  1. Booking Status values should be "Booked", "Not Booked" or "No Option Presented".We have high inbound volumes, of which a significant portion are outside of our ICP. They are routed to a separate landing page rather than presented with the ability to book time, so their status in Chili Piper is "No Option Presented." However, our DQs look identical to qualified leads that have "Not Booked" in Salesforce. Both have blank Meeting Types with "Not Booked" Booking Statuses, and it makes reporting, automation, and a general lack of understanding for my salespeople a bit more tricky.

  2. Our SDRs hand off qualified meetings to our AEs via the Instant Booker, as well as receive new meetings from Concierge. It appears as though any meeting where a user is "optional" still shows up as "Busy" in Google Calendar, which makes booking over the top challenging.

  3. It would be great to be able to adjust where the Event is connected in Salesforce, especially if the Event failed to sync to SF. The use case is that if reps attach an Event to the wrong Case or a SF Event are fails to create due to user error, the manual creation of a new Event is very time intensive. (E.g. if I see the rep entered the email address of the customer instead of the case id, I can edit the event to look for x case ID and then retry sync to SF.)

  4. We want the ability to capture the "meeting scheduled date" as a value for a contact/lead object field. This would help with all kinds of operational flows in Salesforce and connected systems (like Hubspot).

    1. Have a different partnership model with Clearbit and Zoominfo so we can offer their enrichment solutions natively without them having to be Zoominfo/Clearbit customers.

    2. Offer form enrichment natively for concierge/distro

    3. Offer data enrichment natively in distro

    This gives us a competitive edge with concierge because nobody is doing this yet and also helps us to catch up to some of the competition with distro as LeanData and Ringlead already do this.

    We could also have several data providers, so if one provider doesn’t have data we can call a different one - making our combined solution even better and more…

  5. Now, to push the meeting type from CP to HubSpot, it will be required to name it the same way it reflects in HubSpot. It is not efficient to rely on the name of the meeting type to push it to HubSpot. It will be more convenient and efficient to have a dedicated property, let's say, "HubSpot Meeting Type" associated with a meeting type in CP

  7. It would be very useful to connect a general group calendar to Chili Piper. When new CSM's/Professional Services employees are hired, often their start dates are a few weeks from when they accept the offer and they do not get a company email account until they start. Customer trainings are constantly being scheduled, and we would like to schedule trainings with our new reps. Allowing us to book onto a general group calendar would allow us to continue scheduling trainings before the new rep starts.

  8. I'd like IB to pick up on the time zone my Main Guest's contact record is set to (If known) so I don't have to remember to select the correct time zone.

    Much of the time a prospect has already booked a meeting in the past and the time zone property (native to HS) is set by their cookie.

    Using their time zone in IB would be amazing and a big time saver.

  9. Add Slack app which can serve as a reminder for an upcoming meeting with the meeting blurb, enable quick joining to the Zoom/GMeet and allow updating the meeting status (Attended, No-Show) from within Slack.

  12. Currently SF Case placeholders in meeting templates populate only in IB to allow the booker to choose the Relate to field.With Online Booking, since a Case can't be selected, placeholder won't populate at all to avoid choosing an incorrect Case by default. It would be nice to improve this to populate the Case # when only one open Case is found.

  13. Currently the logic behind OppOwner queue rules is to find the last modified Opportunity linked to an Account, which means that multiple Opportunities can be found for one prospect. As an option, implement a queue rule to find the Opportunity related only to the Contact, which may be more relevant in some cases.

  14. After an onsite meeting concludes, email or text the assignee with an option to log notes to the activity record for the meeting. Especially helpful for onsite meetings at events where reps are not carrying their laptop.

  15. Our team is using Xant's cadence tool, Playbooks. We have seen a drastic increase in meetings booked using the "Instant Booking Link" capabilities provided by Chili Piper but we cannot use this functionality in Playbooks. If this integration was set up, we would be more likely to add more of our team to Chili Piper as our sales team is moving towards adopting Playbooks fully.

  17. It would be beneficial for our reps to understand where they sit in the Round Robin when receiving a meeting. By adding this to the Zapier Integration we can push this to Slack to inform the Reps.

  19. CRM actions only has an option to Create Lead/Contact or not create anything at all. It would be great if there's also an option to just UPDATE lead/contacts (for just existing ones) as we do not want Chili Piper to directly create leads into our CRM
