  1. I'd like to submit product feedback for a setting in which a user can choose to select any time on their calendar (regardless of "Free" / "Busy"). Going into the calendar for every meeting and marking as "Free" is a bit manual/clunky, especially if we are suggesting multiple time options. The use case for me is I'm an Account Executive and I'm willing to push internal meetings for prospect / customer calls if they choose a time where I have an internal meeting already.   2. Currently the Instant Booker won't show the titles, or segments of all events that are booked at the same time slot. Instead, it will default to showing just one of the busy blocks and extending it down.Our team reserves slots on their calendar for "Orientation Calls". They are expected to book over that calendar slot. Orientation call slots are reserved so no student can book over them.   3. Currently, when using the IB to insert times or a booking link into an email, you can only do so for a single reps availability. We'd love the ability to insert a booking link for availability for all, so that we can share times where both the booker, and at least one assignee are available to customers. This is currently only possible by sending out the queue booking link and manually adding the ?by= parameter.

  4. Add different colors for different users so you can distinguish who is not available and decide if there will be any flexibility in moving the meeting to make room for a customer meeting. This is especially useful for managers in a support use case

  5. It would be great for the queue order to update based on who is up next for a meeting. The idea would be that the person up next is at the top of the queue in instant booker then the order changes based on the current level and goes top-down. This is helpful when there are a lot of users in the queue and the booker often needs to skip people based on availability. The person at the top may be selected more often.   7. In the instant booker when booking in a queue, the users are currently listed in a static order. My team would much prefer to have that order be dynamic so that it orders the users in the order in which their current level exist. So the "Up Next" user would be at the top and then "Next Up" would be right below them.

  8. The ability for SDRs to send suggested times for all AEs in a specific queue.

    Essentially the same thing we have for inbound concierge but for outbound suggested times.

  10. Currently, when booking via a queue in Instant Booker, a star indicates the rep who is 'next up,' but there's no way to know who has the next least meetings, or the 3rd least meetings. Clicking availability for all will allow an SDR to find a time that works for the prospect, but it would be helpful to know the meeting level of all reps in Instant Booker so that if the starred rep isn't available, we can check the calendar for the next starred rep specifically, instead of all reps in the queue.   11. Ability to place a HOLD on an assignees calendar if someone has suggested this time. Picturing this as a different color or look in the instant booker that designates it's a HOLD and gives the booker the ability to still suggested it, while recognizing that someone else as placed a HOLD on that time.

  12. Most users who use the extension are utilizing Instant Booker or Booking Links. The Personal Page section takes up a lot of space and there are users who have to scroll down a lot to find the Instant Booker section. We should move the Instant Booker feature back up on the extension to the top or at least above the Personal Pages.

  14. It would be great to have visibility on all events taking place at one time. For example, if I have two events on my calendar at one time, IB only shows the title of one of these, rather than both. This would give us greater visibility into what can and can't be booked over.

  16. Is there a way I can create a custom booking link for meetings where a SME needs to be on a call?

    I am looking for a way I can add say a Sales Engineer, Pre-sales Consultant, an executive/manager or specialist on specific meetings I want to book.

  17. Meeting time is crucial to be visible once people book a meeting. The calendar invite is not obvious enough depends on the email app they use. Without meeting time in the email confirmation, it's hard for the prospects to check their booked time and leading the confusion for many of our prospects to email us.

  18. When someone books a time with you, the email summary you receive that contain custom form fields do not include line breaks so I am reading separate form field data in one long string.

I know that "free" meetings (image below) dont show up on the calendar but we're curious if that's an option we could turn on if we wanted. alternatively is it possible for that to be controlled on the AE rep level? Or have it to show up slightly differently on the calendar than busy meetings so the SDRs can see when it's a free meeting and they could ask the reps if they can book over etc.

  20. Calendy had an option to leave 15 minutes or a destinated buffer time between meetings. That be great to add as back-to-backs that can be avoided usually result in a better client/AE experience
