  3. Booking Status values should be "Booked", "Not Booked" or "No Option Presented".We have high inbound volumes, of which a significant portion are outside of our ICP. They are routed to a separate landing page rather than presented with the ability to book time, so their status in Chili Piper is "No Option Presented." However, our DQs look identical to qualified leads that have "Not Booked" in Salesforce. Both have blank Meeting Types with "Not Booked" Booking Statuses, and it makes reporting, automation, and a general lack of understanding for my salespeople a bit more tricky.

  4. It would be fantastic to have two options for the meeting type name, one that shows in the MeetingTypeCP field and one that is shown to the sales team. For example, we have multiple demo meeting types for different languages, such as "Demo - English", "Demo French" etc. so that the sales team can select the correct option. We'd love to be able to have them all show as "Demo" in SFDC so that we can more easily filter and report by meeting types.

  5. Enable admins to define what meeting types and from what workspaces will sync to sfdc. We need the option not to sync private meeting types to sfdc (lead creation and meeting creation). It will also be useful the have the option to prevent specific meeting types from the general workspace to sync.

  7. I would love to be able to use CP to fire off a webhook that I can catch with Zapier to engage a workflow in HS OR engage a workflow directly in HubSpot for a contact.

    Essentially, instead of the reminder firing off an email through CP It would trigger the webhook or a HS workflow that does whatever I tell it to at the time of the reminder firing.

    For me I would send a marketing email and SMS message. This would be triggered once per associated contact.

    This would allow users to bypass the silly reminders@chilipiper.com email and…

  8. I would like to see in Hubspot when a prospect clicked on the reminder email and if they replied to the email I'd like that email to come into HubSpot CRM as well so I can reply back.

  9. I'd like IB to pick up on the time zone my Main Guest's contact record is set to (If known) so I don't have to remember to select the correct time zone.

    Much of the time a prospect has already booked a meeting in the past and the time zone property (native to HS) is set by their cookie.

    Using their time zone in IB would be amazing and a big time saver.

  10. Yes, "view full calendar" link can be deleted, but some customers never want to include the full calendar and only want to offer the specific times. (protecting support reps' time)

  11. Currently, the Zapier payload only has basic guest info (plus the usual assignee and booker details) but not the other form fields added. It would be great if Chili Piper can pass those data to Zapier as well.

  12. It would be great to be able to adjust where the Event is connected in Salesforce, especially if the Event failed to sync to SF. The use case is that if reps attach an Event to the wrong Case or a SF Event are fails to create due to user error, the manual creation of a new Event is very time intensive. (E.g. if I see the rep entered the email address of the customer instead of the case id, I can edit the event to look for x case ID and then retry sync to SF.)

  15. Don't auto-change name of contact or other details such as phone number (only add the event and associate it with the contact). Overwriting previously entered details is causing problems (such as "STEVE" or "steve" when personalized mass email blasts go out).

  16. Currently the CP > Intercom integration can only be used to send suggested times in Intercom chats. If added to the homepage, those sent times will still show in the Intercom app, even after the suggested time has passed and are in the past.

    It would be ideal if the times shown in the Intercom app were not in the past and could be shown as upcoming availability, similar to the Zoom Webinars app is set up, they allow you to pull 3 upcoming webinars.

  17. Brightwheel is requesting that we change the phone number that our phone calls are made from to a single-party consent state.

    38 states are currently single-party consent states, but unfortunately the phone number dial from is not one of them, therefore Brightwheel is not able to legally record the calls that come into their reps on the "call me now" calls.

  18. “Keep the meeting in Salesforce” setting should still apply to personal meeting types. We could do this by:

    -Inheriting the setting from the User's Default Workspace
    -Add Events/Delete setting to Personal Workspace CRM Actions
    - Or a (global) Super Admin setting to control this per user.

  20. Currently the logic behind OppOwner queue rules is to find the last modified Opportunity linked to an Account, which means that multiple Opportunities can be found for one prospect. As an option, implement a queue rule to find the Opportunity related only to the Contact, which may be more relevant in some cases.
