  1. I spend a lot of my advertising budget on Facebook lead ads, but if I sent them to a Chili Piper page after to book a meeting with my team, they have to fill out the form again. Would be great to be able to enable a prospect to book a meeting after converting from a Facebook lead ad.. ideally directly in Facebook but it could also work on a thank you page I redirect them to... would just need to pass thru the info they already submitted so they don't have to refill a form.

  2. Dramatic decrease in Chili Concierge volume should send warning to super admins that something may be wrong - otherwise, if you don't hear from your reps or look in reports regularly you could miss tons of opps if say, a website change was made, or an integration was deployed on your site that you didn't realize would affect Concierge, or some other random event. Would be superior if the "dramatic" criteria could be set by the customer - such as if we see X percent decrease in x amount of time, or if we go 1 hour with no leads…

  3. Ability for clients to set a variable # of days that if lead matches to owner but owner is not available for X number of days, move to route through other queues. This would solve for vacation or extended OOO without manual intervention from Chili Piper POC and prioritizing booking the meeting over waiting for an owner.

  4. Text me now. The form currently has 3 options: "Call me now", "Start a video call", or "Schedule a meeting". We personally will not use "Start a video call". A preferred option for us and for our prospects is "Text me now" rather than a video call. So the client is in control of their experience by requesting to be called, texted or schedule appointment. We will upgrade our account from Concierge to Concierge Live w/ calling and texting if this feature becomes available. I'm sure I'm not the only one requesting it and that could benefit from it.

  5. Want to reduce friction by only asking for a couple criteria up front and then immediately showing the available times. After selecting a time, want to show additional questions BEFORE submitting. Basically the same flow as the standalone booking links, but with Concierge as well.

  6. Right now if you provide an invalid value for the id query string parameter, the prospect books and fills out a form. But CP uses the bad id value to do the Salesforce lookup and an API error is generated. Would like CP to recognize this case and create the lead/contact instead

  7. When implementing Chili Piper across different pages, we would like to have the option to hide the X for some popups (e.g. when embedded in a DOM element), and not for others. Currently, this is only achievable using the REST API or with CSS for the entire workspace. It would be very useful to have a JS option for the JS API to hide the X.

  8. In Fire Concierge, remove the requirement for a redirect on unsuccessful bookings. Instead, allow users to remain on the same page with a message or guidance on how to complete their booking.

    Since we are using this in-app, this would enhance user experience by minimizing disruption, enabling users to easily retry without navigating away from the booking page.

    This change will streamline the booking process, reduce user frustration, and improve the overall flow, ensuring a smoother and more intuitive interaction when issues arise during the booking attempt.

  11. Be able to query Salesforce based on Account Record Type when looking at ownership rules. For large companies with multiple account types only looking at 5 accounts isn't enough and the value will Chili Piper decreases over time as more accounts are added.

In a scenario where lead creation is turned off, when a prospect matches L2A during initial routing, but then doesn't select a meeting time, they're routed via Queues for Prospects Who Dont Take Action. QFPWDTA does not account for Ownership queues if they are net-new and lead creation is disabled. It would be great if we could create some kind of key from the initial routing that holds true when QFPWDTA takes place, allowing for L2A at that time.
