  1. The reminder emails that chili piper sends to guests, as well as the initial meeting invite email that chili piper sends when the guest books their demo, can those emails be mapped over to salesforce so we can see a history of them on the Lead/Contact record?

    Our reps work in salesforce and gong and being able to confirm whether those emails have been sent, and whether they were opened, in the place they are usually working would be great.

  2. Option to "add all users in list" to workspace(s) when doing new user creation. Same condition for license assignment. Currently requires clicking of each user, selecting workspace, then clicking out. Same can be said for licensing. Would be more efficient to add all users and then toggle "add to workspace" for all users in the list.

  3. For clients that are using multiple products, it'd be helpful to have an admin log so we can see all the products that prospect has touched. ie if the prospect booked a meeting through Concierge, then was assigned or had an update via Distro, then the meeting was handed off from one rep to another - there is no singular view that'll show that history.

  4. In the old platform, agents (non-admin users) had access to the "Dashboard" section, which allowed them to view their upcoming and past events.

    In the new Fire platform, the equivalent functionality appears to be the "Meeting Activity" report. However, this report is restricted to Admin-only access.

    It would be very helpful if regular users could also view their own meeting activity within this report, to maintain visibility and autonomy over their scheduling history, similar to what was available in the previous platform.

  5. When using a Data Field that requests a phone number, the UI presents a drop-down menu for selecting the country.

    The country information could be provided separately or mapped within the Data Field, allowing me to directly determine the country without asking for the Country Name in a drop-down.

  6. They have a meeting type across 3 workspaces and want to apply the 'Prospect Booking Limit' and have that change made across all of these meeting types and workspaces

  8. Concierge has a separate page for Logs where you can view meetings, and have the option to Retry Salesforce actions there on-demand. It'll be helpful if Chili Cal has the same page

  9. Now with Fire, we no longer have the concept of Default Booker. That impacted notifications for meetings booked that don't go through Handoff or Concierge.
    I'd love to have the option back to get notified of all meetings booked through the Booking Links from a Workspace.

  10. When viewing the Team screen we are able to see if a Team Members calendar is disconnected. It would be helpful if we could also notify them directly from the team screen, like we can from the user table. Currently we have to exit/new tab the user table to do this.

  11. It would be useful to reorder the meeting types listed in the ChiliCal Scheduler. Today I believe it lists them in the order created and there is no way to reorder them.

  12. Give the ability for users to disqualify meeting invitations from pre-defined domains by users for their links. This is currently supported in concierge, it would be interesting to have a similar setting for personal links.

  14. There are a lot of clicks to make a distribution, and when making a lot of them, it becomes tedious. Speeding this up would be great, especially since we are choosing the same general settings with each Distribution.

  15. When rescheduling a meeting it no longer uses the Assignee name in the title, even if there's a dynamic tag. It just says "meeting with"

  16. Ability to change the default workspace for each user. Currently the default workspace is visible to all users, but we want certain groups of users to have a different default workspace than others. Ex: We want the sales team's default workspace to be the Sales Workspace and the CS team's default workspace to be the CS team.

    Our rep when building out Chili Piper initially made our default workspace "sales" but now everyone in the org, even if they aren't in sales, has to be a part of the "Sales" workspace since it's the company default. And it's impossible to…

  17. When working in the Salesforce Actions settings page, I often click away from the drop-down options and end up accidentally selecting "Apply to all Meeting Types in this Workspace". This is really annoying. There is a select button and the change should only be made if a user clicks on the small button as opposed anywhere on the row.

I want the ability to generate a singe link for any given User, which has a walkthrough of all steps needed to comply with a company's standardized set of techs would be key, as I could then select my Organization's required techs, and then for any new user, simply send them a link which walks them through set up on their time.
