  1. If a prospect/customer tries to access a queue link that has been disabled via the 'Public online booking link' toggle - it shows them a warning triangle with the message "This page is not available". This is a poor experience if the links are being used for time-sensitive campaigns and doesn't explain why they can't book a meeting e.g. "This initiative has ended - please contact your Account Manager". The request is to be able to change the image and the text shown once a link has been disabled.

  2. It would be extremely beneficial for in-person event specific settings to allow users a max limit of bookings per time slot. This would allow a user to host a fixed amount of guests per meeting slot without having to physically block their calendar after a certain amount of 'Free Availability' meetings are booked.

    The current workaround is using multiple user's calendars for events which is an inconvenience when it is only one user hosting an event with several guests per time slot.

  3. When a meeting is rescheduled or cancelled, an updated invite is sent to the attendees. However, the body of this invite is exactly the same as the original. It would be useful to change the language in the body of the email they receive when rescheduling or cancelling to eliminate any confusion. For example, if the original invite says "Thank you for scheduling your tour..." it would be useful to update the body to say something like "Your tour has been cancelled" or "Your tour has been rescheduled" instead.

  4. Have the ability to send different reminders for prospects that DID accept the invite (i.e. "can't wait for our call!") and a different one for prospects that DIDN'T (i.e. "can you please let us know if you're coming?").

    Right now you can only send to either everyone, or to prospects who didn't confirm - meaning the suggestion above is not possible.

  5. Other calendar tools have the ability to put buffer time around meetings so they can't be booked right next to each other, but without creating an event in the calendar. My reps have reminders for meetings, but they're getting reminders for buffers which isn't needed.

  9. Right now, there is no option to create an external label for meeting types - they automatically use the internal name.

    This is difficult to manage: I want to be able to easily keep track of which meeting is which internally.

    At the same time, I don't want prospects to see "30 minute meeting - internal label" when they select a meeting type or in the booker URL.

    Therefore, it would be brilliant if meeting types could have a different internal name and external label.

  10. Currently, the "Reminder" feature can only be triggered based on an amount of time before a meeting. What if a customized email could be triggered based on a meeting being booked?

    Use case: A prospect sends an SDR an email with interest to meet but the prospect doesn't provide availability. The SDR finds a time using Chili and books the meeting, which sends a calendar invite with a subject line of Placeholder. Then an email is automatically triggered upon booking that dynamically pulls in the AE's information and the prospect's info, along with messaging introducing the AE and confirming if…

  12. There should be a feature where you can add additional contacts to the invite on your calendar and then they'd also receive meeting reminders like the contact who books the meeting.

  13. When we have a new client, we have a 48-hour delay before the customer can actually schedule their kickoff meeting. This allows the consultant enough time to review the project and schedule time internally for a handoff meeting. It doesn't appear the 2 Day buffer excludes weekends. The issue we're running into is that if a customer is assigned Friday afternoon and receives the link, they can schedule a call as soon as Monday, not giving us enough time to review and have the internal handoff.

  14. When a client or assignee needs to cancel a meeting at the last minute, give them the ability to cancel the meeting and reschedule it later (sending the client a new scheduling URL automatically).

  15. It would be great to be able to set a limit for the number of times someone could reschedule a call prior to the call being held. We have seen a few scenarios where someone will reschedule the call MANY times (11 for example). At that point, we believe that candidate is not serious about holding a call and we'd rather they end up with a screen that says to contact us to find a time that works.

  17. Would be ideal if we could assign templates to buffers associated with CP bookings. In instances where the buffer is used for work tied to the CP invite immediately before/after the booked call, it would easily provide the individual(s) affected direction on what needs to be done.

When sending out email confirmations after a customer has booked in Chili Piper, we would like to have the date and time of the meeting be a field that can be added to the meeting type email template. The reason we would like to show this is that I use Chili Piper to book training sessions, and I would like a complete list of all the information so that someone can easily see everything about their training without having to reference the attached .ics file.Date and time can be attached to reminder emails, I believe it makes sense to have…

  19. Have reminders sent as an email chain to the original invitation. Individual email reminders can be confusing for some prospects and having the original invitation details can be helpful, especially if we opted to use the Google Meet functionality of ChiliPiper.

  20. Right now, dynamic tag for AllFormFields includes all hidden fields for things like UTM and gclid capture. Looks very ugly on a meeting invite. Would be great to have an option for all visible form fields or all required form fields to eliminate these tracking fields from display.
