It would be useful to be able to subscribe to the in-app reports - ex: subscribe to receive reports on analytics of concierge on a daily, weekly, monthly basis etc....This way admins get a time based recap on the metrics they care about measuring for their team - all sent to them in an overall recap via email

  3. The "See Prospect in Salesforce" button gets the prospect information only when the Salesforce option "Chili Piper creates lead in Salesforce real time".Change the behavior to make the button also works when the lead is created externally (via HubSpot for instance) before the notification is sent out.

  4. Managers will request exports of the weighting of queues. Now that the Active assignees is in a confined box, I cannot take a full screenshot. It would be nice for me to be able to export the Active Assignees from each queue. For example, in the ESB queue there are 23 Assignees, and some have different weighting. I have to go through it slowly to see who is weighted differently to tell their manager, it is taking forever.

  5. When we export reports from Chilipiper, the Submission date column is formatted as "01.11.2019", meaning Nov 11, 2019.It would be much more convenient for it to come formatted as "11/1/2019" as is standard and more easily readable by applications.

  9. A prospect that books a meeting and enters a fake / incorrect email won't receive the meeting information therefore won't show up. Once a meeting invite bounces, this should in turn mark the meeting as cancelled and not count against the fairness of meetings distribution (if using round robin).

  10. Similar to the No Show Button. Allow assignees to tag meetings as "Disqualified" for meetings our reps have that do not meet our criteria for an opportunity and credit them back a meeting. This would be extremely helpful for our users to give feedback to marketing and SDRs and eliminate us having to create an opportunity in Salesforce just to simply closed/lost it immediately. Would also allow us to see which meetings are "Good", no showed, cancelled, and "disqualified"

  13. The current User UI shows the license type, default workspace, and other workspace that a user is included in - which is a very good view. BUT, if you export it, the reports looks so complex - the license type is not there, the workspaces are presented as columns. To be able to export it as is (like the UI) would be great

  15. Chargebee has a few queues created. Some of which get a lot less traffic than others over a month. The problem is that with the fairness algorithm resetting monthly the same rep ends up receiving the one or two meetings a month this queue receives. The other queues get much more volume and so having the reset happen monthly works.They would very much like to be able to have the fairness algorithm setting on the queue level to handle this.The current workaround is to manually calibrate the low volume queue each month which is a frustrating process for them.

  16. Please offer an API to allow us to export the data from the reports page to external data warehouses. While we can get the calls scheduled from the Salesforce events, there's a ton of other visibility from the reports around queues used, lack of availability for reps, etc. that we can't pull into our existing reporting tools.

  17. We've had a couple instances where we have users report that our clients are booked in incorrect timezones. For instance; It should be 2pm Eastern time, but it shows 1pm Eastern time because the incorrect Eastern Timezone was selected (the one that does not observe Daylight Savings) but we have no way of confirming it. Please add this as a field we can see when looking at the event in Dashboard/Admin Panel.

  18. Currently UTM params can only be passed to direct booking links which greatly undermines their usefulness. Please allow us to pass UTM params through routers and queue links.

  19. Track which meetings were booked via Instant Booker vs. Concierge/meeting link. Offer Reports to show this data and the % of meetings booked using each method. Offer the ability to sync this data to Salesforce Events.

Kim from Avalara has suspicions that some of her reps are not being honest and are changing the queue that comes up when Instant Booker loads in order to stack leads to different reps.She has requested some kind of ability to track which queue the prospect routed to first either in logging or as a custom field so that she can report on whether the queue was changed by the rep.Another point that came up in conversation was the ability to set a "Strict workspace" ie: disallow the reps the ability from choosing another queue from the dropdown even if…
