  1. Currently the ChiliCal button will only show on the standard primary email field on a Lead or Contact in Salesforce. However, sometimes a customer will have multiple email addresses that are stored in secondary email fields. It would be useful for the extension to automatically show up on those fields, or to allow Chili Piper admins to customize which fields the extension shows up on.

  3. It would be great if we were able to customize the payload that gets sent through the current webhook integration. The payload today misses data such as utms or landing page which would be beneficial to pass to our Marketing Automation platform.

  5. Right now, admins can't choose the timezone they want "today" stamped in when we update a date field and it causes confusion when trying to check the date fields that we update. We should have the option to choose the time zone

  6. I've noticed that when we invite multiple guests to a call, the dynamic field CP.DataField.ContactFirstName only populates with one contact's first name. As a result, the other guests don't see their names in the meeting invite title. The same applies when we add the dynamic field to the meeting description.

    It would be great if there was a way to either include all guests’ first names in the description or have it dynamically update based on each recipient.

  7. Today the handoff/schedule button from the Chilical that appears next to a Salesforce record's email only works if the record page is using the old Highlights Panel component. Since Salesforce is telling users to implement the new Dynamic Highlights Panel component it would be great if Chilical supported email fields in that new page component.

  9. The Chili Bot Slack app should also notify the Booker when a meeting is scheduled, rescheduled or canceled. This is critical for both the Booker & Host to be on the same page about meetings scheduled with Chili Piper so our customers have a seamless experience with our company.

  10. Relevant for ALL integration mapping, we have use cases where Salesforce (or the integration) uses usernames that have one domain, while the calendar account uses a different domain.

    At present, if someone joins with their calendar, it cannot do automatic mapping for integrations due to the difference in domain names.

    It would be great to support a global domain mapping in the integration screens so that domain.com -> email.com always, therefore if we find user@domain.com it will know to map it to user@email.com.

  11. You can use the Gong Anywhere extension to write emails wherever you are at in your browser. Being able to insert Chili Piper Suggested Times into these emails in the Gong extension would be very useful, especially since it seems like you can access integrations within that email popup.

  12. At this moment the ChiliCal extension is only displayed under the Lead/Contact page on the lightning version of Salesforce but not in the Classic UI. We would like to have the ability to use the extension on the Classic UI as well.

  13. Currently the Chili Piper Integration only allows for booking meetings from Contacts in the side panel within Hubspot. Being able to book meetings from Deals in Hubspot with the Contacts associated with the Deal would be a great additional feature.

  14. We need a way to better understand why customers are cancelling after booking with an agent. Having a feature in place that would provide the customer with a selection based on why they are cancelled would allow us to assess this data.

    We see emails from customers saying they want cancel, and this moves our Salesforce lead record to "working", however does not disqualify the lead or tell us why the customer cancelled. In these situations, the agent needs to go into the CRM, find the lead and cancel. They are seeing over 1200 leads a weeks with this example.

  15. Hi

    I was just made aware that ChiliCal can do suggested Timezones when booking a meeting but it's based on the customer info being in Clearbit. It seems like there should be a way to do so using timezone in our CRM. We keep track of Timezone based on the address information we have in our CRM so it seems like we should be able to map that to the timezones in ChiliCal?

  16. Currently only meetings booked through Concierge can be manually synced to HubSpot if the initial meeting creation failed (through the Concierge logs). If the meeting is not created for a meeting booked with a scheduling link (or Handoff, but we aren't currently using this), there is no way to push a sync to HubSpot for that meeting. If I remember correctly, this was possible for all meetings on the old platform since it was an option when viewing the meeting record.

  17. When you schedule a meeting from Outlook using the plugin, EVERYONE on the email gets added as a required guest. The Booker's role in the meeting is controlled by the meeting type/meeting link settings, and adding the meeting booker as a guest creates an extra step of needing to remove the redundant email address.

    For example, when I am scheduling a basic 30 minute meeting between myself and some other people from an email chain, as the Booker I'm the meeting owner. It doesn't make sense for me to be included again as a guest. If I'm scheduling a Round…

  19. Use case: 'lost and return' and 'churn and return' contacts coming through the pipeline booking demos.

    I've noticed the HubSpot integration has some room for improvement. Currently, most properties that are passed to HubSpot are only updated when they last occurred. So for example, if a prospect 'no showed' 2 years ago, came back through the pipeline and booked today they still appear as a no show.
