  1. When using Chili Piper router links or queue links, Chili Piper utilizes the forms built in Chili Piper, which reference the CRM fields that the form is mapped to. Many of those forms have picklists. Currently, there are no way to edit those picklists in-app. There are situations in which editing those picklists in-app would prove valuable. For example, with an outbound campaign, it could be useful to edit a "Country" picklist to only include the relevant countries to which the campaign is targeted.

    So the ask is simply the ability to edit the picklists for CRM-referenced fields in forms…

  2. I'd like to be able to apply our corporate branding to all external interfaces, including Personal Pages and Personal Booking Links, not just inside a particular workspace. Currently we have to keep reminding our users to never send out their personal booking links because of the visual disconnect from our corporate branding.

  3. We only use Chili Piper for inbound sales inquiries, but our form accommodates support requests. These are disqualified in our Meeting Queues, but if the contact is owned in Salesforce our AEs are getting notified, which is causing confusion. We want to be able to send Did Not Book notifications only when the contact chose not to book, not when they are disqualified.

  4. Currently, the "Add additional guests to the scheduled Event in Salesforce (Salesforce will create a child meeting for each guest)" only adds events for internal users, not necessarily creating child events on the external guest timeline.

    WS would like to be able to set that each guest on an invitation has a child event created on their record from within CP.

  5. There is a Critical Accessibility conformance issue with the Chili Piper scheduler modal where the Close ("X") button does not have an accessible name. See WCAG 2.1 Success Criterion 4.1.2.

    Adding an aria-label="Close" (or some other descriptive text) should resolve this issue.

  6. Preference would be to allow admins to choose if they'd like to hide or enable "availability for all" for handoff.

    It allows admins to ensure that users are scheduling for the next up, instead of overriding.

  8. Id like for there to be customizable host booking limits (by user) within a specific meeting type. From a capacity management perspective this would reduce friction between meeting types and queues

  9. Once upon a time, admins could see when a license was activated or deactivated and by who. As a group's number of super admins increases with more users, having this audit trail is helpful for the head admin when troubleshooting, maintaining, etc.

  13. Create permission role for managers so they can view the settings and queue distribution, but can't edit it. They would see who is next in the rota and how the meetings are distributed.

  16. When adding multiple meeting types to your personal page, the list of Meeting Types across workspaces gets very long and difficult to manage. Being able to use a dropdown to view meeting types by workspace rather than in one long list would be an improvement.

  19. I would like to be able to translate the From Name on Reminder emails to create a better experience for Spanish speakers, and ultimately users speaking other languages as well.

    Context: I'm working on creating Meeting Types and a Queue translated to Spanish as we'll soon launch a Spanish speaking arm of our Sales Team. I've got all of the calendar invite and reminder invite subjects/contents translated to Spanish, but I learned today that the "From" name listed on reminder emails displays as Reminder and that this isn't currently able to be translated to Spanish (or other languages). When doing audits of which user is assigned to which queue, it would be extremely helpful and a major time-saver if I could export a sheet of all queues (ideally see which are active vs. inactive) and then have a column that shows the names of any and all users who are assigned to that queue. Currently I have to click into each queue separately and scroll down to see who is assigned...
