  1. In the old platform, agents (non-admin users) had access to the "Dashboard" section, which allowed them to view their upcoming and past events.

    In the new Fire platform, the equivalent functionality appears to be the "Meeting Activity" report. However, this report is restricted to Admin-only access.

    It would be very helpful if regular users could also view their own meeting activity within this report, to maintain visibility and autonomy over their scheduling history, similar to what was available in the previous platform.

  2. When syncing to Hubspot, ChiliPiper only looks for the primary email address. If someone books using a secondary email (that is in Hubspot as an additional email address), ChiliPiper thinks the contact doesn't exist and tries to create a new contact. However, Hubspot won't create that contact because it does already exist.

    ChiliPiper either needs to be able to look at all possible emails or send a notification when a new contact can't be created. We have automations in place that then don't run because of this deficiency.

  3. Currently the Chili Piper Integration only allows for booking meetings from Contacts in the side panel within Hubspot. Being able to book meetings from Deals in Hubspot with the Contacts associated with the Deal would be a great additional feature.

  5. Having the Chili Cal User Controls in a separate area (per workspace) from the user table is burdensome for admin. Specifically the Links section of the User controls. These should be moved to the User Table, so a new user can be fully set up from one screen.

    At a minimum there should be a workspace setting that sets the default for all users added to the workspace (Currently defaults to enabled)

  6. Now with Fire, we no longer have the concept of Default Booker. That impacted notifications for meetings booked that don't go through Handoff or Concierge.
    I'd love to have the option back to get notified of all meetings booked through the Booking Links from a Workspace.

  7. Calendly has a feature where you can suggest times to customers in link for, but the link will only show those suggested times and not any other availability. In Chili Piper currently, you can suggest specific times via email and remove the "View Full Calendar" link by hand, but if they select a time that is no longer available they will be able to see the rep's full calendar and select a new time.

  8. When viewing the Team screen we are able to see if a Team Members calendar is disconnected. It would be helpful if we could also notify them directly from the team screen, like we can from the user table. Currently we have to exit/new tab the user table to do this.

  10. Add "See in CRM" button within My App. This would allow the Assignee to quickly view the account ahead of the meeting, rather than having to include the SFDC link or account id in the Guest facing meeting invite.

  11. For people who get a lot of meetings, color categorization helps a lot with organization. For example, instead of having inbound meetings from clients and internal meetings (just with the company you work at) be the same color, allow users to pick a specific color/label for the meetings booked through the chili piper link

  16. It would be useful to reorder the meeting types listed in the ChiliCal Scheduler. Today I believe it lists them in the order created and there is no way to reorder them.

  18. Give the ability for users to disqualify meeting invitations from pre-defined domains by users for their links. This is currently supported in concierge, it would be interesting to have a similar setting for personal links.

  19. When a prospect self-schedules a meeting (for example, they book a time for a demo via the website), only the meeting guest and assignee are notified with a meeting confirmation. We need to be able to give others on our team this same level of "instant" visibility that someone booked a meeting.

    We don't need this for every meeting type, but we do need to be able to cc or notify others internally that a demo was booked with X salesperson. Receiving an instant notification via email (just like the meeting confirmation email for the meeting guest and assignee) would…
