  2. I've had a couple of requests recently to automate adding and removing reps from queues based on certain conditions within SFDC (e.g. remove a rep from the RR if the number of open ops in their name >10 and add them back in when it's <10). I'm currently working with them to use Zapier and our API endpoints, however it would be awesome if we could do this natively in-app.

  3. Adding the ability to transfer all configurations from Sandbox to Production. This way customers don't need to recreate everything again, which could speed up the onboarding process.

  6. It would reduce confusion if both the attendee and assignee timezones were both available on the "New Event" email from chilipiper. One of my coworkers thought that they had an event booked well outside of their hours set in ChiliPiper.

  7. Option to hide assets (particularly meeting types) on a per user basis even if they should be able to see everything else in the workspace. Main use case that surfaced this is ability to test meeting types' copy, subject lines, etc. and preventing reps outside of the pilot scope to accidentally use and muddy the data. Increasingly harder when you have a large sales team and no amount of training/enablement would prevent it from happening entirely.

  8. It would be lovely to not have to train reps on how to set their default calendar view in Instant Booker, and instead set it for them. In this case, our workflows are such that our team always needs to be seeing their own calendar by default and it's causing friction when the view is at the Team calendar level.

  9. I think it's great that users are able to create personal pages; however, if we add company-wide meeting types, we have to be able to find these Personal Pages and potentially mass-update them with new Bookings.

  10. I would like an admin to be able to create calendar events for individuals, change their available hours, create integrations for them, etc. Why? If a single admin can create an org-wide template for each AE's account, and cookie-cutter copy and paste that to each AE as the admin sees fit, then we would not have the need for a n AE to configure their own account and possibly introduce inconsistencies/errors in config

  11. Dates are currently shown in the American format, MM/DD/YYYY.This is not used universally, so I would like to have the option to choose the formatting to avoid confusions around booking dates.Options available should be:MM/DD/YYYYDD/MM/YYYYYYYY/MM/DD

  13. Users should be able to change the color of the "Meeting Buffer" event once it's created in Google Calendar. Currently, the only way of doing this is manually changing the color on Google's end and by default, it's colored as "Graphite".

    How it works:
    Create an additional parameter for the meeting buffer settings where you can set the color to a different one. Once the buffer is created on Google then the color is automatically changed based on the settings.

  14. 'I think as a customer it would making it more clear that they are booking an appointment v.s. just going through some sort of spam lead capture.

    In the solar industry, lead originators are a big thing and customers know that if they fill out a form, most of their information gets sold off to other companies.

    We want to show them that they are really booking an appointment, and the data capture is after they select a time.'

  16. When the prospect invite is turned off, remove the "You will receive a meeting invite shortly" language from the booking success screen to avoid setting incorrect expectations with the booker.

  17. Some of our account managers like to set the minimum scheduling notice to 1 day so that they have time to prepare for their meetings with our customers, but others don't mind having it set to the day of. This feature was available when we used Outreach to book meetings.
