  1. If a Hubspot is the CRM used with Chili Piper, Hubspot Calendar Sync must be turned off in order to not get duplicate meetings created by Chili Piper. Not everyone can do this as calendar events can often be created outside Chili Piper and need to be logged into Hubspot. The forces someone to either turn of calendar sync which will cause them to loose meetings or turn off event creation in Chili Piper which will cause them to loose important meeting information sent from Chili Piper.

    There should be an option to avoid this. Perhaps a way to sync…

  4. We have more that one automation firing (from other systems) at the point a new lead gets created. This can sometimes cause duplicate records to get created in Salesforce. I would like the option to add a delay (wait 5 minutes for example) to the creation of a new lead at the point the prospect books a meeting. So that if the lead has already been created in Salesforce, chili will simply update the booking fields for the existing lead rather than creating the lead instantly.

  5. We use Front as our email management tool. Would love to see Chili Piper integrated with Front so we could book/propose meetings via Front as well, not just Gmail or Outlook.

  8. Brightwheel is requesting that we change the phone number that our phone calls are made from to a single-party consent state.

    38 states are currently single-party consent states, but unfortunately the phone number dial from is not one of them, therefore Brightwheel is not able to legally record the calls that come into their reps on the "call me now" calls.

  9. Some companies use Tasks to report on meetings created rather than the Events object. This would cover use cases to handle reporting for admins in the case they use Tasks and prevent them from needing to know how to create fancy process builders to manage this in sfdc.

  11. If an user goes to an event in Salesforce and reassign the meeting or cancel it, we don't have any way to know who did it there. We need to have a way to track it, and passing this username internally would be the best way instead of trying to modify the Updated By field.

  12. This is possible on google calendar, when you can untick the box "see guest list". Sometimes we do not want prospects to see our personal emails, and instead only see a general info@mybrand.com as a booker. This is crucial if we are using a centralized ticketing system like Zendesk and would allow Chilipiper to be used by customer support too.

  14. We'd love the option to have Chili Piper relate an event to a closed opportunity, especially in scenarios when we are using a smart booking link with that opp ID. This is helpful when we have a prospect return to us after being closed lost. We also have team members who work out of closed won opportunities (sale is final, but product needs to be delivered).

  15. I try to tie specific meetings to Opportunity / Case Stages. As a deal moves further down the funnel this gets harder but for the first few stages it would be pretty simpleS0 - Qualified meeting booked (auto create opp from CP meeting type = first call)S1 - First Meeting Complete (move from S0 to S1 if first call meeting template on related opp was not marked no show or cancled)S2 - Demo Complete (move to S3 if demo meeting type has completed. We use cases for onboarding. Same example as above but with kick off call etc

  16. Currently when Zoom meetings are created, the UTC/GMT time appears to be being explicitly passed in the API call. This results in the Zoom Meeting being displayed in the Zoom interface in UTC/GMT as opposed to the Chili Piper User time zone or the Zoom User time zone. This is very confusing for any users that are also using the Zoom Web UI or client for meeting management and any notifications that are sent from Zoom display the GMT/UTC time zone as opposed to the "actual" time zone (CP or Zoom) of the meeting.

The Zapier integration could use a considerable amount more work – that'd open up so many possibilities!In addition to the following:- Triggered for Cancelled Call (https://suggest.chilipiper.com/feature-requests/p/canceled-call-zap-trigger)- Including event time zone (https://suggest.chilipiper.com/feature-requests/p/include-event-timezone-in-available-zapier-fields)Zapier also could really use: *** The ability to access more test data **•Currently, Zapier can only see the first-ever meeting scheduled via my Chilipiper instance. I had a few different scenarios I need to test though (such as whether someone exists as a lead or contact in SFDC), so only having one Chilipiper event's worth of data to use in Zapier is very limiting *

  18. Under CRM actions is an option to update owners BUT it updates both Lead and Contact owner. It will be cool to be able to update just one of them like how Create Lead works.

  19. For phone queues, would be great to have a Zapier trigger that would fire if users attempt a call and are not connected for some reason, so we can trigger a Slack notification based on this.

  20. While we can assign these leads, we'd love to be able to trigger Slack alerts to prompt immediate follow-up. The only Zapier actions are new meeting/rescheduled meeting - would love one for attempts.
