Allow for French language support for the meeting time dynamic tag
In the meeting reminders, we would like to be able to display {!CP.Meeting.Time} in French as it currently shows in English (e.g. Jul rather than Juil)

Customise days when sending link
It would be nice if it was possible to adjust the days for which a customer can book meetings on, directly through the link I send? I only want to do this temporary for the specific link I'm sending out. In some cases I don't want the person to be able to book any other days than let's say Wednesday.

Make workspace forms available to personal meeting types
You can make meeting types made in a workspace available to reps' personal links/pages, but not the forms individually. Customers want to be able to standardize the guest form but customize the meeting types (e.g. personalizing the messaging).

Allow personalised Slack notifications for Distro
Let admins have the ability to personalize the notification that the users will receive on Slack every time Distro routes something for them - so they know why something is being routed.

Edit the error message and image presented when a disabled link is used
If a prospect/customer tries to access a queue link that has been disabled via the 'Public online booking link' toggle - it shows them a warning triangle with the message "This page is not available". This is a poor experience if the links are being used for time-sensitive campaigns and doesn't explain why they can't book a meeting e.g. "This initiative has ended - please contact your Account Manager". The request is to be able to change the image and the text shown once a link has been disabled.

Max Booking Limit Per Time Slot
It would be extremely beneficial for in-person event specific settings to allow users a max limit of bookings per time slot. This would allow a user to host a fixed amount of guests per meeting slot without having to physically block their calendar after a certain amount of 'Free Availability' meetings are booked.
The current workaround is using multiple user's calendars for events which is an inconvenience when it is only one user hosting an event with several guests per time slot.

AMP email functionality for a router
AMP email functionality specific for routers. It would be great to have the ability to embed an entire router into an email which doesn't force the user to open up a new tab.

Support RingCentral SMS for SMS Messaging/Reminders
We currently support SMS messaging/reminders with Twilio. This feature would support RingCentral SMS and enable the same feature capabilities for SMS messaging for those that use RingCentral SMS services vs companies that do not use Twilio.

Cancel Meeting and Reschedule Later
When a client or assignee needs to cancel a meeting at the last minute, give them the ability to cancel the meeting and reschedule it later (sending the client a new scheduling URL automatically).

Make personal booking links video enabled
Right now, you can only book calls using a router. It would be nice if a queue or a meeting type could be video enabled. Especially a rep's personal scheduling link.

Time buffers for multiple back to back meetings
Rather than including a time buffer before and/or after every meeting that is booked, enable a time buffer only after multiple consecutive meetings back-to-back (i.e. give a 15 min buffer after 3 meetings in a row). This allows for a much greater number of meetings booked in a day, but still allows for some rest periods so a day is not 100% back-to-back

"Book Another" option that duplicates previous settings
We use CP links to book multiple trainings with customers and many times these are all the same set up but booked on multiple days or times. It would be dope when you get to the "Nice! This meeting is booked" page if there was a Book Another button that defaulted to the same guests, timezone, assignee, and meeting type as the previous meeting.

add an alphanumeric sender ID option for Twilio integration
France changed its phone regulatory policy a few weeks ago because of the overly high number of spams and ads received by people on their phone. The result is the following:when sending notification sms without possible response to your customers, it is now mandatory to use an alphanumeric sender ID, otherwise the sms is not sent.Chili Piper's Twilio integration does not allow us right now to add an alphanumeric sender ID to our sms reminders, so they are not sent (this is confirmed by our Twilio console even though Chili Piper interface indicates they are sent) and we are losing…

Adjustable meeting duration after booking
Had a user suggest that when they increase the meeting duration on the calendar, we should sync this over and increase the duration in the database. This accommodates reschedules as they will be booked to the same meeting duration as was set.

Add a place to upload files to use in the concierge. Using CSS background images with files on different servers is now causing COEP errors.
SPecifically on the concierge screen, where a user can select between phone call and book meeting. My company would like to customize that to use special color and images, but the only way to do that is with CSS, more specifically background images, and those are now (as of last/early this week) erroring out due to COEP errors:
Failed to load resource: net::ERRBLOCKEDBY_RESPONSE.NotSameOriginAfterDefaultedToSameOriginByCoep
Cross-Origin Embedder Policy (COEP): COEP is a more recent security policy that further restricts how a document can be embedded in other contexts. It's designed to prevent certain types of attacks, especially those that leverage…
