Hubspot associations with all contacts in the meeting
HubSpot only has the Assignee and the Main Guest associated. Additional guests are not added as designed.
It would be beneficial for my business to show all people who will or have attended meetings, including our own team members, to properly prioritize and analyze show rates and attribute deals

Allow multiple Twilio number code types to be used (Alphanumeric and international long code)
The integration only allows for one connected number, which means we have to choose between sending SMS reminders to the UK or ROW, but not both. The ability to choose which Twilio number to use when setting reminders i.e. Alphanumeric sender ID for UK or international long codes for everywhere else would allow us to use the reminders across all markets.

Have the option to add a delay in creating a lead in Salesforce when a prospect books a meeting.
We have more that one automation firing (from other systems) at the point a new lead gets created. This can sometimes cause duplicate records to get created in Salesforce. I would like the option to add a delay (wait 5 minutes for example) to the creation of a new lead at the point the prospect books a meeting. So that if the lead has already been created in Salesforce, chili will simply update the booking fields for the existing lead rather than creating the lead instantly.

Make it possible to set the Salesforce record type
Lead Record Type and Account Record Type (RecordTypeId) are used to distinguish between different types of leads/accounts in our CRM. These fields aren't available for mapping or setting as hidden fields in Chili Piper. It would be very helpful to be able to set this on the lead, since we use CP for scheduling calls for different record types.

We currently support SMS messaging/reminders with Twilio. This feature would support RingCentral SMS and enable the same feature capabilities for SMS messaging for those that use RingCentral SMS services vs companies that do not use Twilio.

Do Not Delete Cancelled Meetings from Outlook Calendar
When a meeting is cancelled, do not delete it from the Outlook calendar. Insert (CANCELLED) in-front of Title and update from Busy to Free.

Add a Zapier trigger for attempted calls
For phone queues, would be great to have a Zapier trigger that would fire if users attempt a call and are not connected for some reason, so we can trigger a Slack notification based on this.

Add a Zapier trigger for propsect not taking any action
While we can assign these leads, we'd love to be able to trigger Slack alerts to prompt immediate follow-up. The only Zapier actions are new meeting/rescheduled meeting - would love one for attempts.

Update Chili Piper Information Salesforce Fields
Currently if you book a meeting, it gets created in Salesforce as an Event. If you use the Reassign CP button, and change the Queue and Meeting Type, ALL additional Chili Piper API connected fields will NOT update on the Salesforce Event (with the exception of the top fields that are native to an Activity Object for Events i.e. Subject, Date, Time, Assigned To). We use this workaround of using "Reassign CP" if the customer has booked the wrong meeting type so we can ensure they receive the correct customer correspondence according to the type of training they will receive.…

Add support for Salesforce Person Accounts
Currently Chili Piper cannot write to or create Person Accounts in Salesforce. These are unique objects that are essentially an "account" for a contact with no associated Company. Currently the only real option for customers who use Person Accounts is to have Chili Piper create leads and then the customer will convert them to Person Accounts.

Direct integration with Marketo Measure to measure impact via engagements and sources to track attribution.
Direct integration is needed because if it's fed via Salesforce, Marketo Measure considers it an offline source, leading to a loss of certain data points.

Google Meet now allows for meetings to auto record once they start. It's a checkbox when creating the Google Meet link in Google Calendar. Could we have this added to the meeting assets? This will help our sales team.

Edit Suggested Times Format
It would be great if we could edit the size of the buttons/font when inserting availability into an email. Right now, the buttons are huge, and it doesn't look professional or user-friendly, especially when inserted with other text.

Support specific Ids from URL for Hubspot customers
Support specific Ids from URL and association with any deal that isn’t the most recently modified. ChiliCal events always associate with the last modified deal, and we have no way of controlling which deal to associate the event using the smart link parameters.
We also have no ability to pull info into an invite or post information from a meeting to a custom object. Map the meeting invite emails and the meeting reminder emails over to salesforce
The reminder emails that chili piper sends to guests, as well as the initial meeting invite email that chili piper sends when the guest books their demo, can those emails be mapped over to salesforce so we can see a history of them on the Lead/Contact record?
Our reps work in salesforce and gong and being able to confirm whether those emails have been sent, and whether they were opened, in the place they are usually working would be great.

Free Admin Licenses
ChiliPiper should allow for Admins that will never have meetings booked for or from them to get free access to Chilipiper. The idea that we have to pay the same price for a manager to be able to update settings is crazy. It's so expensive and creates a bad experience.
