  1. I think it's great that users are able to create personal pages; however, if we add company-wide meeting types, we have to be able to find these Personal Pages and potentially mass-update them with new Bookings.

  2. Some of our account managers like to set the minimum scheduling notice to 1 day so that they have time to prepare for their meetings with our customers, but others don't mind having it set to the day of. This feature was available when we used Outreach to book meetings.

  3. The ability to drag and reorder columns in tables. Specifically, one customer needs it in the Meeting Activities page (they want the 'Booker' field to be further on the left because right now they have to scroll to see it).

    Their workaround is to download a CSV, open in Excel, then sort and reorder. Ideally, we'd keep them in the app as much as possible, and this seems like a simple way to do so.

  4. Today, if for any reason, a meeting is set up where a validation fail is failing the sync in SFDC, there is no way to have the record synced from Chili Piper to SFDC and it is left hanging and unsynced.

    The only way to unblock this situation is to change/disable the validation in Salesforce which is sometimes impossible.

    The request is to allow the ability to update the record which is due to be synced to valid values and be able to then resync the record.

  6. Ability to Test before Publish. LeanData allows us to enter a test data and “run” through the journey to see which path it will take so we can do testing before we publish the update to real live environment. I know that we can spin up copies of Chilli Piper journeys and test it on our lower-level environments, but this is not as easy as being able to do it all inside a single tool

  10. Legacy CP fills in dynamic tags in the Preview to get a better sense of what the prospect will see, but Fire shows the dynamic tags in Preview without populating those values. It would be great for Fire to adopt this feature.

  12. Currently Concierge and Handoff can only create Events after a meeting is booked, but some people use Tasks instead of Events. It would be very useful to have a Task creation node in the routers, both for when meetings are booked or not booked.

  14. Option to "add all users in list" to workspace(s) when doing new user creation. Same condition for license assignment. Currently requires clicking of each user, selecting workspace, then clicking out. Same can be said for licensing. Would be more efficient to add all users and then toggle "add to workspace" for all users in the list.

  15. ChiliPiper should allow for Admins that will never have meetings booked for or from them to get free access to Chilipiper. The idea that we have to pay the same price for a manager to be able to update settings is crazy. It's so expensive and creates a bad experience.

  18. Now with Fire, we no longer have the concept of Default Booker. That impacted notifications for meetings booked that don't go through Handoff or Concierge.
    I'd love to have the option back to get notified of all meetings booked through the Booking Links from a Workspace.

  19. When viewing the Team screen we are able to see if a Team Members calendar is disconnected. It would be helpful if we could also notify them directly from the team screen, like we can from the user table. Currently we have to exit/new tab the user table to do this.

  20. Can you please lock the scroll bar on the bottom of the screen for the reports section.

    Currently if I want to scroll to the right to see more columns, I have to scroll to the bottom of the page, scroll right, scroll up, and then continue to look.

    I typically lose the information I need on the left to go back and check I am looking at the right thing, it's not very user friendly.
