  1. There are additional custom fields I'd like to be able to add to a Booker/Assignee profile to that I can better personalize meeting reminders and meeting templates. For example, a link to a video they've created, a link to their about me page, their team name, etc.

  3. Would like ability to view (and possibly reassign) a users meetings that were booked through a personal built template and not a part of a workspace meeting templates. Reason being, an employee was unexpectedly out due to a tornado and had 6 meetings where they used personal templates, booked over two days and no way to get online to adjust or cancel these. Would love for admin to be able to view this info so they can use reschedule link or even just view attendees and be able to email them, etc.

  8. It would reduce confusion if both the attendee and assignee timezones were both available on the "New Event" email from chilipiper. One of my coworkers thought that they had an event booked well outside of their hours set in ChiliPiper.

  9. It would be lovely to not have to train reps on how to set their default calendar view in Instant Booker, and instead set it for them. In this case, our workflows are such that our team always needs to be seeing their own calendar by default and it's causing friction when the view is at the Team calendar level.

  10. I think it's great that users are able to create personal pages; however, if we add company-wide meeting types, we have to be able to find these Personal Pages and potentially mass-update them with new Bookings.

  12. I would like an admin to be able to create calendar events for individuals, change their available hours, create integrations for them, etc. Why? If a single admin can create an org-wide template for each AE's account, and cookie-cutter copy and paste that to each AE as the admin sees fit, then we would not have the need for a n AE to configure their own account and possibly introduce inconsistencies/errors in config

You know that thing when you want to open a new tab(s) say all of your meeting types, so you right click blitz through all of them but the tab your on opens the same damn thing you're trying open in ANOTHER tab? Ya kill that : )If I right click on a thing, I want it to open to another tab and leave the tab I'm in alone.

  15. When at Workspace > Inbound Routers, people keep creating new routers because it is not visually clear that the text at the top of the page is a list of clickable link to edit any of the existing routers.

  16. Option to hide assets (particularly meeting types) on a per user basis even if they should be able to see everything else in the workspace. Main use case that surfaced this is ability to test meeting types' copy, subject lines, etc. and preventing reps outside of the pilot scope to accidentally use and muddy the data. Increasingly harder when you have a large sales team and no amount of training/enablement would prevent it from happening entirely.

  17. Dates are currently shown in the American format, MM/DD/YYYY.This is not used universally, so I would like to have the option to choose the formatting to avoid confusions around booking dates.Options available should be:MM/DD/YYYYDD/MM/YYYYYYYY/MM/DD

  19. It's frustrating that we have to give a user full administrative rights to view reports. If someone only needs reporting, they don't need the ability to every aspect of the product.

  20. We have two different orgs using the same CP and SFDC Instance, each with their own workspaces and SFDC visibility. We'd like the ability to permanently assign workspaces for users in each org so that there is no crossover of workspaces.
