Relocate "Welcome/Instructional" message on booking page
Relocate "Welcome/Instructional" message on booking page to a lower section, or allow end users (calendar owners) to determine where the message is displayed (top, left, right, or under main content).
User concerned with clients overlooking instructions at top page when booking appointment and missing important details.

Visibility of Calendar Events on a user level.
Right now we do have the option to select whether Bookers can view event titles on Assignees' calendars, or only see 'Busy' for blocked times under https://buildertrend.chilipiper.com/fire/admin/integrations/preferences and this is a global setting. It would be nice to have the same kind of feature in a user level since larger orgs might need a different configuration depending on teams and individuals.

Sync Timezone from CRM
Hi
I was just made aware that ChiliCal can do suggested Timezones when booking a meeting but it's based on the customer info being in Clearbit. It seems like there should be a way to do so using timezone in our CRM. We keep track of Timezone based on the address information we have in our CRM so it seems like we should be able to map that to the timezones in ChiliCal?

Additional Fields when creating a Contact Creation through ChiliCal
When creating a record in Chili-Cal it would be beneficial to have options to have more fields than just email, first name, last name.

Simplifying Chilical Scheduler
Making it a clearer distinction of whether they're viewing their calendar or someone else's. Currenlty it's built as a hyper link at the top vs a drop down on the left side.

Create a way to differentiate busy/free events in ChiliCal
Right now ChiliCal displays events that are set as busy or free but we cannot differentiate it in the UI. It would be good to have a flag for free events for example to make it visible for the end user.

No Show Button in Salesforce - Confirmation message looks like a mistake
The solution published for adding a No Show button to Salesforce sounds great, but it's a horrible user experience when the End User clicks it and sees a non-formatted window open up with what looks like HTML and a mistake
All of my users reported this today being confused so it would be much better if a message appeared inside of Salesforce showing a Confirmation that it was completed successfully

Meeting guest email
Combine the "Email" and "Invite Additional Guests" fields into one field on the meeting scheduling form so that a customer can copy paste all meeting guests email addresses into one field. Have the addresses separated out after ".com" ".org" ".gov" etc.

default area code
It would be great to be able to set a default country code for a mobile number on the booking form. All my customers are based in the UK, but the area code defaults to the US. It leaves a lot of room for human error and is an extra unnecessary click!

Show meeting buffers before selecting a slot in ChiliCal scheduler
Meeting buffers are only shown (if enabled) once a time slot has been selected. This is problematic when booking for others if the booker is not aware of the buffers on each meeting type. They can end up picking what appears to be a suitable slot only to find there's a buffer enabled and therefore having to pick a new slot or suggest alternatives if doing so live on a call with a prospect/customer.

Ability to edit the label "Route your prospects through Chili Piper" message when sharing the link
When using the my personal page link (in LinkedIn for example), the preview contains some ad copy for Chili Piper.
I'm wondering if we can tone down the use of the word "prospects" in that preview since some of the contacts we make are soft approaches where we don't want to appear immediately sales-y. (Personally, I wouldn't click on a schedule link that was about prospecting if I wasn't in sales).
Instead of "route your prospects through Chili Piper" can we just do "Route your meetings through Chili Piper"?

No Shows & Rescheduling in ChiliCal Chrome Extension
there is not an easy way to mark calls as a no-show in Gong using the Chili Cal Chrome Extension. This is very important for both Booker and Host to do.
Today you have to select the specific event that you want to mark, so the main ways are from Google Calendar, your Chili Piper calendar in your account, or via a custom button on the Salesforce event.
Can you please add Chili Piper calendars into the Chrome extension to speed up the process of tracking No Shows, and Rescheduling events on live calls?

Blind Round Robin - Show availability for all
Right now when using a blind round robin with handoff, it will ONLY show a single user.
There is no way to use the feature "show availability for all".
The blind round robin works well to prevent users from cherry picking, but part of the value-add is seeing all availability for those receiving meetings.
If we can update a feature so that when selecting "blind round robin" we can also view availability for all, that will be the ideal state

Multi-select to insert RR availability dynamically in Handoff
Request for Forrester -This is for Handoff Use case where a certain booking path matched may have upwards of 200 assignees available to take the meeting. They want to launch the ChiliCal booker to "insert booking link" that would round robin amongst the group... HOWEVER, at the time of booking they want to be able to multi-select just a FEW of those assignees from the matched list to include in the RR availability. This is due to nuanced and dynamically changing factors that make it impossible to build out individual paths or booking links that reflect the nearly endless list…

Enhancement to the "Book Again" Feature to copy Meeting Details
Currently, the "Book Again" feature only adds the people in the meeting to the scheduler but does not copy over the meeting's details, such as the meeting subject.
As a result, the meeting subject defaults to the original meeting type instead of reflecting the details of the meeting being copied. This can cause confusion, especially when the meeting being duplicated has a different subject or meeting type from the default.
It would be helpful if the "Book Again" feature could retain the original meeting details to ensure consistency and avoid the need for manual updates.

Prevent Assignee's from getting Meeting Buffers
A setting to be able to turn off Assignee's & Internal Guests from getting the meeting buffers would be great.
We only need them to for the Booker's to prepare, and its clogging up Assignee's calendars.2 votes -
Ability to add hyperlinks to meeting descriptions
Currently can't find a way to add a hyperlink to an external resource in the meeting description. For example, adding a link to an article or blog post or report that is related to the meeting type. Right now, we have to share the full, long link and can't hyper link it in the text of the meeting description, which looks bad/messy.
We also need the ability to easily use bolding, italics, bulleted lists, numbers, etc. when writing the meeting descriptions. This part of Chili Piper in it's current state is pretty basic and this is where GCal has Chili…
