Company name Form field
Add a form field for Company name that can have it's own dynamic tag the same way Full Name, First Name, Email do. This wouldn't require a connection to Sales Force to pull company name information but allow the guest to provide a company name and then you could include it in the event name or description

Don't buffer our buffer meetings
There needs to be a way for Chili Piper to recognize that a time slot on someone's calendar is a buffer, and allow leads to schedule right up against that buffer instead of applying the meeting buffer to that buffer meeting. Placing a buffer only before OR only after meetings helps to reduce the impact of this gap, but it still doesn't solve the issue.

If meeting is scheduled for Monday, capability to send Reminder Email on Friday
If someone schedules a meeting for a Monday, it would be nice to have the capability to send the reminders on the Friday before.

Time buffers for multiple back to back meetings
Rather than including a time buffer before and/or after every meeting that is booked, enable a time buffer only after multiple consecutive meetings back-to-back (i.e. give a 15 min buffer after 3 meetings in a row). This allows for a much greater number of meetings booked in a day, but still allows for some rest periods so a day is not 100% back-to-back

In the meeting reminders, we would like to be able to display {!CP.Meeting.Time} in French as it currently shows in English (e.g. Jul rather than Juil)

I would like to use HTML in our Meeting Types, Reminder Emails, etc. so I can mirror our Corporate Email Signature format and include our logo in the signature; along with hyperlinked text.

Reminders copy dynamic conference details from meeting type
Setting to automatically include the matching dynamic conference details tag (if existing) from the corresponding Meeting Type description to the associated Reminders to reduce room for error and manual steps needed to include proper meeting conference details!

Choice to override working hours in booking link
When using suggested times users are able to override their working hours, but if the prospect were to click "view all availability" it of course defaults back to their standard working hours / availability and those times are shown as unavailable. Would be helpful to enable the person sending out a booking link to allow times outside of their standard hours to be available for this specific booking link by choice to allow the user to book at that time. Dynamic Tag for Meeting Duration
Dynamic Tag to be used in Calendar Invites and Reminder emails that pull the Meeting's Duration. Even if duration is adjusted when booking via Instant Booker. Our customers will often times ask how long a meeting is scheduled for.

"Book Another" option that duplicates previous settings
We use CP links to book multiple trainings with customers and many times these are all the same set up but booked on multiple days or times. It would be dope when you get to the "Nice! This meeting is booked" page if there was a Book Another button that defaulted to the same guests, timezone, assignee, and meeting type as the previous meeting.

Customise days when sending link
It would be nice if it was possible to adjust the days for which a customer can book meetings on, directly through the link I send? I only want to do this temporary for the specific link I'm sending out. In some cases I don't want the person to be able to book any other days than let's say Wednesday.

Text Alerts for more than just the booker.
When sending out emails we have the options to choose who can get alerts/notifications between the booker and the host. We would like the exact same options for text alerts. In most cases the booker is not the host so when the booker gets a text they would have to relay that to the meeting host which would take extra time and resources.

Duplicate Reminders
Have the ability to duplicate Reminders to reduce time to recreate. Our Reminders are very similar, just with different time variables, so this would save a lot of set up time.
