  1. If you remove a rule from the queue but don't adjust logic, it's likely that all logic is thrown and leads could get incorrectly disqualified or qualified. Add a warning sign or window when a rule is removed to check logic and adjust.

  2. If SF fails to update for whatever reason, it'd be great to have a notification to the impacted assignee to manually update the record, or create a way for Super Admins to export these errors en masse.

  4. We have a large number of reps who are in the field and rely on their phones for all prospect communications, calendar bookings, etc. It would be helpful if there was a mobile optimized app/version of the Instant Booker that would allow them to easily book meetings on their calendar via Chili Piper similar to how they are using the gcal app today. This is a blocker for full adoption of Chili Piper within our organization.

  5. Forrester would like the ability to quickly see a list of Assignees w/in a queues and their next availability to support identifying who doesn't have sufficient time available. Would prefer to take into account the meeting type as well to account for varying restrictions by date or by minimum or maximum scheduling settings.

  7. Currently, when the prospect has the ability to select a timezone, it displays both the standard and daylight savings versions of each timezone. It would be beneficial if Chili Piper only showed one selection for each timezone and applied daylight savings adjustments as necessary automatically.

  8. I duplicate meetings often for my own use and for clients - Since I assumed all settings carried over, I assumed that reminders were also reattached, but they aren't. I have months of duplicated meetings w/ no reminders :) whoops. Submitting this feature request for reminders to also be carried over since all other settings are duplicated, it caught me off guard that reminders would not be attached identically to the duplicated meeting.

  10. We have a lot of queues set up, but not everyone needs access to all the queues. Most people only book a few queues and seeing ALL of them at once makes things a little more complicated than they should be. I'd like it if only the queues a rep needs to book in were visible.

  11. While creating a Workspace, Admin has the ability to choose emoji. This is however only visible for Admins. I suggest to make this emoji visible for All users in the Instant Booker. In case if customer has different workspace for sales teams in different countries, it makes it even easier for booker to choose the correct workspace (aside of the workspace name, booker will see the small emoji which could be set for the US or the EU flag for example). Right now, all workspaces has icon of the license next to it (flame for hot license etc.)

  14. Today, when uploading a logo under Admin Center → Org details, it's possible to include a logo that will be squished when live.

    It'd be great to have this fool-proofed so that whatever size ratio of the uploaded logo is maintained where-ever it's placed

  19. Currently the ability to reset Round Robin Fairness calculation resides in the Workspace settings. It would be fantastic if you could set an override on individual queues to make the reset happen more frequently, or less.

  20. The idea is to add a specific email address as a guest on all calendar invites. This way you can view all of the bookings for all of your sales reps on one calendar when viewing in Google Calendar, for example.
