Alert Specific admin/user when CRM integration disconnects
Integration users used to connect Chili Piper to a CRM are commonly a specific user created for the purpose of integration and is linked to an unmonitored email address, which means that when CRITICAL issues occur such as a calendar disconnection, the proper admins are NOT alerted immediately to take action. This causes continual challenges for clients when we get disconnected and Chili Piper essentially stops working. NEED to be able to specify certain emails/users to receive email notifications upon disconnect.

Email or Slack Notification when a Salesforce Event fails to create.
We have an automation in Salesforce that triggers off the Event creation by chilipiper. When that fails, the rest of the automation fails to trigger. Since there is no notification from Chilipiper that the Event failed to create we often don't find out about the issues until many days after the automation was supposed to trigger. If there was some sort of notification from Chiliper that an Event failed to create we could investigate it immediately.

Pass Workspace name in payload
When Zapier receives the New Meeting payload, Event Workspace only shows up if the meeting is booked via a router but if it's via Meeting Type link, it is not passing it. I think it's crucial to pass that info no matter how a meeting is booked. It's a big help in grouping your actions in your automation

Don't require Hubspot admin licenses for end users to use Chili Piper

Allow Out Of Office to Block Calendar if Office365 and not just "Busy".
Very often, customers set themselves to "Out of Office" in Outlook and they expect to not receive bookings on their calendar. Right now, Chili Piper only sees "busy" as a block but it would be nice if Chili Piper also saw "Out of Office" as busy as that is normal practice for companies.

Have the option to turn on duplicate lead creation in Salesforce
I've had a number of prospects wish that we could create duplicate leads when a meeting is booked via Chili Piper. This is a gap that Calendly hasn't figured out. Many teams I work with have a team dedicated to deduping leads in their CRM.

end user meeting type override
There are situations in which a global meeting type is created for all users but some users need slightly different settings depending on their role.
It would be nice if end users could override certain meeting type settings or reminder settings so they have a little more autonomy over the meeting types and reminders that get set for them.

slack notification for text replies
It would be great to get a slack notification with a prospect replies via SMS instead of just an email. Many of my reps have slack pulled up with notifications on whereas emails are a bit slower to get to.

Have a different partnership model with Clearbit and Zoominfo so we can offer their enrichment solutions natively without them having to be Zoominfo/Clearbit customers.

Hubspot associations with all contacts in the meeting
HubSpot only has the Assignee and the Main Guest associated. Additional guests are not added as designed.
It would be beneficial for my business to show all people who will or have attended meetings, including our own team members, to properly prioritize and analyze show rates and attribute deals

Microsoft Teams Conference Support for GCal Customer
I use Google Calendar but have access to Microsoft Teams and would like the ability to add that as a conference option for my meeting types.
Currently, Microsoft Teams is only available to be added as a conference option for users with Outlook integration - Google Calendar users will have the Google Meet option enabled.

Allow multiple Twilio number code types to be used (Alphanumeric and international long code)
The integration only allows for one connected number, which means we have to choose between sending SMS reminders to the UK or ROW, but not both. The ability to choose which Twilio number to use when setting reminders i.e. Alphanumeric sender ID for UK or international long codes for everywhere else would allow us to use the reminders across all markets.
