  1. As an administrator, I love being able to see all the teams per user in the admin center. However, it would be great to be able to see the currently selected teams float to the top when I open up a user's teams.

  2. If a user has restrictions set in Gcal/Outlook to allow only certain people to see the titles we need a way to respect that in Chili Cal. For this use case leadership have titles blocked from reps, but ops and other leaders can see it. In Chili Piper we can either block it completely or let everyone see it, we can't respect the individuals settings.

  3. Currently Concierge and Handoff can only create Events after a meeting is booked, but some people use Tasks instead of Events. It would be very useful to have a Task creation node in the routers, both for when meetings are booked or not booked.

  4. In the admin mockup for the booker in the Branding and language section, out logo looks fine. But in the actual booker sent out by our employees, the logo is squished.

    Chili Piper's logo upload tool, unlike most other, does not have suggest image sizes and does not block you if your logo does not fit.

    When looking at the HTLM of the booker, it appears that our logo has a rendered size of 200 × 56 px and rendered aspect ratio of 25∶7.

    It would have been good to know this before we had multiple prospects and employees point…

  5. Option to "add all users in list" to workspace(s) when doing new user creation. Same condition for license assignment. Currently requires clicking of each user, selecting workspace, then clicking out. Same can be said for licensing. Would be more efficient to add all users and then toggle "add to workspace" for all users in the list.

  6. ChiliPiper should allow for Admins that will never have meetings booked for or from them to get free access to Chilipiper. The idea that we have to pay the same price for a manager to be able to update settings is crazy. It's so expensive and creates a bad experience.

  8. The metadata related to the infrastructure for assets and routers should be saved in case something goes wrong, gets accidentally deleted, etc.

  9. For meeting types availability - if an admin is adjusting the availability range for a meeting type, is there a way we could add in the ability to only allow meetings of that specific type for that date range for a specified group of users?

    It appears the ability to limit meetings to a specific meeting type is only available for individual custom schedules. But the ability to do this on a single meeting type as an admin would save a lot of time.

    This setup is very common for in-person events. Thanks!

  11. When using the my personal page link (in LinkedIn for example), the preview contains some ad copy for Chili Piper.

    I'm wondering if we can tone down the use of the word "prospects" in that preview since some of the contacts we make are soft approaches where we don't want to appear immediately sales-y. (Personally, I wouldn't click on a schedule link that was about prospecting if I wasn't in sales).

    Instead of "route your prospects through Chili Piper" can we just do "Route your meetings through Chili Piper"?

  13. Having the Chili Cal User Controls in a separate area (per workspace) from the user table is burdensome for admin. Specifically the Links section of the User controls. These should be moved to the User Table, so a new user can be fully set up from one screen.

    At a minimum there should be a workspace setting that sets the default for all users added to the workspace (Currently defaults to enabled)

  14. They have restricted access to certain contacts based on territories and others things to reps. They only want reps to see the contacts that they have access to in SF when suggested emails start coming up.

  15. If there is a third party booking a meeting and the wrong time zone is selected, you need to cancel the meeting and rebook. There should be a feature where if the incorrect time zone is selected, you are able to edit instead of rebooking. If the original host is not available, it moves to someone else or doesn't allow you to rebook.

  16. Now with Fire, we no longer have the concept of Default Booker. That impacted notifications for meetings booked that don't go through Handoff or Concierge.
    I'd love to have the option back to get notified of all meetings booked through the Booking Links from a Workspace.

  17. When viewing the Team screen we are able to see if a Team Members calendar is disconnected. It would be helpful if we could also notify them directly from the team screen, like we can from the user table. Currently we have to exit/new tab the user table to do this.

  19. For people who get a lot of meetings, color categorization helps a lot with organization. For example, instead of having inbound meetings from clients and internal meetings (just with the company you work at) be the same color, allow users to pick a specific color/label for the meetings booked through the chili piper link

  20. SPecifically on the concierge screen, where a user can select between phone call and book meeting. My company would like to customize that to use special color and images, but the only way to do that is with CSS, more specifically background images, and those are now (as of last/early this week) erroring out due to COEP errors:
