  2. While email alerts are great, I sometimes don't check my inbox for a couple of hours at a time. A chrome notification, similar to what you have for Instant Video, when certain things happen would be great. The ability to customize which notifications I get would put a cherry on top.

  3. Want ability for booker to be set as auto-optional rather than auto-decline. Use case is SDR's sending out campaigns in outreach using queue links and themselves as booker, when client books it looks rude for SDR to autodecline immediately when they've been having the communication with the prospect

  4. Allow the BDR/XDR who is scheduling the meeting, to also edit the details of the meeting (change the time, add/remove guests etc.) without being invited. Foreseeably from their dashboard.

  5. Add different colors for different users so you can distinguish who is not available and decide if there will be any flexibility in moving the meeting to make room for a customer meeting. This is especially useful for managers in a support use case

  6. Have the ability to add a placeholder calendar to a queue so that meetings can be booked with a defined number of reps per timeslot and then distributed to the proper reps at a later time. This was a part of the Events product.

  7. When a prospect goes to book a meeting and they're brought to the calendar page, it would be nice to make the time options go vertically first and then horizontally. As humans, we're conditioned to view columns before rows when we look at data.

  9. Currently, Host booking limits are taken into account when someone attempts to reschedule their meeting.

    This shouldn't be the case as the meeting is being moved to a different time (and thus not adding to the number of meetings booked).

  10. It would be great for the queue order to update based on who is up next for a meeting. The idea would be that the person up next is at the top of the queue in instant booker then the order changes based on the current level and goes top-down. This is helpful when there are a lot of users in the queue and the booker often needs to skip people based on availability. The person at the top may be selected more often. On the screen where users select the time they want, it would be incredibly beneficial to have additional ways of indicating AM/PM since we have seen many users around the globe who often miss the AM/PM designation. One option would be to configure the page to show times in the 24 hour clock format instead of the 12 hour. Other things you could do if showing the times in the 12 hour clock format are add morning and evening icons to the tiles and/or differentiate AM/PM tiles by giving them different background colors.

  12. When a meeting is reassigned, we currently don't move the reassign meeting data to the contact/lead (meeting type, utm parameters). We should move this data to the contact/lead as it's now the current event data.

  17. Currently, when booking via a queue in Instant Booker, a star indicates the rep who is 'next up,' but there's no way to know who has the next least meetings, or the 3rd least meetings. Clicking availability for all will allow an SDR to find a time that works for the prospect, but it would be helpful to know the meeting level of all reps in Instant Booker so that if the starred rep isn't available, we can check the calendar for the next starred rep specifically, instead of all reps in the queue.   18. We would like to be able to utilize the extension to pull in the attendee names from an email then use that information to directly book a meeting. It would be beneficial to switch back and forth from the ability to insert availability to book a meeting as needed in the same workflow.

  19. Most users who use the extension are utilizing Instant Booker or Booking Links. The Personal Page section takes up a lot of space and there are users who have to scroll down a lot to find the Instant Booker section. We should move the Instant Booker feature back up on the extension to the top or at least above the Personal Pages.
