Account for Vacation within an Ownership Path
A setting that automatically sends owned accounts to a different qualified rep, when the account owner is on vacation.

Ability for clients to set a variable # of days that if lead matches to owner but owner is not available for X number of days, move to route through other queues. This would solve for vacation or extended OOO without manual intervention from Chili Piper POC and prioritizing booking the meeting over waiting for an owner.

We would love the ability to skip an ownership queue if the assigned owner isn't available for the next 3 days. While we try to prioritise ownership, our reps can get quite busy and so it would be best for the customer experience if they automatically skip the ownership queue and fall back to a round robin if unavailable.
