  1. Update SMS response operational emails from Chili Piper to include name and/or company name in subject line + what action. Teams don't identify their guests/attendees by phone number and may have multiple meetings with the guest - it all adds in extra lookup steps. Adding in company name or guests' name + meeting type to the email notification that Chili Piper sends will notify them of the client and meeting more efficiently. Instead of ""New Message from [number]"" > ""[Action] message from [Name at Company, Number] for [Meeting Type]""

  6. It would be useful to have the Router Name pass via a webhook (i.e. the Zapier integration). Currently it is not available.

  8. I think it's great that users are able to create personal pages; however, if we add company-wide meeting types, we have to be able to find these Personal Pages and potentially mass-update them with new Bookings.

  11. An open API with a /meetings endpoint where we can extract one object per meeting of interest

    In this case, exporting this information into a database such as BitQuery when the crm is Hubspot.

  12. Currently, when the prospect has the ability to select a timezone, it displays both the standard and daylight savings versions of each timezone. It would be beneficial if Chili Piper only showed one selection for each timezone and applied daylight savings adjustments as necessary automatically.

  14. Dates are currently shown in the American format, MM/DD/YYYY.This is not used universally, so I would like to have the option to choose the formatting to avoid confusions around booking dates.Options available should be:MM/DD/YYYYDD/MM/YYYYYYYY/MM/DD

  15. Some of our account managers like to set the minimum scheduling notice to 1 day so that they have time to prepare for their meetings with our customers, but others don't mind having it set to the day of. This feature was available when we used Outreach to book meetings.

  18. Currently Concierge and Handoff can only create Events after a meeting is booked, but some people use Tasks instead of Events. It would be very useful to have a Task creation node in the routers, both for when meetings are booked or not booked.
