  1. Once a meeting is cancelled, there is no visibility to the meeting in Chili Piper. It is only visible in the Prospect History as having been booked. It would be helpful to have a report of cancelled meetings, similar to the one that exists for booked/active meetings (including the option to open up the meeting, see when it was cancelled, and what reminders were sent prior to cancellation).

  2. Pull together a calendar to show all the booked meetings via chilipiper (and sortable by assignee) in the Prospect History report. Would help understand where leads are booking, and which ones have come and passed

  3. It would be extremely helpful to see true attend rates for meetings. Chili Piper has access to calendar info so I wonder if there is a way to manipulate data to determine if users truly show up for a meeting or not. This would be EXTREMELY useful to showing accurate attend/no show rates.

  5. My very next meeting is the most important meeting. Everything else should be re-ordered so it is on top.

    Currently the display order for meetings in the Dashboard is by date, with the latest meeting at the top. This is not helpful because I have to scroll down and find today's date to see which meetings I have today. The past meetings should be in a separate list at the bottom. The upcomming meetings should be displayed in chronological order: soonest to most distant in the future.

  7. Within the Distro logs, currently for leads and contacts, we can only search by the Salesforce ID, or the name of the record. It would be useful to be able to search by the prospects email address too, as this is one of the most common unique identifiers used.

  8. Currently, if you download booking data as a csv, the Presented Options just say "Calendar", instead of "Calendar" and "Live Video", for example

Kim from Avalara has suspicions that some of her reps are not being honest and are changing the queue that comes up when Instant Booker loads in order to stack leads to different reps.She has requested some kind of ability to track which queue the prospect routed to first either in logging or as a custom field so that she can report on whether the queue was changed by the rep.Another point that came up in conversation was the ability to set a "Strict workspace" ie: disallow the reps the ability from choosing another queue from the dropdown even if…

  10. Ability to set the percentage for vacation calibration. For example that rep won't get the same amount of meetings after she/he is back from vacation like the other reps, but maybe 50% of them. So of colleagues have 10 meetings, the rep after vacation will get 5 extra to catch up a bit.
