  2. For Concierge Live Phone Calls, a way to see in SalesForce/CRM the fields related to the call. Such as which rep was called, which did not pick up etc, the wait time, the actual length of the call etc

  3. Looking for a way to see a funnel that shows how much drop-off is happening on the forms prior to showing the calendar. In-app charts start at "submissions" which I believe is after someone has completed the form.

  5. Saw this capability with outreach, and thought having the same with ChiliPiper would be good. When you go to schedule a meeting on your calendar, or have a meeting put on your calendar by a customer/partner who DID NOT book with CP, there should be a way to easily note what type of meeting it is.

    The idea would be to have a drop down in the calendar invite which allows users to pick the meeting type. This will help RevOps teams better audit what meetings reps are taking.

  6. It would be ideal and save time for both the admins and the support team if instead of needing to reach out each time to figure out the IP of the user that submitted a form, it would be logged.

  7. Pull together a calendar to show all the booked meetings via chilipiper (and sortable by assignee) in the Prospect History report. Would help understand where leads are booking, and which ones have come and passed

  8. My very next meeting is the most important meeting. Everything else should be re-ordered so it is on top.

    Currently the display order for meetings in the Dashboard is by date, with the latest meeting at the top. This is not helpful because I have to scroll down and find today's date to see which meetings I have today. The past meetings should be in a separate list at the bottom. The upcomming meetings should be displayed in chronological order: soonest to most distant in the future.

  10. Within the Distro logs, currently for leads and contacts, we can only search by the Salesforce ID, or the name of the record. It would be useful to be able to search by the prospects email address too, as this is one of the most common unique identifiers used.

  11. Currently, if you download booking data as a csv, the Presented Options just say "Calendar", instead of "Calendar" and "Live Video", for example

Kim from Avalara has suspicions that some of her reps are not being honest and are changing the queue that comes up when Instant Booker loads in order to stack leads to different reps.She has requested some kind of ability to track which queue the prospect routed to first either in logging or as a custom field so that she can report on whether the queue was changed by the rep.Another point that came up in conversation was the ability to set a "Strict workspace" ie: disallow the reps the ability from choosing another queue from the dropdown even if…

  13. Ability to set the percentage for vacation calibration. For example that rep won't get the same amount of meetings after she/he is back from vacation like the other reps, but maybe 50% of them. So of colleagues have 10 meetings, the rep after vacation will get 5 extra to catch up a bit.
