  2. Allow users to customize the font so that all email platforms receive the font as intended - some email platforms (like Superhuman) are receiving the a different font that does not match our branding.

  4. Proactive notification when reps' calendars are full and an inbound website meeting cannot be scheduled within X number of days. We have a large volume of inbounds coming to our site, especially during holiday periods, and often times prospects have to book a meeting more than 7 days out. We want to get pro-actively notified that this is occurring and set the number of days for notification. This will enable us to update our routing or put more reps in the queue. Currently we are flying blind and have to wait for feedback from prospects.

  6. With a growing list of users, it is impossible to tell if someone should or should not be licensed, should or should not be connected, and the user reporting is insufficient for identifying adoption insights by team or wave.

    Please add user Created Date, Modified Date, Created By, and Modified By fields to the user reporting.

  7. The ability to drag and reorder columns in tables. Specifically, one customer needs it in the Meeting Activities page (they want the 'Booker' field to be further on the left because right now they have to scroll to see it).

    Their workaround is to download a CSV, open in Excel, then sort and reorder. Ideally, we'd keep them in the app as much as possible, and this seems like a simple way to do so.

  8. Today, if for any reason, a meeting is set up where a validation fail is failing the sync in SFDC, there is no way to have the record synced from Chili Piper to SFDC and it is left hanging and unsynced.

    The only way to unblock this situation is to change/disable the validation in Salesforce which is sometimes impossible.

    The request is to allow the ability to update the record which is due to be synced to valid values and be able to then resync the record.

  10. Ability to Test before Publish. LeanData allows us to enter a test data and “run” through the journey to see which path it will take so we can do testing before we publish the update to real live environment. I know that we can spin up copies of Chilli Piper journeys and test it on our lower-level environments, but this is not as easy as being able to do it all inside a single tool

  12. Show the actual team member that doesn't have the specific license for the distribution, not just take me to the Manage License, and then I need to search through all users to find the one that is missing that license.

  15. Legacy CP fills in dynamic tags in the Preview to get a better sense of what the prospect will see, but Fire shows the dynamic tags in Preview without populating those values. It would be great for Fire to adopt this feature.

  16. Reassigning a meeting via the Outlook add in is currently not supported. A rep must go to ChiliCal to reassign or an Admin can do so from the admin dashboard. Adding the ability to reassign from the calendar invite itself in Outlook would be feature parity with the functionality with Gcal users.

  19. I’m running into ongoing issues with calendar booking reminder emails—especially since the new ChiliCal Firebase updates. Some of the reminders are pulling incorrect or outdated meeting links, and managing them has become increasingly difficult. On my personal links, I also have duplicate reminder that I cannot seem to remove.

    Right now, I have to open each individual booking link just to view or edit the associated reminders, and there’s no centralized place to view everything I’ve created. I’d love to request the following:

    A dedicated area to manage all reminder emails I've set up—ideally organized in a searchable, editable list.

  20. When using a Data Field that requests a phone number, the UI presents a drop-down menu for selecting the country.

    The country information could be provided separately or mapped within the Data Field, allowing me to directly determine the country without asking for the Country Name in a drop-down.
