Pass country data or other custom fields in G2 Form integration
Our new G2 Integration is awesome. However, it lacks country routing which is critical to so manyof our customers.
G2 also seems to pull country from IP and pass that to my customers CRM so the data is available.
Would be great to get that data passed to us asap so we can include country routing rules.

Make it possible to set the Salesforce record type
Lead Record Type and Account Record Type (RecordTypeId) are used to distinguish between different types of leads/accounts in our CRM. These fields aren't available for mapping or setting as hidden fields in Chili Piper. It would be very helpful to be able to set this on the lead, since we use CP for scheduling calls for different record types.

Ability to change Twilio phone number for Single Party Consent state
Brightwheel is requesting that we change the phone number that our phone calls are made from to a single-party consent state.
38 states are currently single-party consent states, but unfortunately the phone number dial from is not one of them, therefore Brightwheel is not able to legally record the calls that come into their reps on the "call me now" calls.

Automatically Add Contact Roles to an Opportunity
Today we currently can relate meeting types to open opportunities. It's common for Sales teams to add/require reps to add contact roles on the opportunity for reporting, keeping track of stakeholders, etc....It would be a nice addition to automate adding contact roles to the opportunity. Here is how it would work:If meeting type is selected to relate to the opportunity then optionally add the contact who the meeting was booked with to the opportunity contact role section....this checks if the contact the meeting was booked with already exists as a contact role, if they do exist, do nothing, if the…

Populate SF Case details when booking via Online Booking
Currently SF Case placeholders in meeting templates populate only in IB to allow the booker to choose the Relate to field. With Online Booking, since a Case can't be selected, placeholder won't populate at all to avoid choosing an incorrect Case by default. It would be nice to improve this to populate the Case # when only one open Case is found.

Ability to NOT offer "view full calendar" after suggested times by default
Yes, "view full calendar" link can be deleted, but some customers never want to include the full calendar and only want to offer the specific times. (protecting support reps' time)

Populate Meeting Start Day/Time to HubSpot
What I'm trying to do is actually a workaround since I'm not able to send notifications to a gmail alias in Chili Piper. Since I need to send the notification in HubSpot, I need to be able to pull meeting start date/time from a property that's populated by Chili Piper.

Several Improvements to Zapier Integration
The Zapier integration could use a considerable amount more work – that'd open up so many possibilities! In addition to the following:- Triggered for Cancelled Call (https://suggest.chilipiper.com/feature-requests/p/canceled-call-zap-trigger)- Including event time zone (https://suggest.chilipiper.com/feature-requests/p/include-event-timezone-in-available-zapier-fields)Zapier also could really use: *** The ability to access more test data **•Currently, Zapier can only see the first-ever meeting scheduled via my Chilipiper instance. I had a few different scenarios I need to test though (such as whether someone exists as a lead or contact in SFDC), so only having one Chilipiper event's worth of data to use in Zapier is very limiting *…
