  1. After an onsite meeting concludes, email or text the assignee with an option to log notes to the activity record for the meeting. Especially helpful for onsite meetings at events where reps are not carrying their laptop.

  2. Our team is using Xant's cadence tool, Playbooks. We have seen a drastic increase in meetings booked using the "Instant Booking Link" capabilities provided by Chili Piper but we cannot use this functionality in Playbooks. If this integration was set up, we would be more likely to add more of our team to Chili Piper as our sales team is moving towards adopting Playbooks fully.

  4. Our SDRs hand off qualified meetings to our AEs via the Instant Booker, as well as receive new meetings from Concierge. It appears as though any meeting where a user is "optional" still shows up as "Busy" in Google Calendar, which makes booking over the top challenging.

  5. It would be beneficial for our reps to understand where they sit in the Round Robin when receiving a meeting. By adding this to the Zapier Integration we can push this to Slack to inform the Reps.

  6. We want the ability to capture the "meeting scheduled date" as a value for a contact/lead object field. This would help with all kinds of operational flows in Salesforce and connected systems (like Hubspot).

  10. Add Slack app which can serve as a reminder for an upcoming meeting with the meeting blurb, enable quick joining to the Zoom/GMeet and allow updating the meeting status (Attended, No-Show) from within Slack.

  13. Use Case: As a regular occurrence, I will suggest meeting times using the buttons in Gmail after having built my meeting around internal and multiple external attendees. If 1-2 weeks ago by without the meeting being booked and I want to present new options using buttons, I have to rebuild the entire meeting. Can you implement "Suggest New Times" link that pulls in all of the same invitees, meeting type and details I may have modified (subject line, body)?

  14. Some companies use Tasks to report on meetings created rather than the Events object. This would cover use cases to handle reporting for admins in the case they use Tasks and prevent them from needing to know how to create fancy process builders to manage this in sfdc.

  16. If an user goes to an event in Salesforce and reassign the meeting or cancel it, we don't have any way to know who did it there. We need to have a way to track it, and passing this username internally would be the best way instead of trying to modify the Updated By field.

  17. Currently SF Case placeholders in meeting templates populate only in IB to allow the booker to choose the Relate to field.With Online Booking, since a Case can't be selected, placeholder won't populate at all to avoid choosing an incorrect Case by default. It would be nice to improve this to populate the Case # when only one open Case is found.

  19. I try to tie specific meetings to Opportunity / Case Stages. As a deal moves further down the funnel this gets harder but for the first few stages it would be pretty simpleS0 - Qualified meeting booked (auto create opp from CP meeting type = first call)S1 - First Meeting Complete (move from S0 to S1 if first call meeting template on related opp was not marked no show or cancled)S2 - Demo Complete (move to S3 if demo meeting type has completed. We use cases for onboarding. Same example as above but with kick off call etc

  20. Currently when Zoom meetings are created, the UTC/GMT time appears to be being explicitly passed in the API call. This results in the Zoom Meeting being displayed in the Zoom interface in UTC/GMT as opposed to the Chili Piper User time zone or the Zoom User time zone. This is very confusing for any users that are also using the Zoom Web UI or client for meeting management and any notifications that are sent from Zoom display the GMT/UTC time zone as opposed to the "actual" time zone (CP or Zoom) of the meeting.
