  1. New feature in Outlook archives calendar events older than a year. This does not delete the calendar events but moves it to a different calendar called Archives. With our ChiliPiper integration, this auto marks the events in Salesforce to be Cancelled and Not Held which is untrue and messes with our historical data.

  2. Currently Chilipiper supports sending unique reminders to attendees if they do not RSVP for their scheduled meeting, but it does not include branching logic that ensures the attendees will only recieve one type of reminder. As a result, if an attendee does not RSVP for their meeting, they can receive the general reminder messages AND reminder messages unique to those that don't RSVP. There would be benefit to providing branching logic to allow users to control that.

  3. When a CP event is being sent, this is automatically accepted in the reps calendar and the prospects.

If the prospects later on rejects the meeting, there is no way to recognize this one as a canceled event unless the rep deletes the meeting from the calendar

For data consistency, it would be nice to be able to recognize these meetings (prospect reject = True)

  4. Currently, the "Reminder" feature can only be triggered based on an amount of time before a meeting. What if a customized email could be triggered based on a meeting being booked?

Use case: A prospect sends an SDR an email with interest to meet but the prospect doesn't provide availability. The SDR finds a time using Chili and books the meeting, which sends a calendar invite with a subject line of Placeholder. Then an email is automatically triggered upon booking that dynamically pulls in the AE's information and the prospect's info, along with messaging introducing the AE and confirming if…

  5. Meeting types have the users weighted where you can have multiple queues which will allow for all departments to use the queue. This way your demo won't be assigned to an SDR and your qualification call won't be assigned to an AE

  6. Problem:
Currently, users/bookers are only able to view 7-days at a time, and in order to look at dates in the future, it requires too many clicks.
    - i.e. if I want to book an event 3 weeks away, I'd have to click the "next arrow" 3 times and then find the date I need

    Solution:
Give users/bookers a rolling 30-day view of the calendar so they can easily click what day they want in that view.
    - i.e. If today is April 13, and I want to book April 30, all I need to do is click on the…

  7. I want to be able to generate a one-time use booking link for meeting queues so that we can leverage the group/round-robin scheduling while still limiting customers to one meeting booked per link.

  8. The guest attended button (that tracks no shows) does track completed calls if you toggle off and then on again. But, that's not clear in documentation and since the button is automatically toggled to attended, you would assume that the meeting status has been tracked as completed already. Since the button basically does 3 things (scheduled, no show, completed), it would be more helpful to have an option that supports that. A checkbox, dropdown, etc. We desperately need the completed status for accurate reporting, right now all of our completed calls are stuck in scheduled.

  9. It would be nice to toggle on/off on a queue by queue basis for these handoff routers that funnel to queues. Some teams are hoping for more control of their teams' schedules.

  10. Currently when a meeting is scheduled there is only a confirmation sent via email to the customer. It would be very useful to also be able to send an SMS confirmation with the time of the meeting right after booking, especially for clients booking in-person meetings.

  11. Meeting time is crucial to be visible once people book a meeting. The calendar invite is not obvious enough depends on the email app they use. Without meeting time in the email confirmation, it's hard for the prospects to check their booked time and leading the confusion for many of our prospects to email us.

  12. The new messaging that appears if someone books a meeting using a personal Gmail address (“Do you see the invitation?“, “Thanks, I see it”, and “Add to Calendar”) only appears in English even if the remainder of the screen is in another language. Please localize this in line with the rest of the booking experience.

  14. I'd like to block a date within chilipiper and NOT my personal calendar. At the moment, I have days that need to be blocked after a certain number of customer appointments and I need to leave my personal calendar open to allow time for internal meetings.
current process is to create a custom calendar per day to block it off but it is not user friendly. It would be better to have a calendar in chilipiper to block off there and not affect my personal calendar. 10to8 has this option.

  15. When using the instant booker to suggest times, the customer sends over availability. However, minimum scheduling notices are not maintained. For example, if my meeting type has a 12-hr minimum scheduling notice, and I sent availability 2 days ago for today's 3pm and 4pm time slots, the prospect would be able to book that time, even though it’s outside of the 12-hour minimum scheduling notice. In other words, those times were sent two days ago, but the recipient is then booking them 3-4 hours prior to those times, overriding the minimum scheduling notice of 12 hours.

    The feature request is…

  17. I'd like to submit product feedback for a setting in which a user can choose to select any time on their calendar (regardless of "Free" / "Busy"). Going into the calendar for every meeting and marking as "Free" is a bit manual/clunky, especially if we are suggesting multiple time options. The use case for me is I'm an Account Executive and I'm willing to push internal meetings for prospect / customer calls if they choose a time where I have an internal meeting already. As a user selecting suggested times, I won't be selecting times for internal meetings that I…

  18. Right now, there is no option to create an external label for meeting types - they automatically use the internal name.

This is difficult to manage: I want to be able to easily keep track of which meeting is which internally.

At the same time, I don't want prospects to see "30 minute meeting - internal label" when they select a meeting type or in the booker URL.

Therefore, it would be brilliant if meeting types could have a different internal name and external label.

    Thank you.

  19. Right now users can have a single (1) booking for a given time slot (ex: 11am) or multiple (8) bookings.

There is no option to edit/limit multiple bookings to more/less than 8.

Ex: I want to be able to just double (2) book a timeslot.

  20. Currently the Instant Booker won't show the titles, or segments of all events that are booked at the same time slot. Instead, it will default to showing just one of the busy blocks and extending it down. Our team reserves slots on their calendar for "Orientation Calls". They are expected to book over that calendar slot. Orientation call slots are reserved so no student can book over them. The Orientation calls are also expected to last an hour so our business was running into issues where our coaches were not having enough availability. The orientation call slots protect the ability to…
