  1. Every time a rep goes to the log in page, even if already logged in in another tab, they are prompted to log in again. It'd be nice for CP to read whether the user is already credentialed and then move them straight to their home page.

  2. We've had several cases where someone accidentally changes a ruleset or something within a router, or worse, they change it without realizing it.

    A save button would prevent this and give users more confidence when editing queues or routers. I assume this would also help give historical data regarding what was changed, when, and by whom, which would also be of great value.

  4. In the user table table in the admin view, when attempting to modify selected users, if there are any filters apply, the filters do not hold for modifying users.

    For example, if the user table shows a total of 200 users (as pulled in from their oauth connection) but they only have 20 concierge users, I would filter to only view those 20 concierge users, and click the box to select those 20 years.

    However, instead of selecting only the filtered 20 users, so I can make modifications to license type, workspaces, etc, it actually selects all 200 users.

  10. At the moment, if you go to your dashboard in "my workspace" you can see only the meetings that are assigned to you.

    It is very common that bookers book for other people and they want to track those meetings they booked in the dashboard. It would be helpful to have those meetings you booked (but are not assigned to you) in the dashboard so you can track.

  11. Some customers have coaching or advisor type sessions and they thought it would be valuable to collect CC info before the call. This helps ensure clients show up and their time is not wasted.

  12. When a prospect selects a different time zone than the one presented to them, this is not recorded anywhere except in our database.

    It was suggested to me that we should store this time zone as a field in the CRM Event record as a custom field, or otherwise make it available as a dynamic tag to embed there.

  14. Chili Piper is set it and forget it, but sometimes when new reps join they are in a queue but getting a lot less meetings than the others. When the admin is aware of that, he can train them on how to maintain a good calendar hygiene. I also prevents loosing prospects when a queue is made by one only prospect.

  17. Right now when I look at a Queue I do not know where all it is being used. If there is a queue that is not being used I would want to delete that to maintain a clean workspace. Visibility on a Queue level as to which all routers are currently using this queue would be a great feature to have.

  18. Right now when a HubSpot field is created, the label associated to this field can be changed in HubSpot but the API name will be forever the same (you cannot change it in HS). If a customer creates two fields with the same name in HubSpot, in our Chili Piper form the dropdown will display both fields with the same name and it's impossible to know through the UI which one is the desired one.   19. It is helpful to know if the prospect that booked a meeting does not receive the calendar invite email. Could this information either be made available within the dashboard or prospect reports or via an email notification to the assignee and admin?

  20. Now that Admins can create Custom Schedules for users, it would be fantastic if we could create Custom Schedules and assign them to multiple people/groups at once. Perhaps make the Custom Schedule reside at the Workspace level?
