  1. A prospect that books a meeting and enters a fake / incorrect email won't receive the meeting information therefore won't show up. Once a meeting invite bounces, this should in turn mark the meeting as cancelled and not count against the fairness of meetings distribution (if using round robin).

  2. We've had a couple instances where we have users report that our clients are booked in incorrect timezones. For instance; It should be 2pm Eastern time, but it shows 1pm Eastern time because the incorrect Eastern Timezone was selected (the one that does not observe Daylight Savings) but we have no way of confirming it. Please add this as a field we can see when looking at the event in Dashboard/Admin Panel.

  3. Track which meetings were booked via Instant Booker vs. Concierge/meeting link. Offer Reports to show this data and the % of meetings booked using each method. Offer the ability to sync this data to Salesforce Events.

  4. It would be useful to be able to see a top-level view of routes, for example, how many records were assigned to each team and route, ideally with a timeframe selector. This would help view team distribution ensuring one team is not being overloaded compared to others.

  5. Once a meeting is cancelled, there is no visibility to the meeting in Chili Piper. It is only visible in the Prospect History as having been booked. It would be helpful to have a report of cancelled meetings, similar to the one that exists for booked/active meetings (including the option to open up the meeting, see when it was cancelled, and what reminders were sent prior to cancellation).

  6. If the guest form was used to book a meeting, show the email address when viewing the meeting record from the dashboard. If someone books with the guest form and Chili Piper was unable to create the record in CRM, we have no way to track down the email address used and manually create the record in CRM. (We would have far greater errors if we had Chili Piper set to create the contacts all of the time; there are reasons we cannot do this.)

  7. In the Distribution Report, it's not clear which meetings were booked
    Manually, Booked through Chili Piper by your users, Booked through Chili Piper by through a booking link, Cancelled events or Skipped turns. I only get an overall view and it would be nice to have a dot next to each calendar meeting to indicate how it was booked.

  8. Pull together a calendar to show all the booked meetings via chilipiper (and sortable by assignee) in the Prospect History report. Would help understand where leads are booking, and which ones have come and passed

  9. It would be extremely helpful to see true attend rates for meetings. Chili Piper has access to calendar info so I wonder if there is a way to manipulate data to determine if users truly show up for a meeting or not. This would be EXTREMELY useful to showing accurate attend/no show rates.

  10. I need a way to know if I'm up next in the queue, and someone ignores this and books on my colleague who is in the queue, but not up next. Basically, a way to tell if people are ignoring the round-robin assignments and just booking on a personally preferred person.

  12. My very next meeting is the most important meeting. Everything else should be re-ordered so it is on top.

    Currently the display order for meetings in the Dashboard is by date, with the latest meeting at the top. This is not helpful because I have to scroll down and find today's date to see which meetings I have today. The past meetings should be in a separate list at the bottom. The upcomming meetings should be displayed in chronological order: soonest to most distant in the future.

  14. The ability to see the queue matching rules for leads who do not match any queue. When a lead matches a queue, you can click in the reporting section to see which queue it matched with, and which it did not (along with why).

    If the lead does not match with a queue, you are not able to see why. This makes troubleshooting incredibly difficult.

  15. In addition to pulling reports on all submissions, it would be extremely useful if Admins had the ability to also pull reports on strictly unique form submissions similar to Google Analytics (even if someone fills out the same form with the same/different email it only counts as 1 submission).

    When conducting internal audits of our lead flow between systems we're looking at unique submissions across each system and there are cases in Chili Piper where a website visitor may submit the same form multiple times and we're unable to determine which ones are unique.

  18. Within the Distro logs, currently for leads and contacts, we can only search by the Salesforce ID, or the name of the record. It would be useful to be able to search by the prospects email address too, as this is one of the most common unique identifiers used.

  19. For Concierge Live Phone Calls, a way to see in SalesForce/CRM the fields related to the call. Such as which rep was called, which did not pick up etc, the wait time, the actual length of the call etc

  20. Ever since adding Chilipiper in-app, we get a ton of "non-connected Prospects" that show up under prospect history, and it is making that entire feature a lot less usable. We want to see all connected meetings there.
