  2. Right now when using a blind round robin with handoff, it will ONLY show a single user.

    There is no way to use the feature "show availability for all".

    The blind round robin works well to prevent users from cherry picking, but part of the value-add is seeing all availability for those receiving meetings.

    If we can update a feature so that when selecting "blind round robin" we can also view availability for all, that will be the ideal state

  3. Request for Forrester -This is for Handoff Use case where a certain booking path matched may have upwards of 200 assignees available to take the meeting. They want to launch the ChiliCal booker to "insert booking link" that would round robin amongst the group... HOWEVER, at the time of booking they want to be able to multi-select just a FEW of those assignees from the matched list to include in the RR availability. This is due to nuanced and dynamically changing factors that make it impossible to build out individual paths or booking links that reflect the nearly endless list…

  4. Currently, the "Book Again" feature only adds the people in the meeting to the scheduler but does not copy over the meeting's details, such as the meeting subject.

    As a result, the meeting subject defaults to the original meeting type instead of reflecting the details of the meeting being copied. This can cause confusion, especially when the meeting being duplicated has a different subject or meeting type from the default.

    It would be helpful if the "Book Again" feature could retain the original meeting details to ensure consistency and avoid the need for manual updates.

  5. Hi

    I was just made aware that ChiliCal can do suggested Timezones when booking a meeting but it's based on the customer info being in Clearbit. It seems like there should be a way to do so using timezone in our CRM. We keep track of Timezone based on the address information we have in our CRM so it seems like we should be able to map that to the timezones in ChiliCal?

  6. A setting to be able to turn off Assignee's & Internal Guests from getting the meeting buffers would be great.
    We only need them to for the Booker's to prepare, and its clogging up Assignee's calendars.

  7. They have restricted access to certain contacts based on territories and others things to reps. They only want reps to see the contacts that they have access to in SF when suggested emails start coming up.

  8. Currently can't find a way to add a hyperlink to an external resource in the meeting description. For example, adding a link to an article or blog post or report that is related to the meeting type. Right now, we have to share the full, long link and can't hyper link it in the text of the meeting description, which looks bad/messy.

    We also need the ability to easily use bolding, italics, bulleted lists, numbers, etc. when writing the meeting descriptions. This part of Chili Piper in it's current state is pretty basic and this is where GCal has Chili…

  9. If there is a third party booking a meeting and the wrong time zone is selected, you need to cancel the meeting and rebook. There should be a feature where if the incorrect time zone is selected, you are able to edit instead of rebooking. If the original host is not available, it moves to someone else or doesn't allow you to rebook.

  10. When rescheduling an event, all personalized data for the call is erased and the call data goes back to it's standard messaging. I would love for rescheduling through Chili Piper to not overwrite what has been manually added or changed on the event through Google Calendar.

  11. Including a waitlist feature, we have some teams that are using Chili Piper and have very busy calendars. There are times where a prospect might want a meeting time earlier than what is currently listed as available so it'd be nice if there was a way to have some sort of waitlist notification for certain times or days for availability to open up in case of any cancellations or other meeting slot openings

  12. In the old UI, I used to be able to see an icon of all the team members who would be included in a group call, but I'm no longer about to do that in fire. It would be really helpful to see at a glance. For now, I am renaming my group calls to include the list of attendees.

  14. I’d love the ability to search for existing contacts in our CRM directly within the Chili Piper ‘Invite a Guest’ field. This would eliminate the need to type out the full email or switch to my email client to copy and paste, streamlining the invitation process.

  15. Meeting buffers are only shown (if enabled) once a time slot has been selected. This is problematic when booking for others if the booker is not aware of the buffers on each meeting type. They can end up picking what appears to be a suitable slot only to find there's a buffer enabled and therefore having to pick a new slot or suggest alternatives if doing so live on a call with a prospect/customer.

  16. Group Link: Use case is a SDR wants to provide a booking link that looks at the SDR and their AE's calendar for open slots.

    1) Allow users to create Group Links vs just admins or build into the role permissions
    2) Allow to share the Group Link to an individual user or users. Right now it has to be shared to the Workspace or a Team. In the use case above, the Group Link is shared to the entire SDR team. The entire SDR team now sees all the Group Link booking links when they only need their own.…

  18. Can you please lock the scroll bar on the bottom of the screen for the reports section.

    Currently if I want to scroll to the right to see more columns, I have to scroll to the bottom of the page, scroll right, scroll up, and then continue to look.

    I typically lose the information I need on the left to go back and check I am looking at the right thing, it's not very user friendly.

  20. Every time I send available times in an email, I'd have to let them know that all they have to do is click directly on one of the orange boxes.

    It'd be great if this piece instruction was embedded as a subtext(similar to "view full Calendar Link")
