  2. Context: We utilize a custom implementation where a third-party form creates leads in Salesforce via API. We have strictly disabled Chili Piper's permission to create new leads to prevent duplicates/conflicts.

Problem: A race condition exists between the form tool's API call and Chili Piper's execution.

    Prospect submits form.

Chili Piper Concierge triggers immediately and attempts to write booking data to Salesforce.

Chili Piper searches for the lead email but returns null because the form tool is still processing the creation request.

Chili Piper fails to update the lead (as it does not exist yet) and fails to create a new…

  4. Currently, when a custom webhook (e.g., sending appointment data to an external endpoint like Power Automate) fails due to issues on the receiving end, Chili Piper dont logs the failure and does not provide an option for admins to manually resend the specific failed event(s) from the Meetings Activity or Events History dashboard. Support has confirmed there is no built-in mechanism to re-trigger these failed webhook payloads, which creates operational challenges, such as manual recreation of appointments or reliance on API workarounds. This is particularly impactful for high-volume users where failures (e.g., due to endpoint timeouts) can lead to missed…

  5. We're currently leveraging the Chili Piper new meetings webhook to automate a critical sales process that previously required significant manual effort (hours daily for data export, filtering, and formatting for Eloqua). This automation has greatly improved efficiency.

However, the current webhook functionality sends all concierge meeting data. This necessitates an additional filtering step within our Power Automate flow to exclude data from concierges we don't need to consume via the webhook. This adds an unnecessary layer of processing on our end and potentially increases data transfer overhead for Chili Piper.

We request a modification to the Chili Piper webhook configuration…

  8. Currently we can only see a user's licenses on Chilipiper, but I was wondering if it was possible for us to create a custom user field in SFDC (license status for ex.) and have said field populated based on whether or not the user has a license in Chilipiper. This would require a bidirectional sync in order to work, but would make reporting much easier for us.

  9. HubSpot allows you to have multi step forms where you click a CTA to move forward and eventually submit the form. To redirect using CP, they have to actually submit the form. It would be nice to redirect them when clicking the first CTA instead of the final submit.

Example use case: I sell a product to HVAC companies. However, sometimes a homeowner fills out a form on my website because they saw my company's name. Today, they will use a drop down to say "I am a homeowner" and have to fully submit the form before I redirect them…

  10. The reminder emails that chili piper sends to guests, as well as the initial meeting invite email that chili piper sends when the guest books their demo, can those emails be mapped over to salesforce so we can see a history of them on the Lead/Contact record?

Our reps work in salesforce and gong and being able to confirm whether those emails have been sent, and whether they were opened, in the place they are usually working would be great.

  11. Direct integration with Marketo Measure to measure impact via engagements and sources to track attribution.

Direct integration is needed because if it's fed via Salesforce, Marketo Measure considers it an offline source, leading to a loss of certain data points.

  12. Relevant for ALL integration mapping, we have use cases where Salesforce (or the integration) uses usernames that have one domain, while the calendar account uses a different domain.

At present, if someone joins with their calendar, it cannot do automatic mapping for integrations due to the difference in domain names.

It would be great to support a global domain mapping in the integration screens so that domain.com -> email.com always, therefore if we find user@domain.com it will know to map it to user@email.com.

  13. Google Meet now allows for meetings to auto record once they start. It's a checkbox when creating the Google Meet link in Google Calendar. Could we have this added to the meeting assets? This will help our sales team.

  14. It would be great if we could edit the size of the buttons/font when inserting availability into an email. Right now, the buttons are huge, and it doesn't look professional or user-friendly, especially when inserted with other text.

  16. Right now, admins can't choose the timezone they want "today" stamped in when we update a date field and it causes confusion when trying to check the date fields that we update. We should have the option to choose the time zone

  17. Support specific Ids from URL and association with any deal that isn’t the most recently modified. ChiliCal events always associate with the last modified deal, and we have no way of controlling which deal to associate the event using the smart link parameters.
We also have no ability to pull info into an invite or post information from a meeting to a custom object. We only have access to Contacts, Companies, and Deals.

Not only will this let us specify which deal we want associated with each meeting invite, but it will enable us to associate the meeting with a…

  18. At this moment the ChiliCal extension is only displayed under the Lead/Contact page on the lightning version of Salesforce but not in the Classic UI. We would like to have the ability to use the extension on the Classic UI as well.

  19. The Chili Bot Slack app should also notify the Booker when a meeting is scheduled, rescheduled or canceled. This is critical for both the Booker & Host to be on the same page about meetings scheduled with Chili Piper so our customers have a seamless experience with our company.

  20. Hi

I was just made aware that ChiliCal can do suggested Timezones when booking a meeting but it's based on the customer info being in Clearbit. It seems like there should be a way to do so using timezone in our CRM. We keep track of Timezone based on the address information we have in our CRM so it seems like we should be able to map that to the timezones in ChiliCal?
