  1. It's frustrating that we have to give a user full administrative rights to view reports. If someone only needs reporting, they don't need the ability to every aspect of the product.

  2. We have two different orgs using the same CP and SFDC Instance, each with their own workspaces and SFDC visibility. We'd like the ability to permanently assign workspaces for users in each org so that there is no crossover of workspaces.

  3. I've had a couple of requests recently to automate adding and removing reps from queues based on certain conditions within SFDC (e.g. remove a rep from the RR if the number of open ops in their name >10 and add them back in when it's <10). I'm currently working with them to use Zapier and our API endpoints, however it would be awesome if we could do this natively in-app.

In case if conference details, title, and availability/working hours are all set by CP admins for the whole team, the admin has to:1. enter Admin Panel - Users, where admin can set title, number, conference details,...2. enter Workspaces - Users (under Workspace Settings) and then enter specific user in order to set their availability.This makes the setup for admins time-consuming. I recommend that all settings that Admin is able to do for users, would be reachable from a single screen - from Admin Panel - Users.

  7. Users should be able to change the color of the "Meeting Buffer" event once it's created in Google Calendar. Currently, the only way of doing this is manually changing the color on Google's end and by default, it's colored as "Graphite".

    How it works:
    Create an additional parameter for the meeting buffer settings where you can set the color to a different one. Once the buffer is created on Google then the color is automatically changed based on the settings.

  8. 'I think as a customer it would making it more clear that they are booking an appointment v.s. just going through some sort of spam lead capture.

    In the solar industry, lead originators are a big thing and customers know that if they fill out a form, most of their information gets sold off to other companies.

    We want to show them that they are really booking an appointment, and the data capture is after they select a time.'

  9. Often times, particularly for admins, there are multiple Users in SF with the same email address, but with different user names. Displaying SF user name in addition to Email & FN/LN would be helpful

  10. The fact that I had to look up how to integrate zoom with chili piper in google is a testament to how poorly the UI is designed. I naturally assumed it was the 4 squares icon on the top left. Instead user settings are on the bottom left.

  11. There's been some cases when the prospect misspells their email address and uses an incorrect format (e.g. example.@gmail). In those cases, we send an email like this: "First Last booked a meeting at 07:15 PM EEST on Wed, Sep 11th but the meeting was not created in your calendar.It looks like the calendar was not available at that time.   12. Some teams use reminders from outside systems. Being able to bulk turn off personal reminders rather than to have to turn it off on an individual basis would be a lot more time-efficient.

  14. When the prospect invite is turned off, remove the "You will receive a meeting invite shortly" language from the booking success screen to avoid setting incorrect expectations with the booker.

  15. Some of our account managers like to set the minimum scheduling notice to 1 day so that they have time to prepare for their meetings with our customers, but others don't mind having it set to the day of. This feature was available when we used Outreach to book meetings.

  17. Sales roles are typically high turnover roles. It's hard to plan and move quicker than CP so was hoping there was a way to re-assign a person who has left to one particular person until leads, contacts, and accounts have been updated to the new owner.

  18. If a calendar could not be loaded based on the email of the Default Booker, we are showing that there is no available time.My suggestion is that we should let the customers know that we could not load calendars based on the email of the default booker.

  20. In the user table table in the admin view, when attempting to modify selected users, if there are any filters apply, the filters do not hold for modifying users.

    For example, if the user table shows a total of 200 users (as pulled in from their oauth connection) but they only have 20 concierge users, I would filter to only view those 20 concierge users, and click the box to select those 20 years.

    However, instead of selecting only the filtered 20 users, so I can make modifications to license type, workspaces, etc, it actually selects all 200 users.
