  1. Forresters team has multiple assignees that meet with clients. They would live to give the client the opportunity to mark one of multiple assignees as optional with the goal of viewing more availability.

We have a large number of reps who are in the field and rely on their phones for all prospect communications, calendar bookings, etc. It would be helpful if there was a mobile optimized app/version of the Instant Booker that would allow them to easily book meetings on their calendar via Chili Piper similar to how they are using the gcal app today. This is a blocker for full adoption of Chili Piper within our organization.

  4. When you are in the dashboard, go to an event, if you click reassign in any queue, the list of reps isn't sorted by priority, so you don't know who the next rep in the queue is available at that timeslot.

  7. Forrester would like the ability to quickly see a list of Assignees w/in a queues and their next availability to support identifying who doesn't have sufficient time available. Would prefer to take into account the meeting type as well to account for varying restrictions by date or by minimum or maximum scheduling settings.

  8. The way it stands now, if a prospect tries to book within the Booking Limit time set, an error is displayed saying that they've already booked and should use the reschedule link.

    However, this also comes through as a meeting status of "Not Booked."

    I suggest that this scenario should not count as any form of meeting and be essentially disqualified from routing.

  10. It would be useful to have the Router Name pass via a webhook (i.e. the Zapier integration). Currently it is not available.

  11. If you remove a rule from the queue but don't adjust logic, it's likely that all logic is thrown and leads could get incorrectly disqualified or qualified. Add a warning sign or window when a rule is removed to check logic and adjust.

  14. Currently, when the prospect has the ability to select a timezone, it displays both the standard and daylight savings versions of each timezone. It would be beneficial if Chili Piper only showed one selection for each timezone and applied daylight savings adjustments as necessary automatically.

  20. An open API with a /meetings endpoint where we can extract one object per meeting of interest

    In this case, exporting this information into a database such as BitQuery when the crm is Hubspot.
