  1. We have meetings that are created with no name and the cc email without a link to the Prospect in HubSpot. Chili Piper's suggestion was to let Chili Piper create the contact, but we are unable to do so since we use the HubSpot tracking pixel and contacts are created upon FormSubmit (we cannot change this for a variety of reasons). This only seems to be an issue if the prospect books immediately when presented with the scheduler. If we could configure a delay of just a few seconds, I think this issue could be solved.

  3. Write the latest value to "BookingStatusCP__c" if the form is submitted more than once during the same session. Here is an example. One of our prospects submitted a form at 10:45 and did not book a meeting. At 10.46, the form was submitted again by the same prospect, and this time meeting was booked. Chili Piper wrote to HubSpot "Booked" at 10:46 but it was updated to "Not Booked" at 10:50, which is the wrong status.

  4. We have more that one automation firing (from other systems) at the point a new lead gets created. This can sometimes cause duplicate records to get created in Salesforce. I would like the option to add a delay (wait 5 minutes for example) to the creation of a new lead at the point the prospect books a meeting. So that if the lead has already been created in Salesforce, chili will simply update the booking fields for the existing lead rather than creating the lead instantly.

  5. It would be nice to have the option to duplicate a workspace to make easier to iterate and in instances where a similar setup is required.

    For example, we are in the process of creating workspaces for our EMEA and US sales teams. They have almost exactly the same setup in terms of meeting types and queues but we have to build the second one from the ground up again because we can't duplicate the space.

  6. Currently, there is only the option to set who the meeting activity in Hubspot is assigned to and Chilipiper passes no value for who created the engagement.

    For ease of reporting, it is essential to capture both when working with an SDR <> AE handoff.

    For example;

    If Frank, an SDR, books a meeting for Don, an AE, the Hubspot meeting should have the following information;

    Activity Created by Frank
    Activity Assigned to Don

    Currently Don is being assigned but Frank is not showing in Activity Created By because of Chilipiper limitations in writing that information over.

  9. The ability to insert proposed meeting dates/times into the gmail email draft is great, but also very limiting as we use an email management tool to manage our many gmail inboxes. Therefore, we do not have access to using the Chili Piper chrome extension.

    Obviously an integration with our email management tool would be ideal, but another way around this would be if we could create the proposed meeting times from within Chili Piper.com, copy the selected dates/times then we could paste them into the body of an email.

  11. We use Front as our email management tool. Would love to see Chili Piper integrated with Front so we could book/propose meetings via Front as well, not just Gmail or Outlook.

  13. Would be helpful to have the meeting record in HubSpot marked with a Meeting Outcome of Completed via the integration. Would also need to be sure that any meeting marked as Completed could also be updated to a No-Show when the prospect is marked as not attending in Chili Piper.

  14. It would be very useful to connect a general group calendar to Chili Piper. When new CSM's/Professional Services employees are hired, often their start dates are a few weeks from when they accept the offer and they do not get a company email account until they start. Customer trainings are constantly being scheduled, and we would like to schedule trainings with our new reps. Allowing us to book onto a general group calendar would allow us to continue scheduling trainings before the new rep starts.

  16. Enable admins to define what meeting types and from what workspaces will sync to sfdc. We need the option not to sync private meeting types to sfdc (lead creation and meeting creation). It will also be useful the have the option to prevent specific meeting types from the general workspace to sync.

  18. I would love to be able to use CP to fire off a webhook that I can catch with Zapier to engage a workflow in HS OR engage a workflow directly in HubSpot for a contact.

    Essentially, instead of the reminder firing off an email through CP It would trigger the webhook or a HS workflow that does whatever I tell it to at the time of the reminder firing.

    For me I would send a marketing email and SMS message. This would be triggered once per associated contact.

    This would allow users to bypass the silly reminders@chilipiper.com email and…

  20. I'd like IB to pick up on the time zone my Main Guest's contact record is set to (If known) so I don't have to remember to select the correct time zone.

    Much of the time a prospect has already booked a meeting in the past and the time zone property (native to HS) is set by their cookie.

    Using their time zone in IB would be amazing and a big time saver.
