  2. I'd like IB to pick up on the time zone my Main Guest's contact record is set to (If known) so I don't have to remember to select the correct time zone.

    Much of the time a prospect has already booked a meeting in the past and the time zone property (native to HS) is set by their cookie.

    Using their time zone in IB would be amazing and a big time saver.

  4. ex: SDR books a meeting for the AE and a no show for the meeting is marked - it should auto notify the SDR and return the lead/contact back to the SDR's nameAnd SDR should be sent a notification of the no show

  5. Currently SF Case placeholders in meeting templates populate only in IB to allow the booker to choose the Relate to field.With Online Booking, since a Case can't be selected, placeholder won't populate at all to avoid choosing an incorrect Case by default. It would be nice to improve this to populate the Case # when only one open Case is found.

  6. Currently the logic behind OppOwner queue rules is to find the last modified Opportunity linked to an Account, which means that multiple Opportunities can be found for one prospect. As an option, implement a queue rule to find the Opportunity related only to the Contact, which may be more relevant in some cases.

  7. After an onsite meeting concludes, email or text the assignee with an option to log notes to the activity record for the meeting. Especially helpful for onsite meetings at events where reps are not carrying their laptop.

  9. Our team is using Xant's cadence tool, Playbooks. We have seen a drastic increase in meetings booked using the "Instant Booking Link" capabilities provided by Chili Piper but we cannot use this functionality in Playbooks. If this integration was set up, we would be more likely to add more of our team to Chili Piper as our sales team is moving towards adopting Playbooks fully.

  10. Currently when Zoom meetings are created, the UTC/GMT time appears to be being explicitly passed in the API call. This results in the Zoom Meeting being displayed in the Zoom interface in UTC/GMT as opposed to the Chili Piper User time zone or the Zoom User time zone. This is very confusing for any users that are also using the Zoom Web UI or client for meeting management and any notifications that are sent from Zoom display the GMT/UTC time zone as opposed to the "actual" time zone (CP or Zoom) of the meeting.

The Zapier integration could use a considerable amount more work – that'd open up so many possibilities!In addition to the following:- Triggered for Cancelled Call (https://suggest.chilipiper.com/feature-requests/p/canceled-call-zap-trigger)- Including event time zone (https://suggest.chilipiper.com/feature-requests/p/include-event-timezone-in-available-zapier-fields)Zapier also could really use: *** The ability to access more test data **•Currently, Zapier can only see the first-ever meeting scheduled via my Chilipiper instance. I had a few different scenarios I need to test though (such as whether someone exists as a lead or contact in SFDC), so only having one Chilipiper event's worth of data to use in Zapier is very limiting *

  15. Right now, admins can't choose the timezone they want "today" stamped in when we update a date field and it causes confusion when trying to check the date fields that we update. We should have the option to choose the time zone

  16. Relevant for ALL integration mapping, we have use cases where Salesforce (or the integration) uses usernames that have one domain, while the calendar account uses a different domain.

    At present, if someone joins with their calendar, it cannot do automatic mapping for integrations due to the difference in domain names.

    It would be great to support a global domain mapping in the integration screens so that domain.com -> email.com always, therefore if we find user@domain.com it will know to map it to user@email.com.

  17. Currently only meetings booked through Concierge can be manually synced to HubSpot if the initial meeting creation failed (through the Concierge logs). If the meeting is not created for a meeting booked with a scheduling link (or Handoff, but we aren't currently using this), there is no way to push a sync to HubSpot for that meeting. If I remember correctly, this was possible for all meetings on the old platform since it was an option when viewing the meeting record.

  20. HubSpot only has the Assignee and the Main Guest associated. Additional guests are not added as designed.

    It would be beneficial for my business to show all people who will or have attended meetings, including our own team members, to properly prioritize and analyze show rates and attribute deals
