  1. If a prospect/customer tries to access a queue link that has been disabled via the 'Public online booking link' toggle - it shows them a warning triangle with the message "This page is not available". This is a poor experience if the links are being used for time-sensitive campaigns and doesn't explain why they can't book a meeting e.g. "This initiative has ended - please contact your Account Manager". The request is to be able to change the image and the text shown once a link has been disabled.

  3. The guest form looks quite old and isn't very customizable. It's difficult to brand the guest form, edit colors, etc. and I find that to be an important feature for customers as branding is everything. My reccommendation is to have a more customizable guest form with the ability to change text, colors, descriptions, etc. (without using CSS)

  5. Allow a rep to send a manual reminder. There are times where it may be necessary to manually be able to send a reminder to specific clients to specify meeting details. having to go in and set up a specific time to send is more of a hassle than being able to simply click 'Send' on a reminder.

  6. It would be extremely beneficial for in-person event specific settings to allow users a max limit of bookings per time slot. This would allow a user to host a fixed amount of guests per meeting slot without having to physically block their calendar after a certain amount of 'Free Availability' meetings are booked.

    The current workaround is using multiple user's calendars for events which is an inconvenience when it is only one user hosting an event with several guests per time slot.

  7. Ability to customize the format of the email notification the assignee receives that a meeting has been booked. Right now, in the description, all the details appear in one long paragraph, and it's hard to easily skim and read the important information.

  8. When a meeting is rescheduled or cancelled, an updated invite is sent to the attendees. However, the body of this invite is exactly the same as the original. It would be useful to change the language in the body of the email they receive when rescheduling or cancelling to eliminate any confusion. For example, if the original invite says "Thank you for scheduling your tour..." it would be useful to update the body to say something like "Your tour has been cancelled" or "Your tour has been rescheduled" instead.

  9. Have the ability to send different reminders for prospects that DID accept the invite (i.e. "can't wait for our call!") and a different one for prospects that DIDN'T (i.e. "can you please let us know if you're coming?").

    Right now you can only send to either everyone, or to prospects who didn't confirm - meaning the suggestion above is not possible.

  13. We are based in the UK but anyone in the world can book a demo with us, which means that UK hours appear even when it can be the middle of the night for people in the USA, India or Australia/New Zealand.

    I would like the option to not display any times outside of the demo booker's working hours (nothing before 7am and nothing after 7pm) so they don't see random 1AM, 2AM, 3AM etc. times. It currently provides a very negative experience.

  14. We would like the ability to display all of the members of the meeting on the calendar screen when using group booking links. The calendar screen currently only show the organizer/main host of the meeting and on the confirmation screen shows everyone, which can confuse prospects.

  15. SFDC does not allow lead creation if first name is over 40 characters (and there are other character limits for other basic fields) yet chili pipers form does not have a limit. Beazer uses Chili Piper form to fill out before booking a meeting and its causing issues when leads type in longer than 40 characters, lead doesn't get created. For standard fields like this can force character limit to allow for creation?

    additionally, there's no way to quickly and easily see what leads have not been created - so catching this mistake is nearly impossible. youd have to manually…

  17. The Time dynamic tag has rather odd formatting as [day of week], [month and date] | @ [time and timezone]. As is, it appears as an error in our system.

    The "|" combined with the "@" is rather redundant and I believe the best way of handling it would be as "[day of week], [month and date] at [time and timezone]" instead.

  19. Having the ability to add Meeting Types created in Workspace to the multiple meeting types on booking link within My Workspace.

    Currently, the team will need to clone/recreate the meeting type within Personal Workspace just to be able to add it into a multiple meeting type link. To increase adoption, not having the user create this will be very helpful.

  20. We use Instant Booker to allow clients to book windows of 2 hours, and use different Meeting Types to define when they can book, typically between 8am and 4pm. We want to restrict the start times of these 2 hour events to only be multiples of 2: there is an available slot at 8, and then at 10, and then at 12, etc. We do not want a client to be able to book a 2 hour window that spans 9-11, for example. This functionality would correspond to setting an Availability Increment of 2 hours, but the Availability Increment parameter…
