  1. In the Reports tab we can hover over a person's name to see a black box with the data points on them. That box can be a little wonky to load and view on my browser where I don't see all the data. I'd love for this to be a clickable page or something that is bit more user friendly to audit the data points.

  3. Chargebee has a few queues created. Some of which get a lot less traffic than others over a month. The problem is that with the fairness algorithm resetting monthly the same rep ends up receiving the one or two meetings a month this queue receives. The other queues get much more volume and so having the reset happen monthly works.They would very much like to be able to have the fairness algorithm setting on the queue level to handle this.The current workaround is to manually calibrate the low volume queue each month which is a frustrating process for them.

  4. Please offer an API to allow us to export the data from the reports page to external data warehouses. While we can get the calls scheduled from the Salesforce events, there's a ton of other visibility from the reports around queues used, lack of availability for reps, etc. that we can't pull into our existing reporting tools.

  5. We've had a couple instances where we have users report that our clients are booked in incorrect timezones. For instance; It should be 2pm Eastern time, but it shows 1pm Eastern time because the incorrect Eastern Timezone was selected (the one that does not observe Daylight Savings) but we have no way of confirming it. Please add this as a field we can see when looking at the event in Dashboard/Admin Panel.

  6. Currently UTM params can only be passed to direct booking links which greatly undermines their usefulness. Please allow us to pass UTM params through routers and queue links.

  7. Track which meetings were booked via Instant Booker vs. Concierge/meeting link. Offer Reports to show this data and the % of meetings booked using each method. Offer the ability to sync this data to Salesforce Events.

Kim from Avalara has suspicions that some of her reps are not being honest and are changing the queue that comes up when Instant Booker loads in order to stack leads to different reps.She has requested some kind of ability to track which queue the prospect routed to first either in logging or as a custom field so that she can report on whether the queue was changed by the rep.Another point that came up in conversation was the ability to set a "Strict workspace" ie: disallow the reps the ability from choosing another queue from the dropdown even if…

  9. Right now the only visibility into usage is through Conversion and distribution reporting. But there are customer who use personal booking links more than queues for their team and we have no visibility into the quantity of meetings booked through personal booking links.

  10. Currently there is no way in-app to track the distribution of leads via Queues for Prospects Who Didn't Take Action (aka DTA Queues). Additionally, current level and weighting does not apply to DTA Queues. For example, if a customer has 3 reps with weights of 100%, 100%, and 10% then DTA Queues will still distribute the leads evenly instead of following the set weights.

  11. Ability to set the percentage for vacation calibration. For example that rep won't get the same amount of meetings after she/he is back from vacation like the other reps, but maybe 50% of them. So of colleagues have 10 meetings, the rep after vacation will get 5 extra to catch up a bit.
