  1. Currently when you use the global calendar connection to add a disconnected user as a guest in the ChiliCal Scheduler, you can see their busy blocks but it also grays-out a lot of the originally available time (white space). This is presumably because the disconnected users hasn't set any working hours in Chili Piper, The request is that the Scheduler ignore working hours entirely for any disconnected guests being added. Otherwise trying to book a meeting with them will be confusing at least, or impossible at most if the "Allow booking over working hours" setting is disabled by chance.

  3. I'd like to have the ability to configure redirects to external pages for a booking link. For example: when navigating to https://calendar.chilipiper.com/round-robin/partner I want to be redirected to https://www.chilipiper.com/partner where we have Concierge embedded.

  4. Calendly has a feature that allows multiple people to vote on what time a meeting should be. This is very useful when trying to coordinate calls with multiple people with busy schedules, and it would be great if Chili Piper offered this same functionality.

  7. Right now the only way to remove reminders when scheduling a meeting is by using the calendar on the Home page of the personal app. Being able to remove the reminders within the scheduler before sending out the invite would be very helpful in situations where we know the customer will not need/want reminders.

  11. Allow users to customize the font so that all email platforms receive the font as intended - some email platforms (like Superhuman) are receiving the a different font that does not match our branding.

  14. With a growing list of users, it is impossible to tell if someone should or should not be licensed, should or should not be connected, and the user reporting is insufficient for identifying adoption insights by team or wave.

    Please add user Created Date, Modified Date, Created By, and Modified By fields to the user reporting.

  15. The ability to drag and reorder columns in tables. Specifically, one customer needs it in the Meeting Activities page (they want the 'Booker' field to be further on the left because right now they have to scroll to see it).

    Their workaround is to download a CSV, open in Excel, then sort and reorder. Ideally, we'd keep them in the app as much as possible, and this seems like a simple way to do so.

  16. Proactive alerts to admins when there are errors, similar to how Salesforce handles it. "I have an email alert set up for a bunch of errors. We have some subscribed reports, things like, and send to your email every morning at 8am and I know immediately I check and say, okay, there's one here, here's what happened. I need to audit that"

  17. Today, if for any reason, a meeting is set up where a validation fail is failing the sync in SFDC, there is no way to have the record synced from Chili Piper to SFDC and it is left hanging and unsynced.

    The only way to unblock this situation is to change/disable the validation in Salesforce which is sometimes impossible.

    The request is to allow the ability to update the record which is due to be synced to valid values and be able to then resync the record.

  18. Need to add ALL logs that were available for Concierge Live in Legacy to Fire. The lack of this logging is causing an inability to understand or troubleshoot issues and call routing in Fire, post migration.
