CRM field for time zone of prospect
When a prospect selects a different time zone than the one presented to them, this is not recorded anywhere except in our database.
It was suggested to me that we should store this time zone as a field in the CRM Event record as a custom field, or otherwise make it available as a dynamic tag to embed there.

Ability to change Twilio phone number for Single Party Consent state
Brightwheel is requesting that we change the phone number that our phone calls are made from to a single-party consent state.
38 states are currently single-party consent states, but unfortunately the phone number dial from is not one of them, therefore Brightwheel is not able to legally record the calls that come into their reps on the "call me now" calls.

Populate SF Case details when booking via Online Booking
Currently SF Case placeholders in meeting templates populate only in IB to allow the booker to choose the Relate to field.With Online Booking, since a Case can't be selected, placeholder won't populate at all to avoid choosing an incorrect Case by default. It would be nice to improve this to populate the Case # when only one open Case is found.

Events: option to add notes after a meeting
After an onsite meeting concludes, email or text the assignee with an option to log notes to the activity record for the meeting. Especially helpful for onsite meetings at events where reps are not carrying their laptop.

Change Opp or CaseStage by Meeting Type
I try to tie specific meetings to Opportunity / Case Stages. As a deal moves further down the funnel this gets harder but for the first few stages it would be pretty simpleS0 - Qualified meeting booked (auto create opp from CP meeting type = first call)S1 - First Meeting Complete (move from S0 to S1 if first call meeting template on related opp was not marked no show or cancled)S2 - Demo Complete (move to S3 if demo meeting type has completed. We use cases for onboarding. Same example as above but with kick off call etc

Integration with Xant (Playbooks)
Our team is using Xant's cadence tool, Playbooks. We have seen a drastic increase in meetings booked using the "Instant Booking Link" capabilities provided by Chili Piper but we cannot use this functionality in Playbooks. If this integration was set up, we would be more likely to add more of our team to Chili Piper as our sales team is moving towards adopting Playbooks fully.

Set correct Time Zone when creating a Zoom Meeting
Currently when Zoom meetings are created, the UTC/GMT time appears to be being explicitly passed in the API call. This results in the Zoom Meeting being displayed in the Zoom interface in UTC/GMT as opposed to the Chili Piper User time zone or the Zoom User time zone. This is very confusing for any users that are also using the Zoom Web UI or client for meeting management and any notifications that are sent from Zoom display the GMT/UTC time zone as opposed to the "actual" time zone (CP or Zoom) of the meeting.

Right now, CP can create contacts in Hubspot but not deals. Would be great

Update Lead Owner ONLY
Under CRM actions is an option to update owners BUT it updates both Lead and Contact owner. It will be cool to be able to update just one of them like how Create Lead works.

Allow admins to "choose time zone" in the "today" node when updating a date field
Right now, admins can't choose the timezone they want "today" stamped in when we update a date field and it causes confusion when trying to check the date fields that we update. We should have the option to choose the time zone

mapping multiple domains for salesforce mapping
Relevant for ALL integration mapping, we have use cases where Salesforce (or the integration) uses usernames that have one domain, while the calendar account uses a different domain.
At present, if someone joins with their calendar, it cannot do automatic mapping for integrations due to the difference in domain names.
It would be great to support a global domain mapping in the integration screens so that domain.com -> email.com always, therefore if we find user@domain.com it will know to map it to user@email.com.

Error creating new contact in Hubspot
When syncing to Hubspot, ChiliPiper only looks for the primary email address. If someone books using a secondary email (that is in Hubspot as an additional email address), ChiliPiper thinks the contact doesn't exist and tries to create a new contact. However, Hubspot won't create that contact because it does already exist.
ChiliPiper either needs to be able to look at all possible emails or send a notification when a new contact can't be created. We have automations in place that then don't run because of this deficiency.

Chilical Extension in Salesforce Classic
At this moment the ChiliCal extension is only displayed under the Lead/Contact page on the lightning version of Salesforce but not in the Classic UI. We would like to have the ability to use the extension on the Classic UI as well.

Sync Timezone from CRM
Hi
I was just made aware that ChiliCal can do suggested Timezones when booking a meeting but it's based on the customer info being in Clearbit. It seems like there should be a way to do so using timezone in our CRM. We keep track of Timezone based on the address information we have in our CRM so it seems like we should be able to map that to the timezones in ChiliCal?
