  1. Currently, there is only the option to set who the meeting activity in Hubspot is assigned to and Chilipiper passes no value for who created the engagement.

    For ease of reporting, it is essential to capture both when working with an SDR <> AE handoff.

    For example;

    If Frank, an SDR, books a meeting for Don, an AE, the Hubspot meeting should have the following information;

    Activity Created by Frank
    Activity Assigned to Don

    Currently Don is being assigned but Frank is not showing in Activity Created By because of Chilipiper limitations in writing that information over.

  3. Ability to use Hot Handoff from Hubspot using an icon similar to the Salesforce integration. Currently, Hubspot users can only use hot handoff from an existing invitation email within gmail.

Please create an Okta integration with Chili Piper so that we can automate user provisioning and de-provisioning.It would be extremely helpful to not have to manually audit records or assign users to different workspaces, queues, etc as new hires start, users leave the company, or get promoted.

  5. It would be nice to have the option to duplicate a workspace to make easier to iterate and in instances where a similar setup is required.

    For example, we are in the process of creating workspaces for our EMEA and US sales teams. They have almost exactly the same setup in terms of meeting types and queues but we have to build the second one from the ground up again because we can't duplicate the space.

  6. Would be helpful to have the meeting record in HubSpot marked with a Meeting Outcome of Completed via the integration. Would also need to be sure that any meeting marked as Completed could also be updated to a No-Show when the prospect is marked as not attending in Chili Piper.

  7. In addition to being able to book a meeting from Hubspot contact record, it would be big time saver to be able to insert proposed meetings times into an email we are sending to a contact from within Hubspot.

  9. Now, to push the meeting type from CP to HubSpot, it will be required to name it the same way it reflects in HubSpot. It is not efficient to rely on the name of the meeting type to push it to HubSpot. It will be more convenient and efficient to have a dedicated property, let's say, "HubSpot Meeting Type" associated with a meeting type in CP

  10. Write the latest value to "BookingStatusCP__c" if the form is submitted more than once during the same session. Here is an example. One of our prospects submitted a form at 10:45 and did not book a meeting. At 10.46, the form was submitted again by the same prospect, and this time meeting was booked. Chili Piper wrote to HubSpot "Booked" at 10:46 but it was updated to "Not Booked" at 10:50, which is the wrong status.

  11. I would like to see in Hubspot when a prospect clicked on the reminder email and if they replied to the email I'd like that email to come into HubSpot CRM as well so I can reply back.

  12. HubSpot only has the Assignee and the Main Guest associated. Additional guests are not added as designed.

    It would be beneficial for my business to show all people who will or have attended meetings, including our own team members, to properly prioritize and analyze show rates and attribute deals

  13. "See prospect in crm" is a button in the slack notification that is sent when a meeting is booked through Instant Booker. It would be great for that to be available in the slack notification when the meeting is booked through Hot Handoff and any other booking type as well. Id argue it's most valuable for Hot Handoffs since those are transferred live, and easy and quick access to the CRM record is critical. It seems as though this would be an easy and incredibly valuable add since it's already built into other notifications and would resolve a big pain…

  15. I use Google Calendar but have access to Microsoft Teams and would like the ability to add that as a conference option for my meeting types.

    Currently, Microsoft Teams is only available to be added as a conference option for users with Outlook integration - Google Calendar users will have the Google Meet option enabled.

  16. The integration only allows for one connected number, which means we have to choose between sending SMS reminders to the UK or ROW, but not both. The ability to choose which Twilio number to use when setting reminders i.e. Alphanumeric sender ID for UK or international long codes for everywhere else would allow us to use the reminders across all markets.

  18. Right now the router name is only passed to Hubspot if the contact books. Why does it not pass to Hubspot if they don't book or are disqualified? This is still important information for our reporting

  19. Hey there! I was just thinking that it would be really helpful if we could associate a meeting with multiple entities instead of just one. Right now, we can only choose between Ticket, Company, or Deal. But if we could select more than one option, it would definitely make things more efficient.

  20. Our new G2 Integration is awesome. However, it lacks country routing which is critical to so manyof our customers.

    G2 also seems to pull country from IP and pass that to my customers CRM so the data is available.

    Would be great to get that data passed to us asap so we can include country routing rules.
