Expand Options for Availability Increments
We use Instant Booker to allow clients to book windows of 2 hours, and use different Meeting Types to define when they can book, typically between 8am and 4pm. We want to restrict the start times of these 2 hour events to only be multiples of 2: there is an available slot at 8, and then at 10, and then at 12, etc. We do not want a client to be able to book a 2 hour window that spans 9-11, for example. Ability to make multiple meeting type links 'single-use'
Currently you can only make individual meeting type links 'single-use'. I'd like the ability to offer a single-use link that has multiple options attached e.g. 15 mins, 30 mins, 45 mins meeting types.

Name group booking links
Allow users to name group booking links so we can easily distinguish the different links. We have a variety of booking links for a few combinations of the same meeting type. Ideally we should be able to name them so they don't all have the same name in the list. Or even be able to see the members of the link more easily.

Public online booking link - Toggle
Remove the Public online booking link toggle.
In a Queue > Online Booking URL > Public online booking linkThat specific toggle only causes more harm than good. The queue is unable to be viewed in IB and booking link cannot be viewed at all. The feature is quite hidden, so it takes time troubleshooting why the queue is not viewable, even though it is listed as Active under Meeting Queues.
This function was built before the Active/Deactive toggle under Meeting Queues was built. Since this Public online booking link toggle is no longer used, Chili Piper should remove it.

Rescheduling Flexibility
CP won't let me reschedule a 12pm - 12:45pm meeting to 11:30am because the meeting type has a 30 minute buffer before it. The solution would be for CP to keep track of meetings it had booked and know that meeting ID XYZ from 12-1pm is the same meeting ID XYZ that is attempting to reschedule and therefore, treat the buffers and the meeting as free. Today's workaround requires me to delete the buffers AND mark the meeting as free in Google Calendar. Not a great workaround when the attendee or my assistant is trying to reschedule for me.

Block Calls from non-existing contacts
Someone in Turkey got a hold of my Chili Piper link. I'm not sure if it was only shared directly with this person or if it was shared out more widely.Impact: I'm concerned if it was shared out publicly somewhere that others may try booking meetings with me.Does Chili Piper have any security features to block non-existing contacts from calling in with my unique link?

Add country/area code to CP ES_LA forms

Reminders to contacts that didn't book the meeting
There should be a feature where you can add additional contacts to the invite on your calendar and then they'd also receive meeting reminders like the contact who books the meeting.

Masked Email
When sending meeting invites, it would be nice if Chili Piper could mask my email or have a no reply option, OR if you could attach Chili Piper to a CRM like salesforce so that you could invite and any replies you get would go to the case that you sent the invite from.

Meeting Buffer for Weekends
When we have a new client, we have a 48-hour delay before the customer can actually schedule their kickoff meeting. This allows the consultant enough time to review the project and schedule time internally for a handoff meeting. It doesn't appear the 2 Day buffer excludes weekends. The issue we're running into is that if a customer is assigned Friday afternoon and receives the link, they can schedule a call as soon as Monday, not giving us enough time to review and have the internal handoff.

Cancel Meeting and Reschedule Later
When a client or assignee needs to cancel a meeting at the last minute, give them the ability to cancel the meeting and reschedule it later (sending the client a new scheduling URL automatically).

More options for Minimum scheduling notice
Minimum scheduling notice has only one setting of the number of hours in advance. We had our SDR meeting set at 2 hours notice, which works fine when it's working hours in Pacific Time, but not great when they get a meeting booked in the middle of the night for first thing in the morning based on their personal working hours.It would be great to have an option to set a "Working Hours Minimum Notice" and a "Non Working Hours Minimum Notice".For the time being, I've changed the Min Notice from 2hrs to 6hrs, which will reduce the # of…
