  1. Our new G2 Integration is awesome. However, it lacks country routing which is critical to so manyof our customers.

    G2 also seems to pull country from IP and pass that to my customers CRM so the data is available.

    Would be great to get that data passed to us asap so we can include country routing rules.

  2. It would be very useful to connect a general group calendar to Chili Piper. When new CSM's/Professional Services employees are hired, often their start dates are a few weeks from when they accept the offer and they do not get a company email account until they start. Customer trainings are constantly being scheduled, and we would like to schedule trainings with our new reps. Allowing us to book onto a general group calendar would allow us to continue scheduling trainings before the new rep starts.

  4. We have more that one automation firing (from other systems) at the point a new lead gets created. This can sometimes cause duplicate records to get created in Salesforce. I would like the option to add a delay (wait 5 minutes for example) to the creation of a new lead at the point the prospect books a meeting. So that if the lead has already been created in Salesforce, chili will simply update the booking fields for the existing lead rather than creating the lead instantly.

  5. Right now, only the main guest and their response status is tracked on the salesforce event. However, there are frequent situations where there are additional guests other than the main guest and host added through instant booker and who also receive an invite. Visibility into each of those guests' names as well as their specific response status would be a huge win.

  6. It would be a huge quality of life improvement for the Slack integration to be updated. Right now we send a Slack message to a channel which:1) Tags the meeting assignee2) Tags the Lead/Contact owner3) Includes event details (date/time/meeting type)4) Includes meeting context (we ask for additional details on the marketo form used for Concierge routing)Right now this process is managed via Zaper (which is really cumbersome -- see https://suggest.chilipiper.com/feature-requests/p/several-improvements-to-zapier-integration)It need to maintain 3 different Zap workflows – one each for existing leads, existing contacts, and net-new LeadsIn addition to the Slack alert replicating my functionality below, being able to…

  8. You can embed times and insert a preset "Click here to schedule!" hyperlinked text, but can't just copy the link to hyperlink your own text. I often insert the preset hyperlink text, click it, copy the booking URL, then delete and hyperlink my own text.

  9. What I'm trying to do is actually a workaround since I'm not able to send notifications to a gmail alias in Chili Piper. Since I need to send the notification in HubSpot, I need to be able to pull meeting start date/time from a property that's populated by Chili Piper.

We can do this today with some APEX code and process builders, but would be much easier to setup and manage if CP could create an Opportunity when a meeting gets booked of a certain meeting type, although it may need to be an optional setting... possibly within the chrome ext during booking or after you book a meeting.

  12. We have meetings that are created with no name and the cc email without a link to the Prospect in HubSpot. Chili Piper's suggestion was to let Chili Piper create the contact, but we are unable to do so since we use the HubSpot tracking pixel and contacts are created upon FormSubmit (we cannot change this for a variety of reasons). This only seems to be an issue if the prospect books immediately when presented with the scheduler. If we could configure a delay of just a few seconds, I think this issue could be solved.

  15. “Keep the meeting in Salesforce” setting should still apply to personal meeting types. We could do this by:

    -Inheriting the setting from the User's Default Workspace
    -Add Events/Delete setting to Personal Workspace CRM Actions
    - Or a (global) Super Admin setting to control this per user.

  16. Would be nice to have an easy way to modify suggested times once they've been added in without having to erase and re-do. This is useful to check/update the correct meeting type, update duration, ensure all the guests are on the recipient list, ensure proper time zone is displayed, etc. If any one of these is potentially off, you have to erase and restart

  17. I'd like IB to pick up on the time zone my Main Guest's contact record is set to (If known) so I don't have to remember to select the correct time zone.

    Much of the time a prospect has already booked a meeting in the past and the time zone property (native to HS) is set by their cookie.

    Using their time zone in IB would be amazing and a big time saver.

  18. It would be great if there was an option within queues to NOT update the Salesforce contact. we use queues for multi meetings and sometimes a client will put both names in the one first name field, or use a spouses email and their name - thus updating their contact to the wrong name.

  20. Today we currently can relate meeting types to open opportunities. It's common for Sales teams to add/require reps to add contact roles on the opportunity for reporting, keeping track of stakeholders, etc....It would be a nice addition to automate adding contact roles to the opportunity.
