Include line breaks between form fields
When someone books a time with you, the email summary you receive that contain custom form fields do not include line breaks so I am reading separate form field data in one long string.

Allow users to book meetings for reps that are set as OFF on Instant Booker
Currently, it's not possible to book meetings for someone that has a day off the next day (or more days) due to the Booking Span if the queue is Round Robin with the make it strict option enabled, would be good if we had an option to not block the calendar of the rep for when the person is back.
Example - I'm off tomorrow and IB shows me as OFF, and with the make it strict, it will not consider me as next in queue, so bookers are not able to assign meetings to me for next week.

Tentative Outlook prioritization
I'd like to mark calendar blocks in outlook as tentative for heads down work (a MS viva best practice... and generally a good action). This way internal colleagues know I'm working and can try to accommodate
BUT... I'd like external clients (who I prioritize) to be able to book over my tentative blooks (obviously still not booking over 'booked' blocks) through chillipiper
I wish Chilipiper could show tentative as available.... and in a perfect world, show them as a secondary choice after the primary options.

Don't Schedule Before A Specific Date
Add a setting to the Instant Booker to prevent the call from being booked before a specific date. This would allow more important calls to be booked first and less important calls that you designate to be scheduled after a specific date.

time and time zone in the subject line
I'd like to insert a dynamic tag in the subject line of the invite - it just identifies the time and timezone. Those sales folks who are scheduling meetings in places outside their time zone, and the lead who may be traveling to a different time zone, it just reminds them, while the meeting is in their current timezone, once they are at the event, it will appear in the new timezone clearly.

Option to Cluster Calls
Provide suggestive booking times that prioritize "clustering" calls so that reps don't have big gaps in their call schedule.
Example:
• Charles likes to take 15-minute calls back to back. No buffer.
• Tony books the first 15-minute call at 9:30am.
• Bruce goes to book a call and instead of getting to pick from any 15-minute slot in the entire day, is first recommended to book a call at 9:45am or 10:00am. If neither of those times work, there is a “show more times” button to give Bruce all the options.1 vote -

No Show Meeting Follow Ups

Adding Malaysia Standard Timezone MYT to the list of timezones
Even though the Asia/Singapore timezone does work for the Malaysian timezone, we'll prefer to have the MYT timezone added so it's easier for users to search for this.

Rich text editing in Meeting Invites
We should have the ability to format with bullets/numbering, bolded text, etc in Chili Piper invites the same way we do in Google Calendar. This is especially helpful for setting call expectations such as templated meeting agenda items.

Work Day Availability - Allow for more customization
Hi y'all!
Problem: We don't work on weekends and the current availability options are only set to use "Days." This poses a problem on Fridays and cuts out 2 days from the selected time window.
Solution: Allow for more customization with availability range. With the understanding that some companies leverage CP to book over the weekend, perhaps allow us to check the days of the week we'd like the availability to use? Or start with "Week Day" as phase 1 and move into the selector for phase 2.

Show Slots/Meetings Marked as Free
I know that "free" meetings (image below) dont show up on the calendar but we're curious if that's an option we could turn on if we wanted. alternatively is it possible for that to be controlled on the AE rep level? Or have it to show up slightly differently on the calendar than busy meetings so the SDRs can see when it's a free meeting and they could ask the reps if they can book over etc.

Set Preferred times
Allow users to specify their preferred times for meeting with external clients. This would be a global preference for time-frame (8am-10am), and then for each meeting type, if that time is available, put "Preferred" next to it. I have a screenshot from another booking service if that helps.

Rolling Calendar Block
Prevent meetings from being scheduled for “the morrow morning” if the client is selecting the meeting time in the evening (let’s say no later than 6pm) prior.
The minimum scheduling notice (MSN) is not sufficient for CP users who are meeting with people from distant time zones.
I am based on the east coast of the US. If I set my MSN to 4 hours, then someone in Europe (at 9am their time, 3 am my time) can schedule a meeting with me for 8am my time (2pm their time) while I'm still asleep. This is inconvenient.

Add the ability to insert a booking link from the Instant Booker for availability for all
Currently, when using the IB to insert times or a booking link into an email, you can only do so for a single reps availability. We'd love the ability to insert a booking link for availability for all, so that we can share times where both the booker, and at least one assignee are available to customers. This is currently only possible by sending out the queue booking link and manually adding the ?by= parameter.

can we have a setting or toggle to prevent buffers from being booked over busy slots when the extension setting is set to Don’t allow Bookers to book over busy slots
