Strict Round-Robin Distribution Option
Would prefer the option to show ONLY the calendar for the next rep in the queue. Classic round-robin distribution instead of combined availability of all reps in queue. rep1-rep2-rep3-rep4, then back to rep1-rep2-rep3-rep4. If a meeting no-shows or cancels, it is the rep's responsibility to get the meeting back on the calendar themself .
We now have strict distributions available on the Demand conversion platform! More details here!

This is critical for our round robin model to ensure equitable lead distribution among the associated reps vs just availability basis.

Ability to send a booking link for a queue that gives the booker only the times of the next person in the round robin. This gives us the flexibility to allow a customer to book a call with a direct link but it respects the round robin to ensure each team member has an equal amount of customer calls.

Echoing the below. We NEED this or we are simply going to end up going back to manual routing.

The current inbound concierge round-robin gets limited by calendar availability and the prospect doesn't always get booked with the next-in-line AE. This has a huge impact on: manual efforts in calibrating the lagging AEs and also unequal top-funnel pipeline creation while everyone's quota remains the same.
I understand it will be a tradeoff : less slots displayed than collective availability but we should have that choice to experiment. -

This will help us more strictly distribute leads across the team and reduce the perceived "skew" in distribution

We have strict queues to ensure meetings are evenly booked, but it can be difficult for reps to book handoff meetings because calendars will be extremely busy. We'd like a way to keep a Queue as generally strict but provide some flexibility if the Next Up person is very very booked.

Some customers (e.g. Webflow) care more about truly even distribution of meetings and rep trust in the Round Robin through Concierge than they do about maximizing availability for their customers. Chili Tools was created to solve this problem for customers, but it isn't available as an accessible feature. Having a feature to allow strict RR for Concierge would help give these customers more faith in the Round Robin.
