  1. Currently the CP > Intercom integration can only be used to send suggested times in Intercom chats. If added to the homepage, those sent times will still show in the Intercom app, even after the suggested time has passed and are in the past.

    It would be ideal if the times shown in the Intercom app were not in the past and could be shown as upcoming availability, similar to the Zoom Webinars app is set up, they allow you to pull 3 upcoming webinars.

  2. “Keep the meeting in Salesforce” setting should still apply to personal meeting types. We could do this by:

    -Inheriting the setting from the User's Default Workspace
    -Add Events/Delete setting to Personal Workspace CRM Actions
    - Or a (global) Super Admin setting to control this per user.

  6. Our new G2 Integration is awesome. However, it lacks country routing which is critical to so manyof our customers.

    G2 also seems to pull country from IP and pass that to my customers CRM so the data is available.

    Would be great to get that data passed to us asap so we can include country routing rules.

  7. Lead Record Type and Account Record Type (RecordTypeId) are used to distinguish between different types of leads/accounts in our CRM. These fields aren't available for mapping or setting as hidden fields in Chili Piper. It would be very helpful to be able to set this on the lead, since we use CP for scheduling calls for different record types.

  8. When Zoom or any other integration has a disconnect a notification email should be sent to the end-user in order to inform them.

    This is already done with calendar connection, but is important for conference details as well since this can result in blank information sent to prospects.

    At the very least, a notification sent at the time of booking to indicate the conference details couldn't be included.

  9. Brightwheel is requesting that we change the phone number that our phone calls are made from to a single-party consent state.

    38 states are currently single-party consent states, but unfortunately the phone number dial from is not one of them, therefore Brightwheel is not able to legally record the calls that come into their reps on the "call me now" calls.

  10. Add Slack app which can serve as a reminder for an upcoming meeting with the meeting blurb, enable quick joining to the Zoom/GMeet and allow updating the meeting status (Attended, No-Show) from within Slack.

  12. Some companies use Tasks to report on meetings created rather than the Events object. This would cover use cases to handle reporting for admins in the case they use Tasks and prevent them from needing to know how to create fancy process builders to manage this in sfdc.

  13. Today we currently can relate meeting types to open opportunities. It's common for Sales teams to add/require reps to add contact roles on the opportunity for reporting, keeping track of stakeholders, etc....It would be a nice addition to automate adding contact roles to the opportunity. Here is how it would work:If meeting type is selected to relate to the opportunity then optionally add the contact who the meeting was booked with to the opportunity contact role section....this checks if the contact the meeting was booked with already exists as a contact role, if they do exist, do nothing, if the…

  15. Would be nice to have an easy way to modify suggested times once they've been added in without having to erase and re-do. This is useful to check/update the correct meeting type, update duration, ensure all the guests are on the recipient list, ensure proper time zone is displayed, etc. If any one of these is potentially off, you have to erase and restart

  17. Right now, only the main guest and their response status is tracked on the salesforce event. However, there are frequent situations where there are additional guests other than the main guest and host added through instant booker and who also receive an invite. Visibility into each of those guests' names as well as their specific response status would be a huge win.

We can do this today with some APEX code and process builders, but would be much easier to setup and manage if CP could create an Opportunity when a meeting gets booked of a certain meeting type, although it may need to be an optional setting... possibly within the chrome ext during booking or after you book a meeting.
