  1. Currently Concierge and Handoff can only create Events after a meeting is booked, but some people use Tasks instead of Events. It would be very useful to have a Task creation node in the routers, both for when meetings are booked or not booked.

  2. We'd like to have a User Control toggle that gives us the ability to force-enable "Availability for All" for all users in the workspace and prevents them from disabling it, as it's critical to our sherry-picking efforts.

  3. Show the actual team member that doesn't have the specific license for the distribution, not just take me to the Manage License, and then I need to search through all users to find the one that is missing that license.

  4. As we've gone live with Chili Piper and have booked a lot of test meetings, I'd like to be able to delete those meetings out of the system altogether. This way we can be sure these test meetings aren't skewing the distribution of legit meetings across our AEs unevenly.

  5. The reminder emails that chili piper sends to guests, as well as the initial meeting invite email that chili piper sends when the guest books their demo, can those emails be mapped over to salesforce so we can see a history of them on the Lead/Contact record?

    Our reps work in salesforce and gong and being able to confirm whether those emails have been sent, and whether they were opened, in the place they are usually working would be great.

  6. Currently the ChiliCal button will only show on the standard primary email field on a Lead or Contact in Salesforce. However, sometimes a customer will have multiple email addresses that are stored in secondary email fields. It would be useful for the extension to automatically show up on those fields, or to allow Chili Piper admins to customize which fields the extension shows up on.

  7. Option to "add all users in list" to workspace(s) when doing new user creation. Same condition for license assignment. Currently requires clicking of each user, selecting workspace, then clicking out. Same can be said for licensing. Would be more efficient to add all users and then toggle "add to workspace" for all users in the list.

  8. Currently, the vacation recognition causes many issues and inconsistently recognizes vacation. Allow for an option to only recognize an all-day OOO event type to qualify as vacation - not just "busy" events all day. Show which events are triggering the vacation setting - sometimes we can't tell.

  9. Allow pause settings for a user to happen at a universal level and not only on each individual router. Ideally, we could say, "John Doe" needs to be paused and we could do that in one place across all routers and not manage each individual one and pause him in several places.

  10. If multiple reminders are set for a meeting and the customer replies to an earlier one via email, it would be useful to cancel the remaining reminders to avoid spamming the customer.

  11. Reassigning a meeting via the Outlook add in is currently not supported. A rep must go to ChiliCal to reassign or an Admin can do so from the admin dashboard. Adding the ability to reassign from the calendar invite itself in Outlook would be feature parity with the functionality with Gcal users.

  13. For clients that are using multiple products, it'd be helpful to have an admin log so we can see all the products that prospect has touched. ie if the prospect booked a meeting through Concierge, then was assigned or had an update via Distro, then the meeting was handed off from one rep to another - there is no singular view that'll show that history.

  14. In the old platform, agents (non-admin users) had access to the "Dashboard" section, which allowed them to view their upcoming and past events.

    In the new Fire platform, the equivalent functionality appears to be the "Meeting Activity" report. However, this report is restricted to Admin-only access.

    It would be very helpful if regular users could also view their own meeting activity within this report, to maintain visibility and autonomy over their scheduling history, similar to what was available in the previous platform.

  15. When using a Data Field that requests a phone number, the UI presents a drop-down menu for selecting the country.

    The country information could be provided separately or mapped within the Data Field, allowing me to directly determine the country without asking for the Country Name in a drop-down.

  18. When companies have multiple business units using Chili Piper, they may a designated number of licences per team. A cap on the number of users for specific teams will help clear governance of licences and will avoid teams 'stealing' licences from another team.

    For instance, if ACME (UK) pays for 100 licences however, only 80 are assigned to them. They want to ensure that the remaining 20 does not get assigned to another team. Placing a cap on the other global teams would ensure that they won't be able to dip into UK's unused licences.

  20. Proactive notification when reps' calendars are full and an inbound website meeting cannot be scheduled within X number of days. We have a large volume of inbounds coming to our site, especially during holiday periods, and often times prospects have to book a meeting more than 7 days out. We want to get pro-actively notified that this is occurring and set the number of days for notification. This will enable us to update our routing or put more reps in the queue. Currently we are flying blind and have to wait for feedback from prospects.
