  1. Currently only meetings booked through Concierge can be manually synced to HubSpot if the initial meeting creation failed (through the Concierge logs). If the meeting is not created for a meeting booked with a scheduling link (or Handoff, but we aren't currently using this), there is no way to push a sync to HubSpot for that meeting. If I remember correctly, this was possible for all meetings on the old platform since it was an option when viewing the meeting record.

  2. I've noticed that when we invite multiple guests to a call, the dynamic field CP.DataField.ContactFirstName only populates with one contact's first name. As a result, the other guests don't see their names in the meeting invite title. The same applies when we add the dynamic field to the meeting description.

    It would be great if there was a way to either include all guests’ first names in the description or have it dynamically update based on each recipient.

  3. Today the handoff/schedule button from the Chilical that appears next to a Salesforce record's email only works if the record page is using the old Highlights Panel component. Since Salesforce is telling users to implement the new Dynamic Highlights Panel component it would be great if Chilical supported email fields in that new page component.

  4. When you schedule a meeting from Outlook using the plugin, EVERYONE on the email gets added as a required guest. The Booker's role in the meeting is controlled by the meeting type/meeting link settings, and adding the meeting booker as a guest creates an extra step of needing to remove the redundant email address.

    For example, when I am scheduling a basic 30 minute meeting between myself and some other people from an email chain, as the Booker I'm the meeting owner. It doesn't make sense for me to be included again as a guest. If I'm scheduling a Round…

  5. Use case: 'lost and return' and 'churn and return' contacts coming through the pipeline booking demos.

    I've noticed the HubSpot integration has some room for improvement. Currently, most properties that are passed to HubSpot are only updated when they last occurred. So for example, if a prospect 'no showed' 2 years ago, came back through the pipeline and booked today they still appear as a no show.   8. When Zapier receives the New Meeting payload, Event Workspace only shows up if the meeting is booked via a router but if it's via Meeting Type link, it is not passing it. I think it's crucial to pass that info no matter how a meeting is booked. It's a big help in grouping your actions in your automation

  11. Upon an event being rescheduled, CP only attempts to update the event date and time once - if CP receives an error or the record is locked due to other updates happening, CP will not retry to update the date and time. This causes rescheduled events to not get updated to new date and time.

  12. Currently, there is only the option to set who the meeting activity in Hubspot is assigned to and Chilipiper passes no value for who created the engagement.

    For ease of reporting, it is essential to capture both when working with an SDR <> AE handoff.

    For example;

    If Frank, an SDR, books a meeting for Don, an AE, the Hubspot meeting should have the following information;

    Activity Created by Frank
    Activity Assigned to Don

    Currently Don is being assigned but Frank is not showing in Activity Created By because of Chilipiper limitations in writing that information over.

  13. It would be great to get a slack notification with a prospect replies via SMS instead of just an email. Many of my reps have slack pulled up with notifications on whereas emails are a bit slower to get to.

  14. Now, to push the meeting type from CP to HubSpot, it will be required to name it the same way it reflects in HubSpot. It is not efficient to rely on the name of the meeting type to push it to HubSpot. It will be more convenient and efficient to have a dedicated property, let's say, "HubSpot Meeting Type" associated with a meeting type in CP

  15. In addition to being able to book a meeting from Hubspot contact record, it would be big time saver to be able to insert proposed meetings times into an email we are sending to a contact from within Hubspot.

  16. HubSpot only has the Assignee and the Main Guest associated. Additional guests are not added as designed.

    It would be beneficial for my business to show all people who will or have attended meetings, including our own team members, to properly prioritize and analyze show rates and attribute deals

  17. The integration only allows for one connected number, which means we have to choose between sending SMS reminders to the UK or ROW, but not both. The ability to choose which Twilio number to use when setting reminders i.e. Alphanumeric sender ID for UK or international long codes for everywhere else would allow us to use the reminders across all markets.

  18. I would like to see in Hubspot when a prospect clicked on the reminder email and if they replied to the email I'd like that email to come into HubSpot CRM as well so I can reply back.

  19. We have more that one automation firing (from other systems) at the point a new lead gets created. This can sometimes cause duplicate records to get created in Salesforce. I would like the option to add a delay (wait 5 minutes for example) to the creation of a new lead at the point the prospect books a meeting. So that if the lead has already been created in Salesforce, chili will simply update the booking fields for the existing lead rather than creating the lead instantly.

  20. Our new G2 Integration is awesome. However, it lacks country routing which is critical to so manyof our customers.

    G2 also seems to pull country from IP and pass that to my customers CRM so the data is available.

    Would be great to get that data passed to us asap so we can include country routing rules.
