  1. What I'm trying to do is actually a workaround since I'm not able to send notifications to a gmail alias in Chili Piper. Since I need to send the notification in HubSpot, I need to be able to pull meeting start date/time from a property that's populated by Chili Piper.

The Zapier integration could use a considerable amount more work – that'd open up so many possibilities!In addition to the following:- Triggered for Cancelled Call (https://suggest.chilipiper.com/feature-requests/p/canceled-call-zap-trigger)- Including event time zone (https://suggest.chilipiper.com/feature-requests/p/include-event-timezone-in-available-zapier-fields)Zapier also could really use: *** The ability to access more test data **•Currently, Zapier can only see the first-ever meeting scheduled via my Chilipiper instance. I had a few different scenarios I need to test though (such as whether someone exists as a lead or contact in SFDC), so only having one Chilipiper event's worth of data to use in Zapier is very limiting *

  3. Under CRM actions is an option to update owners BUT it updates both Lead and Contact owner. It will be cool to be able to update just one of them like how Create Lead works.

  4. For phone queues, would be great to have a Zapier trigger that would fire if users attempt a call and are not connected for some reason, so we can trigger a Slack notification based on this.

  5. While we can assign these leads, we'd love to be able to trigger Slack alerts to prompt immediate follow-up. The only Zapier actions are new meeting/rescheduled meeting - would love one for attempts.

  7. Currently if you book a meeting, it gets created in Salesforce as an Event. If you use the Reassign CP button, and change the Queue and Meeting Type, ALL additional Chili Piper API connected fields will NOT update on the Salesforce Event (with the exception of the top fields that are native to an Activity Object for Events i.e. Subject, Date, Time, Assigned To). We use this workaround of using "Reassign CP" if the customer has booked the wrong meeting type so we can ensure they receive the correct customer correspondence according to the type of training they will receive.…

  8. We use Chili Piper for all of our meeting scheduling, mostly on the Sales side. We also use it to schedule inteviews for hiring processes but it doesn't feed into Lever, creating additional work for us. It would be awesome to have Chili Piper send information to Lever for certain meeting types like candidate emails and meeting times/locations.

  9. Ability to pass specific values to Salesforce fields from a form submission without having to create form fields and mapping them to a Chili Piper form where we put the field as hidden and assign a value to it.

  11. CRM actions only has an option to Create Lead/Contact or not create anything at all. It would be great if there's also an option to just UPDATE lead/contacts (for just existing ones) as we do not want Chili Piper to directly create leads into our CRM

  13. Presently, if a licensed user is not connected to SF and is booking meetings with their personal booking link, Events won't write to SF. We'd like the ability to leverage the SF global integration to write Events, even if the specific user isn't connected to SF.

  15. This is possible on google calendar, when you can untick the box "see guest list". Sometimes we do not want prospects to see our personal emails, and instead only see a general info@mybrand.com as a booker. This is crucial if we are using a centralized ticketing system like Zendesk and would allow Chilipiper to be used by customer support too.

  16. We'd love the option to have Chili Piper relate an event to a closed opportunity, especially in scenarios when we are using a smart booking link with that opp ID. This is helpful when we have a prospect return to us after being closed lost. We also have team members who work out of closed won opportunities (sale is final, but product needs to be delivered).

  17. Have the option to Create a Salesforce Case that's associated with the Account tied to the Contact's email address when the Contact books an appointment. This is obviously more of a support team function instead of a sales function.

  19. When a meeting is cancelled, do not delete it from the Outlook calendar. Insert (CANCELLED) in-front of Title and update from Busy to Free.

  20. Integrations with Dialpad/UberConference would be a killer feature. At the moment, the only way to set up a conference call is to share a permanent link through ChiliPiper. I'd prefer having unique links generated, so I don't have accidental eavesdroppers.
