Disqualified Tag
Similar to the No Show Button. Allow assignees to tag meetings as "Disqualified" for meetings our reps have that do not meet our criteria for an opportunity and credit them back a meeting. This would be extremely helpful for our users to give feedback to marketing and SDRs and eliminate us having to create an opportunity in Salesforce just to simply closed/lost it immediately. Would also allow us to see which meetings are "Good", no showed, cancelled, and "disqualified"

Exported User report to be the same as User UI
The current User UI shows the license type, default workspace, and other workspace that a user is included in - which is a very good view. BUT, if you export it, the reports looks so complex - the license type is not there, the workspaces are presented as columns. To be able to export it as is (like the UI) would be great

Report for Average time between form submission and meeting time
It would be useful to have a report that shows the average time per router, between a form submission and the selected meeting time, for any given date range.

Re-order meeting list in the Dashboard to show soonest meetings first
My very next meeting is the most important meeting. Everything else should be re-ordered so it is on top.
Currently the display order for meetings in the Dashboard is by date, with the latest meeting at the top. This is not helpful because I have to scroll down and find today's date to see which meetings I have today. The past meetings should be in a separate list at the bottom. The upcomming meetings should be displayed in chronological order: soonest to most distant in the future.

Delete test "completed bookings" from prospect history
When testing concierge, users make test submissions that sometimes are actually booked meetings. Currently, you can only delete test meetings that are not booked by adding "?debug=true" as per this article https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/en-us/articles/360053800073-How-do-I-remove-a-prospect-from-Prospect-History-

Allow passing UTM params to routers
Currently UTM params can only be passed to direct booking links which greatly undermines their usefulness. Please allow us to pass UTM params through routers and queue links.

Change Submission date column data format
When we export reports from Chilipiper, the Submission date column is formatted as "01.11.2019", meaning Nov 11, 2019.It would be much more convenient for it to come formatted as "11/1/2019" as is standard and more easily readable by applications.

Allow fairness algorithm to be set on the distribution level
Chargebee has a few queues created. Some of which get a lot less traffic than others over a month. The problem is that with the fairness algorithm resetting monthly the same rep ends up receiving the one or two meetings a month this queue receives. The other queues get much more volume and so having the reset happen monthly works. They would very much like to be able to have the fairness algorithm setting on the queue level to handle this. The current workaround is to manually calibrate the low volume queue each month which is a frustrating process for them.

Change the way "Prospect didn't book a meeting" notification creates the "See Prospect in Salesforce" button
The "See Prospect in Salesforce" button gets the prospect information only when the Salesforce option "Chili Piper creates lead in Salesforce real time".Change the behavior to make the button also works when the lead is created externally (via HubSpot for instance) before the notification is sent out.

Add Timezone to Meeting Details/Admin Panel
We've had a couple instances where we have users report that our clients are booked in incorrect timezones. For instance; It should be 2pm Eastern time, but it shows 1pm Eastern time because the incorrect Eastern Timezone was selected (the one that does not observe Daylight Savings) but we have no way of confirming it. Please add this as a field we can see when looking at the event in Dashboard/Admin Panel.

Allow Admins to pull reports on unique form submissions
In addition to pulling reports on all submissions, it would be extremely useful if Admins had the ability to also pull reports on strictly unique form submissions similar to Google Analytics (even if someone fills out the same form with the same/different email it only counts as 1 submission).
When conducting internal audits of our lead flow between systems we're looking at unique submissions across each system and there are cases in Chili Piper where a website visitor may submit the same form multiple times and we're unable to determine which ones are unique.
