  1. Once upon a time, admins could see when a license was activated or deactivated and by who. As a group's number of super admins increases with more users, having this audit trail is helpful for the head admin when troubleshooting, maintaining, etc.

  2. Adding the ability to transfer all configurations from Sandbox to Production. This way customers don't need to recreate everything again, which could speed up the onboarding process.

  3. Proactive notification when reps' calendars are full and an inbound website meeting cannot be scheduled within X number of days. We have a large volume of inbounds coming to our site, especially during holiday periods, and often times prospects have to book a meeting more than 7 days out. We want to get pro-actively notified that this is occurring and set the number of days for notification. This will enable us to update our routing or put more reps in the queue. Currently we are flying blind and have to wait for feedback from prospects.

  4. If a user has restrictions set in Gcal/Outlook to allow only certain people to see the titles we need a way to respect that in Chili Cal. For this use case leadership have titles blocked from reps, but ops and other leaders can see it. In Chili Piper we can either block it completely or let everyone see it, we can't respect the individuals settings.

  6. In the admin mockup for the booker in the Branding and language section, out logo looks fine. But in the actual booker sent out by our employees, the logo is squished.

    Chili Piper's logo upload tool, unlike most other, does not have suggest image sizes and does not block you if your logo does not fit.

    When looking at the HTLM of the booker, it appears that our logo has a rendered size of 200 × 56 px and rendered aspect ratio of 25∶7.

    It would have been good to know this before we had multiple prospects and employees point…

  7. I'd like to be able to apply our corporate branding to all external interfaces, including Personal Pages and Personal Booking Links, not just inside a particular workspace. Currently we have to keep reminding our users to never send out their personal booking links because of the visual disconnect from our corporate branding.

  10. It would be lovely to not have to train reps on how to set their default calendar view in Instant Booker, and instead set it for them. In this case, our workflows are such that our team always needs to be seeing their own calendar by default and it's causing friction when the view is at the Team calendar level.

  11. Proactive alerts to admins when there are errors, similar to how Salesforce handles it. "I have an email alert set up for a bunch of errors. We have some subscribed reports, things like, and send to your email every morning at 8am and I know immediately I check and say, okay, there's one here, here's what happened. I need to audit that"

  12. For Handoff Routers, we need to have control for which teams see each rule similar to scheduling links.
    It doesn't work to have this in the Rule for a filter as they are being used across our Inbound Router as well and duplicating rules is not a good option.

  13. Our handoff booker needs to be able to book over 2 weeks out, even though our meeting type only allows being set for 2 weeks out for the primary guest. We need to make it so primary guests are limited to 2 weeks, but our team needs to have more flexibility in the time to book.
    Is it possible to have an Availability setting for the booker for handoff separate from the one for the primary guest.

  14. Currently it is only possible to reassign one meeting at a time as an admin. It would be useful to reassign multiple meetings at once. For example, when one rep is leaving the company their existing meetings need to be reassigned to other reps. Having the ability to reassign all of their meetings at once would be very helpful for offboarding.

  15. Allow the ability to see which opportunities compose the meetings scheduled/cancelled within distributions. If an admin wants to see which 3 meetings cancelled within a distribution for an AE, for instance, it requires a manual search.

  17. Currently, the vacation recognition causes many issues and inconsistently recognizes vacation. Allow for an option to only recognize an all-day OOO event type to qualify as vacation - not just "busy" events all day. Show which events are triggering the vacation setting - sometimes we can't tell.

  18. Reassigning a meeting via the Outlook add in is currently not supported. A rep must go to ChiliCal to reassign or an Admin can do so from the admin dashboard. Adding the ability to reassign from the calendar invite itself in Outlook would be feature parity with the functionality with Gcal users.

  20. When using a Data Field that requests a phone number, the UI presents a drop-down menu for selecting the country.

    The country information could be provided separately or mapped within the Data Field, allowing me to directly determine the country without asking for the Country Name in a drop-down.
