  2. Yes, "view full calendar" link can be deleted, but some customers never want to include the full calendar and only want to offer the specific times. (protecting support reps' time)

  4. Booking Status values should be "Booked", "Not Booked" or "No Option Presented".We have high inbound volumes, of which a significant portion are outside of our ICP. They are routed to a separate landing page rather than presented with the ability to book time, so their status in Chili Piper is "No Option Presented." However, our DQs look identical to qualified leads that have "Not Booked" in Salesforce. Both have blank Meeting Types with "Not Booked" Booking Statuses, and it makes reporting, automation, and a general lack of understanding for my salespeople a bit more tricky.

  5. It would be fantastic to have two options for the meeting type name, one that shows in the MeetingTypeCP field and one that is shown to the sales team. For example, we have multiple demo meeting types for different languages, such as "Demo - English", "Demo French" etc. so that the sales team can select the correct option. We'd love to be able to have them all show as "Demo" in SFDC so that we can more easily filter and report by meeting types.

  6. Currently, the Zapier payload only has basic guest info (plus the usual assignee and booker details) but not the other form fields added. It would be great if Chili Piper can pass those data to Zapier as well.

  10. I would love to be able to use CP to fire off a webhook that I can catch with Zapier to engage a workflow in HS OR engage a workflow directly in HubSpot for a contact.

    Essentially, instead of the reminder firing off an email through CP It would trigger the webhook or a HS workflow that does whatever I tell it to at the time of the reminder firing.

    For me I would send a marketing email and SMS message. This would be triggered once per associated contact.

    This would allow users to bypass the silly reminders@chilipiper.com email and…

  11. Lead Record Type and Account Record Type (RecordTypeId) are used to distinguish between different types of leads/accounts in our CRM. These fields aren't available for mapping or setting as hidden fields in Chili Piper. It would be very helpful to be able to set this on the lead, since we use CP for scheduling calls for different record types.

Currently SF Case placeholders in meeting templates populate only in IB to allow the booker to choose the Relate to field.With Online Booking, since a Case can't be selected, placeholder won't populate at all to avoid choosing an incorrect Case by default. It would be nice to improve this to populate the Case # when only one open Case is found.

  14. Our SDRs hand off qualified meetings to our AEs via the Instant Booker, as well as receive new meetings from Concierge. It appears as though any meeting where a user is "optional" still shows up as "Busy" in Google Calendar, which makes booking over the top challenging.

  15. It would be great to be able to adjust where the Event is connected in Salesforce, especially if the Event failed to sync to SF. The use case is that if reps attach an Event to the wrong Case or a SF Event are fails to create due to user error, the manual creation of a new Event is very time intensive. (E.g. if I see the rep entered the email address of the customer instead of the case id, I can edit the event to look for x case ID and then retry sync to SF.)

  16. We want the ability to capture the "meeting scheduled date" as a value for a contact/lead object field. This would help with all kinds of operational flows in Salesforce and connected systems (like Hubspot).

  17. Add Slack app which can serve as a reminder for an upcoming meeting with the meeting blurb, enable quick joining to the Zoom/GMeet and allow updating the meeting status (Attended, No-Show) from within Slack.

  18. Brightwheel is requesting that we change the phone number that our phone calls are made from to a single-party consent state.

    38 states are currently single-party consent states, but unfortunately the phone number dial from is not one of them, therefore Brightwheel is not able to legally record the calls that come into their reps on the "call me now" calls.

  20. Currently the logic behind OppOwner queue rules is to find the last modified Opportunity linked to an Account, which means that multiple Opportunities can be found for one prospect. As an option, implement a queue rule to find the Opportunity related only to the Contact, which may be more relevant in some cases.
