  1. When Zapier receives the New Meeting payload, Event Workspace only shows up if the meeting is booked via a router but if it's via Meeting Type link, it is not passing it. I think it's crucial to pass that info no matter how a meeting is booked. It's a big help in grouping your actions in your automation

  3. Very often, customers set themselves to "Out of Office" in Outlook and they expect to not receive bookings on their calendar. Right now, Chili Piper only sees "busy" as a block but it would be nice if Chili Piper also saw "Out of Office" as busy as that is normal practice for companies.

  6. I've had a number of prospects wish that we could create duplicate leads when a meeting is booked via Chili Piper. This is a gap that Calendly hasn't figured out. Many teams I work with have a team dedicated to deduping leads in their CRM.

  7. There are situations in which a global meeting type is created for all users but some users need slightly different settings depending on their role.

    It would be nice if end users could override certain meeting type settings or reminder settings so they have a little more autonomy over the meeting types and reminders that get set for them.

  8. It would be great to get a slack notification with a prospect replies via SMS instead of just an email. Many of my reps have slack pulled up with notifications on whereas emails are a bit slower to get to.

  9. HubSpot only has the Assignee and the Main Guest associated. Additional guests are not added as designed.

    It would be beneficial for my business to show all people who will or have attended meetings, including our own team members, to properly prioritize and analyze show rates and attribute deals

  11. The integration only allows for one connected number, which means we have to choose between sending SMS reminders to the UK or ROW, but not both. The ability to choose which Twilio number to use when setting reminders i.e. Alphanumeric sender ID for UK or international long codes for everywhere else would allow us to use the reminders across all markets.

  12. Right now the router name is only passed to Hubspot if the contact books. Why does it not pass to Hubspot if they don't book or are disqualified? This is still important information for our reporting

  13. Now, to push the meeting type from CP to HubSpot, it will be required to name it the same way it reflects in HubSpot. It is not efficient to rely on the name of the meeting type to push it to HubSpot. It will be more convenient and efficient to have a dedicated property, let's say, "HubSpot Meeting Type" associated with a meeting type in CP

  15. Upon an event being rescheduled, CP only attempts to update the event date and time once - if CP receives an error or the record is locked due to other updates happening, CP will not retry to update the date and time. This causes rescheduled events to not get updated to new date and time.

  16. We have meetings that are created with no name and the cc email without a link to the Prospect in HubSpot. Chili Piper's suggestion was to let Chili Piper create the contact, but we are unable to do so since we use the HubSpot tracking pixel and contacts are created upon FormSubmit (we cannot change this for a variety of reasons). This only seems to be an issue if the prospect books immediately when presented with the scheduler. If we could configure a delay of just a few seconds, I think this issue could be solved.

  18. Write the latest value to "BookingStatusCP__c" if the form is submitted more than once during the same session. Here is an example. One of our prospects submitted a form at 10:45 and did not book a meeting. At 10.46, the form was submitted again by the same prospect, and this time meeting was booked. Chili Piper wrote to HubSpot "Booked" at 10:46 but it was updated to "Not Booked" at 10:50, which is the wrong status.

  19. We have more that one automation firing (from other systems) at the point a new lead gets created. This can sometimes cause duplicate records to get created in Salesforce. I would like the option to add a delay (wait 5 minutes for example) to the creation of a new lead at the point the prospect books a meeting. So that if the lead has already been created in Salesforce, chili will simply update the booking fields for the existing lead rather than creating the lead instantly.

  20. It would be nice to have the option to duplicate a workspace to make easier to iterate and in instances where a similar setup is required.

    For example, we are in the process of creating workspaces for our EMEA and US sales teams. They have almost exactly the same setup in terms of meeting types and queues but we have to build the second one from the ground up again because we can't duplicate the space.
