  1. In addition to reminder emails BEFORE a meeting, ability to create email templates leveraging dynamic tags to go out AFTER a meeting is completed. For example, a thank-you email which includes attachments, or whitepapers, etc.

  2. When a prospect clicks a booking link from our email signature, they are prompted to fill out a few forms fields. If they attempt to submit without filling in the required text fields, they turn red and display an error message.However, drop-down fields act differently and are a bit visually confusing. For one, they have a check-mark graphic next to it before any value is entered, and if I try submitting without filling it out I don't get an error message or red styling like I do for other fields.Requested solutions:1) Add error message and red styling if left blank…

  3. It would be great to be able to set a limit for the number of times someone could reschedule a call prior to the call being held. We have seen a few scenarios where someone will reschedule the call MANY times (11 for example). At that point, we believe that candidate is not serious about holding a call and we'd rather they end up with a screen that says to contact us to find a time that works.

  4. Right now, you can only book calls using a router. It would be nice if a queue or a meeting type could be video enabled. Especially a rep's personal scheduling link.

  7. The maximum that an event can be scheduled is 9 weeks in advance. We routinely need to schedule meeting 6 months in advance. Can this be extended?

  8. Currently with Chili Piper we are only able to use the solution for the front end of longer lifecycles with our prospects and customers. Our more complicated deals where we need more data (i.e. how many meetings do we need to close a deal, renew a customer etc) have to be booked outside of Chili Piper given the product that doesn't support recurring meetings. Garnering adoption with a new tool is never easy but given that my AEs can only use the tool some of the time makes that all that more impossible.

  10. Would be ideal if we could assign templates to buffers associated with CP bookings. In instances where the buffer is used for work tied to the CP invite immediately before/after the booked call, it would easily provide the individual(s) affected direction on what needs to be done.

  11. Currently, I would have to mark my availability from 1:50-2:40pm for a 30-minute meeting (to account for 10-minute buffers on either end of a 2-2:30pm slot). I should be able to have a buffer setting that accounts for the buffer, outside of listing my hours in order to include buffer times.In my prior calendars, I didn't book a 30-minute meeting, using a 50-minute slot duration. I booked a 30-minute meeting, using a 30-minute slot, and the calendar settings adjusted around that for buffers.

When sending out email confirmations after a customer has booked in Chili Piper, we would like to have the date and time of the meeting be a field that can be added to the meeting type email template. The reason we would like to show this is that I use Chili Piper to book training sessions, and I would like a complete list of all the information so that someone can easily see everything about their training without having to reference the attached .ics file.Date and time can be attached to reminder emails, I believe it makes sense to have…

  14. I'm very frequently having to coordinate calls with clients including more than one person internally. As a CSM, I work with a specific AM all the time and we'd LOVE to have one link to share our combined availability. Once we both need to be on a call, ChiliPiper doesn't really work for our needs.

  15. I used to use Calendly and hands down the feature I miss the most is being able to ask the person booking the meeting questions about what they want to discuss. It helps me be that much more prepared for the meeting and honestly if my leadership asked me which tool I want to use, I would say I like Calendly better than ChiliPiper specifically for this reason.

  18. Have reminders sent as an email chain to the original invitation. Individual email reminders can be confusing for some prospects and having the original invitation details can be helpful, especially if we opted to use the Google Meet functionality of ChiliPiper.

  19. Right now, dynamic tag for AllFormFields includes all hidden fields for things like UTM and gclid capture. Looks very ugly on a meeting invite. Would be great to have an option for all visible form fields or all required form fields to eliminate these tracking fields from display.
