  1. Right now the router name is only passed to Hubspot if the contact books. Why does it not pass to Hubspot if they don't book or are disqualified? This is still important information for our reporting

  2. Hey there! I was just thinking that it would be really helpful if we could associate a meeting with multiple entities instead of just one. Right now, we can only choose between Ticket, Company, or Deal. But if we could select more than one option, it would definitely make things more efficient.

  3. Now, to push the meeting type from CP to HubSpot, it will be required to name it the same way it reflects in HubSpot. It is not efficient to rely on the name of the meeting type to push it to HubSpot. It will be more convenient and efficient to have a dedicated property, let's say, "HubSpot Meeting Type" associated with a meeting type in CP

  5. Upon an event being rescheduled, CP only attempts to update the event date and time once - if CP receives an error or the record is locked due to other updates happening, CP will not retry to update the date and time. This causes rescheduled events to not get updated to new date and time.

  6. We have meetings that are created with no name and the cc email without a link to the Prospect in HubSpot. Chili Piper's suggestion was to let Chili Piper create the contact, but we are unable to do so since we use the HubSpot tracking pixel and contacts are created upon FormSubmit (we cannot change this for a variety of reasons). This only seems to be an issue if the prospect books immediately when presented with the scheduler. If we could configure a delay of just a few seconds, I think this issue could be solved.

  8. Write the latest value to "BookingStatusCP__c" if the form is submitted more than once during the same session. Here is an example. One of our prospects submitted a form at 10:45 and did not book a meeting. At 10.46, the form was submitted again by the same prospect, and this time meeting was booked. Chili Piper wrote to HubSpot "Booked" at 10:46 but it was updated to "Not Booked" at 10:50, which is the wrong status.

  9. We have more that one automation firing (from other systems) at the point a new lead gets created. This can sometimes cause duplicate records to get created in Salesforce. I would like the option to add a delay (wait 5 minutes for example) to the creation of a new lead at the point the prospect books a meeting. So that if the lead has already been created in Salesforce, chili will simply update the booking fields for the existing lead rather than creating the lead instantly.

  10. It would be nice to have the option to duplicate a workspace to make easier to iterate and in instances where a similar setup is required.

    For example, we are in the process of creating workspaces for our EMEA and US sales teams. They have almost exactly the same setup in terms of meeting types and queues but we have to build the second one from the ground up again because we can't duplicate the space.

  11. Currently, there is only the option to set who the meeting activity in Hubspot is assigned to and Chilipiper passes no value for who created the engagement.

    For ease of reporting, it is essential to capture both when working with an SDR <> AE handoff.

    For example;

    If Frank, an SDR, books a meeting for Don, an AE, the Hubspot meeting should have the following information;

    Activity Created by Frank
    Activity Assigned to Don

    Currently Don is being assigned but Frank is not showing in Activity Created By because of Chilipiper limitations in writing that information over.

  16. Would be helpful to have the meeting record in HubSpot marked with a Meeting Outcome of Completed via the integration. Would also need to be sure that any meeting marked as Completed could also be updated to a No-Show when the prospect is marked as not attending in Chili Piper.

  17. It would be very useful to connect a general group calendar to Chili Piper. When new CSM's/Professional Services employees are hired, often their start dates are a few weeks from when they accept the offer and they do not get a company email account until they start. Customer trainings are constantly being scheduled, and we would like to schedule trainings with our new reps. Allowing us to book onto a general group calendar would allow us to continue scheduling trainings before the new rep starts.

  19. I would love to be able to use CP to fire off a webhook that I can catch with Zapier to engage a workflow in HS OR engage a workflow directly in HubSpot for a contact.

    Essentially, instead of the reminder firing off an email through CP It would trigger the webhook or a HS workflow that does whatever I tell it to at the time of the reminder firing.

    For me I would send a marketing email and SMS message. This would be triggered once per associated contact.

    This would allow users to bypass the silly reminders@chilipiper.com email and…

  20. I would like to see in Hubspot when a prospect clicked on the reminder email and if they replied to the email I'd like that email to come into HubSpot CRM as well so I can reply back.
