More Than a Single Router Re-Direct
We have the need for more than one router redirect if the appointment request is a current client and if the client is international and we do not service their area yet.
With the flow view in Concierge, you can now set up a redirect per path. So redirects are now customizable!

We'd like to be able to redirect by the queue that the Prospect reached. That way we can have tailored "Thank You" pages for each region.

It would be great to set router redirect links at the queue level (if someone wanted). For example, if a customer is disqualified but matches a certain queue based on size, send them to one page, but if they are disqualified for another reason, send to a different page. It would give flexibility within the router. This could work for scheduling queues or queues for prospects who don't take action.
