people use a queue link or Concierge.

    For example, are prospects seeing only a couple of slots when they click, or are there many slots available? Is time offered only a few days out, or is there always something available at our minimum lead time?

    I will use this data to work with the team to make sure we have enough staff on this function so that we are offering more than ample times for prospects to book with us.

  4. It would be useful to be able to subscribe to the in-app reports - ex: subscribe to receive reports on analytics of concierge on a daily, weekly, monthly basis etc....This way admins get a time based recap on the metrics they care about measuring for their team - all sent to them in an overall recap via email

  7. Please offer an API to allow us to export the data from the reports page to external data warehouses. While we can get the calls scheduled from the Salesforce events, there's a ton of other visibility from the reports around queues used, lack of availability for reps, etc. that we can't pull into our existing reporting tools.

  8. Right now the only visibility into usage is through Conversion and distribution reporting. But there are customer who use personal booking links more than queues for their team and we have no visibility into the quantity of meetings booked through personal booking links.

  9. When testing concierge, users make test submissions that sometimes are actually booked meetings. Currently, you can only delete test meetings that are not booked by adding "?debug=true" as per this article https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/en-us/articles/360053800073-How-do-I-remove-a-prospect-from-Prospect-History-

  10. When we export reports from Chilipiper, the Submission date column is formatted as "01.11.2019", meaning Nov 11, 2019.It would be much more convenient for it to come formatted as "11/1/2019" as is standard and more easily readable by applications.

  11. When we select a range for start-date and end-date in Reports, we display one less day for each - for example selected range 02 - 09 displays report for 01 - 08. This is confusing for users who may be wondering about data accuracy.

The "See Prospect in Salesforce" button gets the prospect information only when the Salesforce option "Chili Piper creates lead in Salesforce real time".Change the behavior to make the button also works when the lead is created externally (via HubSpot for instance) before the notification is sent out.

  14. Track which meetings were booked via Instant Booker vs. Concierge/meeting link. Offer Reports to show this data and the % of meetings booked using each method. Offer the ability to sync this data to Salesforce Events.

  15. Ever since adding Chilipiper in-app, we get a ton of "non-connected Prospects" that show up under prospect history, and it is making that entire feature a lot less usable. We want to see all connected meetings there.

  16. The queue history currently only show the assignee name, company's name, booker name and who is next in queue. We would like to the exact details of the booked session (date and time, and name of the prospect) can this also be shown on the queue's history. Or perhaps a listing of the upcoming bookings something like an individual's dashboard.
