    1. Have a different partnership model with Clearbit and Zoominfo so we can offer their enrichment solutions natively without them having to be Zoominfo/Clearbit customers.

    2. Offer form enrichment natively for concierge/distro

    3. Offer data enrichment natively in distro

    This gives us a competitive edge with concierge because nobody is doing this yet and also helps us to catch up to some of the competition with distro as LeanData and Ringlead already do this.

  2. I've had a number of prospects wish that we could create duplicate leads when a meeting is booked via Chili Piper. This is a gap that Calendly hasn't figured out. Many teams I work with have a team dedicated to deduping leads in their CRM.

  3. If a Hubspot is the CRM used with Chili Piper, Hubspot Calendar Sync must be turned off in order to not get duplicate meetings created by Chili Piper. Not everyone can do this as calendar events can often be created outside Chili Piper and need to be logged into Hubspot. The forces someone to either turn of calendar sync which will cause them to loose meetings or turn off event creation in Chili Piper which will cause them to loose important meeting information sent from Chili Piper.

    There should be an option to avoid this. Perhaps a way to sync…

  4. When Zoom or any other integration has a disconnect a notification email should be sent to the end-user in order to inform them.

    This is already done with calendar connection, but is important for conference details as well since this can result in blank information sent to prospects.

    At the very least, a notification sent at the time of booking to indicate the conference details couldn't be included.

  6. There are situations in which a global meeting type is created for all users but some users need slightly different settings depending on their role.

    It would be nice if end users could override certain meeting type settings or reminder settings so they have a little more autonomy over the meeting types and reminders that get set for them.

  7. As a follow up to a conversation I had with Jared Wexler, I'd like to request a feature to natively allow multiple calendars in Chili Piper. Right now, I connect CP to my work calendar (where the license is tied to), but it only accesses and blocks time from events within that calendar. As there is no sync option in Gcal between calendars (only sharing/visibility), it doesn't recognize events I'm already booked for on my other calendars. Can we investigate connecting multiple per user, with the goal of only allowing Chili Piper to book time when availability is seen across…

  8. Upon an event being rescheduled, CP only attempts to update the event date and time once - if CP receives an error or the record is locked due to other updates happening, CP will not retry to update the date and time. This causes rescheduled events to not get updated to new date and time.

  9. Currently the Intercom CP app works in Messenger, so we can manually trigger the app in the chat box. The app won't work as an operator bot app, however, despite showing the app available as a follow up action.   10. It would be great to get a slack notification with a prospect replies via SMS instead of just an email. Many of my reps have slack pulled up with notifications on whereas emails are a bit slower to get to.

  14. It would be nice to have the option to duplicate a workspace to make easier to iterate and in instances where a similar setup is required.

    For example, we are in the process of creating workspaces for our EMEA and US sales teams. They have almost exactly the same setup in terms of meeting types and queues but we have to build the second one from the ground up again because we can't duplicate the space.

  15. Currently, there is only the option to set who the meeting activity in Hubspot is assigned to and Chilipiper passes no value for who created the engagement.

    For ease of reporting, it is essential to capture both when working with an SDR <> AE handoff.

    For example;

    If Frank, an SDR, books a meeting for Don, an AE, the Hubspot meeting should have the following information;

    Activity Created by Frank
    Activity Assigned to Don

    Currently Don is being assigned but Frank is not showing in Activity Created By because of Chilipiper limitations in writing that information over.

    The proposed workarounds…

Please create an Okta integration with Chili Piper so that we can automate user provisioning and de-provisioning.It would be extremely helpful to not have to manually audit records or assign users to different workspaces, queues, etc as new hires start, users leave the company, or get promoted.

  18. Now, to push the meeting type from CP to HubSpot, it will be required to name it the same way it reflects in HubSpot. It is not efficient to rely on the name of the meeting type to push it to HubSpot. It will be more convenient and efficient to have a dedicated property, let's say, "HubSpot Meeting Type" associated with a meeting type in CP

  19. Would be helpful to have the meeting record in HubSpot marked with a Meeting Outcome of Completed via the integration. Would also need to be sure that any meeting marked as Completed could also be updated to a No-Show when the prospect is marked as not attending in Chili Piper.
