  2. At this moment it is not possible to filter the meetings in the dashboard by Accounts and having this possibility would help our customers to achieve their report goals and to track the necessary information related to each account individually.

  4. We only use Chili Piper for inbound sales inquiries, but our form accommodates support requests. These are disqualified in our Meeting Queues, but if the contact is owned in Salesforce our AEs are getting notified, which is causing confusion. We want to be able to send Did Not Book notifications only when the contact chose not to book, not when they are disqualified.

  5. Currently, the "Add additional guests to the scheduled Event in Salesforce (Salesforce will create a child meeting for each guest)" only adds events for internal users, not necessarily creating child events on the external guest timeline.

    WS would like to be able to set that each guest on an invitation has a child event created on their record from within CP.

  6. The way it stands now, if a prospect tries to book within the Booking Limit time set, an error is displayed saying that they've already booked and should use the reschedule link.

    However, this also comes through as a meeting status of "Not Booked."

    I suggest that this scenario should not count as any form of meeting and be essentially disqualified from routing.

  8. If SF fails to update for whatever reason, it'd be great to have a notification to the impacted assignee to manually update the record, or create a way for Super Admins to export these errors en masse.

  10. Currently the ability to reset Round Robin Fairness calculation resides in the Workspace settings. It would be fantastic if you could set an override on individual queues to make the reset happen more frequently, or less.

  13. I would like an admin to be able to create calendar events for individuals, change their available hours, create integrations for them, etc. Why? If a single admin can create an org-wide template for each AE's account, and cookie-cutter copy and paste that to each AE as the admin sees fit, then we would not have the need for a n AE to configure their own account and possibly introduce inconsistencies/errors in config

  15. Users should be able to change the color of the "Meeting Buffer" event once it's created in Google Calendar. Currently, the only way of doing this is manually changing the color on Google's end and by default, it's colored as "Graphite".

    How it works:
    Create an additional parameter for the meeting buffer settings where you can set the color to a different one. Once the buffer is created on Google then the color is automatically changed based on the settings.

  16. 'I think as a customer it would making it more clear that they are booking an appointment v.s. just going through some sort of spam lead capture.

    In the solar industry, lead originators are a big thing and customers know that if they fill out a form, most of their information gets sold off to other companies.

    We want to show them that they are really booking an appointment, and the data capture is after they select a time.'

  18. Allow admins to create and lock a standard welcome message for all users within a particular group or workspace. Creates a branding feel for users who want to use this instead of a personal pages link.
