Ability to Test before Publish. LeanData allows us to enter a test data and “run” through the journey to see which path it will take so we can do testing before we publish the update to real live environment. I know that we can spin up copies of Chilli Piper journeys and test it on our lower-level environments, but this is not as easy as being able to do it all inside a single tool
Per node reporting. LeanData allows us to see how many prospects we had come through each individual node. This really helps us with reporting and…1 vote -

Deeper UI adjustments like adding or customizing borders on action buttons, adding or removing color gradients on the chat bot, and having more stylistic control over the chat bot appearance.

Add Captcha to Scheduling Links
We've had an issue with bots coming through our form and setting meetings.
Is it possible to add Captcha to our scheduling links to help block this spam?

Fill in dynamic tags in the Preview
Legacy CP fills in dynamic tags in the Preview to get a better sense of what the prospect will see, but Fire shows the dynamic tags in Preview without populating those values. It would be great for Fire to adopt this feature.

Allow Reassign from Outlook Add In
Reassigning a meeting via the Outlook add in is currently not supported. A rep must go to ChiliCal to reassign or an Admin can do so from the admin dashboard. Adding the ability to reassign from the calendar invite itself in Outlook would be feature parity with the functionality with Gcal users.

Centralized Reminder Email Management (Admin Control)
I’m running into ongoing issues with calendar booking reminder emails—especially since the new ChiliCal Firebase updates. Some of the reminders are pulling incorrect or outdated meeting links, and managing them has become increasingly difficult. On my personal links, I also have duplicate reminder that I cannot seem to remove.
Right now, I have to open each individual booking link just to view or edit the associated reminders, and there’s no centralized place to view everything I’ve created. I’d love to request the following:
A dedicated area to manage all reminder emails I've set up—ideally organized in a searchable, editable list.

Provide the country code as a separate value from the Phone Data Field dropdown
When using a Data Field that requests a phone number, the UI presents a drop-down menu for selecting the country.
The country information could be provided separately or mapped within the Data Field, allowing me to directly determine the country without asking for the Country Name in a drop-down.

Show selected Teams at the top of the admin center in a user's teams
As an administrator, I love being able to see all the teams per user in the admin center. However, it would be great to be able to see the currently selected teams float to the top when I open up a user's teams.

Respect individual users free/busy org settings
If a user has restrictions set in Gcal/Outlook to allow only certain people to see the titles we need a way to respect that in Chili Cal. For this use case leadership have titles blocked from reps, but ops and other leaders can see it. In Chili Piper we can either block it completely or let everyone see it, we can't respect the individuals settings.

Create Salesforce Tasks from Concierge & Handoff
Currently Concierge and Handoff can only create Events after a meeting is booked, but some people use Tasks instead of Events. It would be very useful to have a Task creation node in the routers, both for when meetings are booked or not booked.

Force Show Availability For All
We'd like to have a User Control toggle that gives us the ability to force-enable "Availability for All" for all users in the workspace and prevents them from disabling it, as it's critical to our sherry-picking efforts.

Show the actual team member license missing
Show the actual team member that doesn't have the specific license for the distribution, not just take me to the Manage License, and then I need to search through all users to find the one that is missing that license.

Add suggested sizes/ratios and warnings for Company logo sizes
In the admin mockup for the booker in the Branding and language section, out logo looks fine. But in the actual booker sent out by our employees, the logo is squished.
Chili Piper's logo upload tool, unlike most other, does not have suggest image sizes and does not block you if your logo does not fit.
When looking at the HTLM of the booker, it appears that our logo has a rendered size of 200 × 56 px and rendered aspect ratio of 25∶7.
It would have been good to know this before we had multiple prospects and employees point…

Bulk Add Users to Workspace and Licensing during New User Adds
Option to "add all users in list" to workspace(s) when doing new user creation. Same condition for license assignment. Currently requires clicking of each user, selecting workspace, then clicking out. Same can be said for licensing. Would be more efficient to add all users and then toggle "add to workspace" for all users in the list.

Free Admin Licenses
ChiliPiper should allow for Admins that will never have meetings booked for or from them to get free access to Chilipiper. The idea that we have to pay the same price for a manager to be able to update settings is crazy. It's so expensive and creates a bad experience.

Restore deleted assets and routers at a later date
The metadata related to the infrastructure for assets and routers should be saved in case something goes wrong, gets accidentally deleted, etc.
A data repository to pull from would be great.
